Very dissatisfied with my eyebrows that i got done recently from Simya. I went in excited because I've been tired of filling my eyebrows in everyday and stated I wanted a natural full look and she said no problem and they're going to look great! Well they don't. After 3 days of the procedure I started noticing itchy, thick lumps on everywhere she tattooed. I was very concerned both my mom and I got them done the same exact day. And we have the exact problem going on. We both went to the dermatologist bc when we mentioned and sent her pictures she said it's completely Normal it should be going away very soon. It was so bad we got headaches and they were completely swollen. She said to to come by for a look and give us cream in 5 days we mentioned it to her, we were so concerned we couldn't wait the 5 days and were put on two different steroids by the doctor and still have not seen a change. she is very bad with replying when she said if there is any concerns to contact her and she will reply as soon as possible. We've waited days for responses and even had to retext her multiple of times to get her attention. very unprofessional. I am 20, and just want a simple 3D microblading.... And she made them thinner then they were the first time. and VERY uneven, and to close to my nose. (They weren't like that before) it basically looks like I have stamp on eyebrows. It's not even microblading!! we followed up with her 2 weeks after everything.... And she said she was very sorry and will refund and make sure everything is okay in the next 3 days. It's been over a week and she won't reply when we want information regarding everything. And stated she will not be giving the refund back bc she used the ink on other people and nothing is wrong with them yet she stated she had two other clients who had them same issue as us. We called premiere(the products she uses for the eyebrows) and was told that the specific ink she used has been put in the system bc of contact dermatitis and other issues! Which will be soon recalled. She also mentioned that before us she used the same ink and the lady had the same problem, wouldn't ANY professionalist contact the company before using it on anyone else to make sure it's safe to use? Well she didn't and were stuck with the same issue. And the procedure, if any of y'all are thinking about getting this done, please please PLEASE look into this and find someone you trust. Bc I don't want y'all to make the same mistake we did. And make sure y'all get a patch test(which was informed from the product company she is with-premiere) to see if there is any reactions to the ink. WHICH she did not do for us. She is Very unsanitary in a dusty flea market and will use paper towels instead of sterile paper, and in the middle of the procedure will stop and put it on the paper towel with the open needle and go do someone's eyebrows for 5 minutes while we're sitting there bleeding with open wounds. just informing y'all about our very bad experience. She screwed up our eyebrows and has no care in the world for what she did and irresponsible. professionals should be concerned about their clients and make sure everything goes smoothly and satisfying and she clearly does not care about she has done to our eyebrows. VERY VERY VERY dissatisfied with her work and upset because we have to wear hats and sunglasses everyday bc they are that bad!!!!! read more

Sumiya did my eyebrows and my daughters, she botched our appearance. We have to wear sunglasses daily and a hat because they absolutely look gross. They are ruined. We developed a very bad issue with raised bumps and they turned grayish white all over our eyebrows and after 3 weeks they haven't gone away. She stated she had 2 other clients that had the same issue and promised me it would be gone in a few days, well it's 3 weeks no change, yet she never contacted premier pigments the line she used to inform them and create a report as she should've done. I had to do it and found out a lot of information that will be passed on. They stated the colors have been called in from other people who got contact dermatitis and need to be not used. There own Dr. Stated she went to deep and the pigment should've never been used, if she would've called in as a professional having the best interest of her clients this wouldn't of happened to us. Now we are seeing our personal dermatologist and taking steroids which isn't a healthy option, next is to get it removed cosmetically which is going to cost a lot of money to see a cosmetic surgeon. She failed as a professional. Reports are being sent in to the state of TX and the health department. Our eyebrows are forever ruined. She don't care about her clients, we asked for a refund and our disclosure forms she never provided either When she promised she would. She lied to us, she stated she was sorry and would def. provide a refund due to these issues after I told her we would not be seeing her again. I don't know how a professional as she claims herself to be works in such dishonestly. She don't respond about aftercare and gives a packet of bacitracin ointment which should not be given per 2 Drs. She lied about 3D microblading she didn't do that on our eyebrows when she said she did. She never performed a patch test, which the Drs couldn't understand why, knowing she should have. Our eyebrows look painted on scribbled just horrid raised white bumps everywhere she tattooed on. Not to mention they are totally uneven. My lips she did, are all uneven as well, the lines are below my natural lip line and nothing close to the natural color I asked for. Please do you research and find a real professional who has the best interest of their clients in hand. One thing I learned with this is when it comes to your body, research the person, she does her work in a flea market, which is filled with dust, dirty and unsanitary using paper towels that aren't stored away to keep clean.
