But let me back up just a bit, I'm a Walgreens Rewards Member and recently got an email for a free 8x10 as a way to celebrate Father's Day. So last night before it expired, I hopped on the website and uploaded a pic. Because I knew I was going to be in the area, I chose this location for my pick-up. Received an email early this morning letting me know it was ready to be picked up. When I walked in, I headed to the photo counter and the male employee working was nice and friendly and had no problem locating my photo. As I was walking away, a new Reese's with Marshmallow caught my eye and there was a sale on it if you're a rewards member, which was another draw for my impulse buy lol. Tamara, the cashier who helped me, was very pleasant and energetic and made sure I got my rewards discount. Although a short interaction, her customer service was awesome.

Maybe the grass is greener." Big mistake. This pasture? Dry. Gates half-open, half-closed, no ranch hand in sight when the sign says they should be. I've stomped my hooves over there twice now during "open hours," and it's just empty wind and disappointment. A bull doesn't like showing up to a trough that's been abandoned. And when the gate is open? The folks behind the counter move like they've been out in the heat too long... or maybe into something stronger than hay. No urgency, no clarity--just slow, strange energy that makes a bull uneasy. Honestly, the whole setup feels less like a well-run ranch and more like waiting in line at some bureaucratic branding station. No flow. No respect for a bull's time. So I'm turning this big ol' body right back toward Walmart pasture. At least over there, when a bull needs his feed, the gate's open and someone's actually minding the herd. Two hooves down. Would not graze again.

The assistant was friendly enough, but I could tell she seemed frustrated that my appointment was toward the end of the day. When Taylor came in, she was very kind and personable, but the actual exam was incredibly brief. It lasted less than five minutes and did not feel very thorough for what I expected from an entire body skin check. I left wondering whether this was simply because they were at the end of a long day or if this is their normal process. I would have given zero stars if it weren't for how friendly Taylor was. A few days later, I received a call from someone involved with the other side of the business. Unfortunately, that interaction was even more disappointing. She was condescending and rude when I asked questions, and once again, communication and response times were extremely frustrating. I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling. Had Mohs surgery on my shin and was outta there in 4 hours. Doctor called me at 7:30pm to check on me...of course I was fine...the local anesthetic had not worn off. Next day...no bueno! I was in severe pain....like a 7 or 8! For four days!! My husband called doctor, but he never called back. I was able to talk to Nurse Ratchet at the triage and she refuse any pain medication for me...I only wanted some relief for 2 or 3 days....they dug pretty deep into my leg! So I cried for three days, unable to walk, hubby got me a walker. Left another message at triage on third day (Sunday) and nice female doctor called me back relatively quickly..she was very nice, but at this point, I was able to tolerate with Tylenol. Texted picture of my swollen red leg. Told it looked good. Anyway, all that said, I believe the Mohs surgery was done very well; it's the aftercare and compassion/empathy that really turned me off. I'm dealing with stage 4 lung cancer (non smoker) and just don't want to have to deal with indifference.
