I called this office to speak to the rep that helped me that day and the voice mail said he was out of the office a couple of days and to speak to another gentleman. So I called and this guy said "yeah John Doe" hahaha will be back next week. Ok, I called the following week and his voice mail was still the same "I'll be back Tuesday", I was like "shouldn't he be back?" I called and left messages on both extensions and still no response. As I was writing this review I received the call back. I just don't understand why I had to wait so long. I figured another office would be able to help me so I called an office in Reseda and the automated system went retarded on me, I figured "let me call the location on Chatsworth and guess what?
