I found this salon on Groupon while searching for a place to get highlights. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly frustrating from the start. I attempted to book an appointment by calling the listed number several times over multiple days, with no luck. I even submitted a message through the website, but never received a call back or email response. It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone. Eventually, after almost giving up, I finally reached someone on the phone. The stylist who answered came across as rude and dismissive. She told me the next available appointment was Saturday at 10 a.m., and when I agreed, she added, "If you're not going to come, you need to tell me the day before because I don't want to waste my time." That comment felt unprofessional, but I decided to go ahead anyway, even though the salon was an hour away from me. On the day of the appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early but couldn't find the specific suite, as the address provided didn't include that information. I called for clarification but, unsurprisingly, got no answer. After walking around and finally locating the suite, I was told to wait outside until exactly 10 a.m. When I was finally seen, I explained that I had purchased the Groupon for partial highlights and a haircut. I also showed reference photos for the color I wanted, not expecting an exact match, just something similar. However, she immediately started telling me she couldn't do what I was asking, claiming it wasn't technically highlights, or that I'd need to start over with a single-process color. She said she could only do a touch-up on the top and wouldn't touch the rest of my hair. I've had highlights done many times before and never encountered a stylist who flat-out refused to do the service, especially when the request was reasonable. At that point, it felt like she either didn't want to do the work or wasn't confident in her ability to do it properly. I paid for highlights, not a root touch-up. Given how uncomfortable and uneasy I felt, I decided not to move forward with the service not even the haircut. When I told her I was leaving, she accused me of being rude, and I told her honestly that her communication and attitude had been extremely unprofessional. She then began yelling at me, which only confirmed that walking out was the right decision. Afterward, I looked up other reviews and saw several similar complaints about her rudeness and poor quality of service. I would much rather waste the drive than risk having my hair ruined. I do not recommend this place. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. read more

Im not one to leave reviews but just have to warn you that this was the worst experience. When we walked in they weren't friendly at all. I got a trim and I think my daughter would've done a better job! My hair is crooked and not blended at all. I should've read all these reviews before I bought this. I called before coming to this place just to be told that the hours on Google are incorrect and that they are actually closing in the next 30 minutes from the time I called. She told me to make my way there even after telling her I was 30 minutes away, only for me to arrive and her leave. This is so unprofessional! I went in for an extraction facial I bought a Groupon to do it. The extraction itself was fine and normal I'll be a painful but where is it never painful? Man I hate writing a bad review because I always feel guilty for doing so. However, I have to be really honest. I base all my visits to salons, restaurants etc on Google or Yelp reviews. People need to know to not go here for hair cuts. Yall I was so baffled how ANY ONE with the right mind would think this is ok (I'll show pictures). I was in a wedding today and had to do everything last minute because my mom ended up in the hospital. Then Thanksgiving came and everything was closed so Friday (yesterday) was my only day to prepare. I desperately needed someone to blend my extensions before my wedding rehearsal. I installed a beaded 22 inches weft but my hair was so short it didn't connect well and looked really bad. Everyone seemed to be closed except for her. Saw the good star rating, called her and asked if she knew how to cut/ blend extensions (she said yes) so I went. I figured I could get my brows threaded too. She said she'd be done in 15 minutes because I told her I needed to leave within 1 hr to make it to the wedding rehearsal- it took her an hour. I was definitely late. This lady was doing straight cuts, no texturing, no blending etc. She told me it looks better than what I came in with. I was appalled! Then she proceeded to tell me that she can't help it because that's how hair extensions cut because it's not real hair. I told her this is 100% human hair and I made sure I paid high dollar for them. But synthetic or real that's no excuse to cut hair this choppy. It was UNEVEN and just absolutely HORRIBLE!! After I told her it was human hair, she found a different excuse. She said it was the method that I installed the hair that caused the hair to cut/ result like that. WTF?! You guys...I was shocked she had the audacity to even say such things- like do I look like an idiot to you? How does this even make sense?! Her other customer was there astonished trying to back me up by telling her what was wrong, how the cut was UNEVEN and straight cut & didn't blend well. She then said " I could fix it but I have to cut some more hair! " Girl BYE! I told her I was not happy plus I was too scared to let her "finish" because she 100% did not know wth she was doing! I politely said thanks and I walked out with waiting customers staring at me in shock from the results. Yall I literally cried in the car like a little kid. That was 22 inches of 100% human hair from Bellami! Customized to match my current color. You know how expensive that was? If I was petty I'd probably take her to court to reimburse me or buy me a new bundle! I braided it (to hide the disaster), rushed to the wedding rehearsal and was able to find a different open salon after the rehearsal. I drove all the way to Life Spa in Life Time Fitness off of high way 59 for an emergency cut from someone I could trust-Van! I couldn't look this crazy for the wedding. I will show you what the stylist Van at Life Spa was able to repair and salvage. At this point anything is better than the damage that was done! I hope whoever messed up my hair reads this review and looks at the before and after pictures so she can see that it's very much possible to cut extensions properly. She just didn't know how to cut hair period! I would appreciate it if it's not your expertise stop trying to pretend you know everything and just be 100% HONEST with your customers. Stick with brow tinting/ threading whatever Simply say "I don't think I could do what you want" so we as customers can move on and get it done right elsewhere! I had hair up to my butt! I'm still in disbelief especially with the excuses she gave me. I regret so much coming here I didn't even let her thread my brows afterwards. Who can trust someone after such a thing! How does this woman have a license to cut hair? How? My 14 year old son could have done a better job with regular scissors than this hot mess! read more

I tried this place again today. I went in for threading. The technician who did my brows did a pretty good job. I was satisfied with the final look. My issue is the lack of customer service. As I was checking out, the owner (not my brow tech), was looking for my name in the system so I could pay, then two ladies walked in asking about eyelash extensions. She did not say excuse me, hold on a minute or anything. Instead, she left me in the middle of the transaction and went to go explain their eyelash extensions process to the other customers. After waiting several minutes, I just gave the tech my money and left. I felt completely disrespected by this business yet again. It would have been easier for her to collect my money, ask them to wait a minute, then explain the process to them instead of just leaving me to wait 5 minutes. You will never get my business again!!!!! read more

I've been coming here for about year. They've always done an okay job, and the price was okay, so it worked. However, today they completely botched my eyebrows! Thin to a single hair point on one side, and thick with no shape on the other. When I discussed it with the manager, she said, "Oh, your hairs are just lighter on one side than the other." No, they're gone. I have dark black hair and fair skin, so the poor job that was done stands out even more. On top of that, the technician doing the threading kept catching eyelashes. A woman named Kiran (i think she is the owner of the shop) messed up my eyebrows. Both of my eyebrows were completely different shapes from each other and were not leveled. So I had to grow my eyebrows out completely. Then I came back to the salon hoping I would get someone other than the Kiran lady to do my eyebrows but unfortunately she was the only one there. So I tried to explain to her to please don't mess my eyebrows up this time. She was careful and did a way better job than last time BUT she charged me 3 DOLLARS EXTRA because it took too long for her to do my eyebrows. What?? How is that my fault since she was the one that messed them up last time causing me to grow them out fully to have them shape my eyebrows properly again. Avoid going to this place. read more

If you are looking for a place where they ACTUALLY LISTEN to you for your eye brows and other services, look no further!! People always compliment and ask where I get my eyebrows done :) The owner Kiran, is really nice and friendly and does a good job and so does the other ladies. I've always been skeptical of getting facial massages and facial bleaches at salons, because of the products they use, as I have very sensitive skin. But I've been regularly getting my facials and skin polishes done here and never had any reactions or any other issues thankfully! Instead I come home to clean and glowing skin every time.
