My first experience, in 2016, had been excellent, and unfortunately, it just never was as good as the first time. The building is adorable. It is an old house that is quite beautiful in Banker's Hill with easy street parking. This time I walked in and was readily greeted. The people there are very nice and welcoming, especially the woman working the register that day. I was given some information to fill out and offered tea or water before my facial appointment. I was getting ready for a big event in my life, and therefore, wanted to pay some attention to skincare. My facial session was very comfortable and relaxing. My primary complaint (the same I had last time) was that at least half of the session was actually a head, shoulder, and arm massage. Yes, that was very nice, but I felt that very little of the session was directed to skincare. After all, I had booked a facial, not a massage. Also, they did some extractions, but when so little time (under two minutes) was devoted to extractions, I didn't understand the reason for doing it at all. I think my biggest issue was that I had some lotions that she was rubbing into my face before doing the scalp massage, and then she proceeded to rub so much greasy lotion into my hair. Unfortuantely, I had to go home and wash my hair instead of doing the errands I had intended to complete after my appointment. I really like the location and the relaxed feeling of this spa, but I just didn't end up very pleased with my service.

I almost always get "The Works" every month - and my skin looks fantastic . I have the membership and absolutely love that they began offering it. I come every 4 months for my tox and last month had a forma facial and loved it. I got it just before a trip to Cancun and I definitely saw the results. Definitely will be doing that again. Like I said, monthly trips here for my hydra facial and I also have had a customized peel that Katie recommended every few weeks or so. I had my top lip dissolved by Kristen because it was migrating due to an injector who I had never used before. I have had lip filler in the past but no longer as I already have full lips so I ditched the filler. She was very gentle and I am very happy I made that decision. I also use their retinol and it's my HG along with the Hydroquinone pads that Katie makes after my appt. I'm also absolutely obsessed with their lip product - Lip Boss. It's SPF AND it's a lip plumper.!! It's better than any product on the market IMO. The front staff is also very knowledgeable and sweet as well. Parking is never an issue either. I'm a researcher and I followed them on IG for over a year before I decided to make my first appt and I'm so glad I chose Vitality Aesthetics ,especially Kristen as my injector.
