Her services were very reasonably priced so I decided to take a chance and contact her. From the very first conversation Marielle was very understanding and attentive to what I wanted for a perfect wedding look. She answered all of my questions and shattered all of my doubts about using her and her team. I'll admit, I was a little weary since I'm from Baltimore and wasn't able to travel to Florida to meet beforehand but I had looked at her various pictures on social media and read previous reviews so knew in my gut it would work out. Her and her team travelled to my hotel in Clearwater the afternoon of my wedding and arrived promptly. They went above and beyond while they were there helping my sister (my maid of honor) and I get ready. Our hair and makeup looked absolutely stunning! I have never felt more beautiful! Not to mention, we had a great time - good conversation and a lot of laughs. Marielle and her team are definitely the sweetest. I'd recommend them 100 times over to anyone. With that said I won't be back too disappointed so now I have to wait for several weeks before I find some other place who can do what I want.

Desperate and with guests already arriving in town, I had to take time to repeatedly call Lili until I finally reached her at COB Friday. I came to find out that while I had booked service with the owner Lili, she was not aware of my wedding details when we spoke and did not even know who would be coming to take care of me Monday - it clearly would not be her despite multiple confirmations otherwise. I am now two days before my wedding and have no one to do my hair or makeup despite months of planning. Lili seemed nice enough but when I spoke to her completely distressed, she quickly supplied a refund without any offer to make it right. Instead, she blamed the issue on an email hosting problem - she had not paid enough for email storage, rending her email useless - and told me sorry but no resolution. Apparently, their "policy" is to contact brides with confirmation, contact information and arrival time just two days before their wedding. I urge all brides to proceed with caution - Lili has a fantastic portfolio, but their planning process is completely unprofessional and has now cost me my bridal beauty moment. As I told her, "I will now be a shadow of the bride I had always dreamed and hoped of being." I never received a response.
