Overall she was blowing out my hair for a while then left the rollers in for a short period that definitely wasn't long enough to impart volume. This was all followed up by using a curling iron on a few pieces of hair. I felt like a more seasoned hair stylist may have approached the task with a different technique and didn't feel confident in the stylists ability. This is in no means a reflection on the salons customer service as everyone was very nice. Would not come back and regret spending the money on this service.

Not only was I able to book my reservation quickly and quietly after I put my toddlers to bed, but I was also able to score a morning appointment before nap time! The location on South Dale Mabry is super convenient to my house and there was plenty of parking spots available. Loved the fun and modern decor and music. Did I mention the awesome childcare area?! The owner obviously gets that busy moms want to get pampered, but do not always have access to a babysitter. My stylist Dali was so sweet and friendly and did an amazing job with my hair! I decided to pay a little extra and added beach waves to my blowout. The result was so pretty and she added enough hairspray so that my hair still looked fabulous five hours later at our photoshoot!

When I met Zondra, I had very dry, straight, box-colored hair with lots of grays growing in. She is a great listener, was receptive to what I expressed I wanted, and we worked together to come up with a beautiful plan for balayage (first time I've ever done anything beyond a single color to my hair). She took care of my color and cut in exactly 3 hours, which was 2 hours shorter than the original quoted time. Such a relief!! She guided me in selecting the appropriate hair products to bring my hair back to health. Zondra was kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and a pleasure to have work on my hair. She is the first stylist whose post-hair appt advice I am fully following. I will definitely be back to maintain the balayage or try something new!

She was able to arrange an appointment with the amazing Angela with just 45 minutes notice. Angela was a dream to work with. She gave me a full consultation which ensured my comfort prior to her working with my hair. She was very knowledgeable and a great listener, all traits that I look for in any stylist. She was easy to converse with and made my experience at the salon memorable and one to return for. We worked together to decide on the necessary color for my roots in order for them to most effectively blend with the rest of the hair. She applied a toner to the remainder of the hair and I was very pleased with the results. My hair, which was originally brown with caramel balayage, had turned brassy and orange.
