I could tell I was annoying them by calling to cancel. This was unfortunate because I didn't think they would be like that as they were more than eager to sign me up and get me coverage and take my money. It puts a bad taste in my mouth when companies are less than nice and/or helpful when you need to cancel.

Recently I've had to do a bunch of paperwork with notary service. It's great they offer this too. I have been are within minutes every time. $6 per signing and I'm out in under 10 minutes. It used to be convenient to go here instead of the dmv but now it's just like the dmv. They are so ready to upsell you insurance or travel packages. There travel packages are a scam. You can find them for way less on your own. Most people don't know but if you don't pay your full insurance premium upfront then they charge you interest to make monthly payments. No other insurance company does this. They are barely hanging g in to my business.
