Mike and Kristina have been absolutely stellar to work with the last few years. I've worked with them on major kitchen renovations, bath remodels and most recently, new appliances for my home. My wife and I had a fridge break about 2-3 weeks ago and immediately went to Facets to see their selection and price points. Their new showroom was one of the best (if not, THE best) showroom I've been to in the entire Austin area. Very clean, organized and very well thought out. Mike met with us and gave us a quick tour and then started to ask us questions to ensure he was recommending the best fridge and appliances for our family lifestyle and needs. He knew his product and was able to find something that was readily available (because of covid, most manufactures are on back order right now). We purchased a fridge and set up a delivery the following week. So when their crew arrived to deliver the fridge, we realized we had a miscommunication. It was my fault for assuming installation was included when in fact only delivery was included in my price. To my wife's relief, Mike immediately jumped on the situation and organized another crew to arrive and install the fridge. I'm in the remodel business and I cannot tell you how rare it is to have a company go the extra mile when something is clearly not their fault. It was my misunderstanding but nevertheless, they where the hero of the day and made miracles happen to ensure our fridge was connected and installed correctly. Thank you again to Mike and his team for amazing customer service, prompt problem solving and making us a valued client for life. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Came in and two young women were sitting at the front desk. I said I was looking for a particular brand of tub that I knew they carried. One of them waived her hand and said the plumbing's all on that side of the store. I walked around. No one ever offered to help. When I left no one asked if I found what I was looking for. Loss for facets. I'm remodeling a house and buying a heck of a lot more than a bathtub. Will never go here again. Went to Expressions. They were super helpful and nice. They're going to be getting a big chunk of business. read more

I'm amazed at the maze of rooms displaying lovely sinks, faucets, tubs, commodes and more but the people who work these rooms aren't always around. You do not need to be a builder, architect, designer or plumber to shop here as it is open to the public. After a little home research, I found exactly what I wanted by heading right to the back counter where the plumbers hang out, a new toilet seat and cover. Okay, nothing exciting or special but it's a good quality product. If all you want is something utilitarian, go directly to the back counter and skip the maze of eye candy. I was in and out in faster than you can say "Plumber's helper". read more

Giving three stars because my sales person was nice. Pros: a lot of variety in brands Pros: sales person was versed with the knowledge to put together everything we needed fixture wise for our shower. Cons: push favorite brand because they get a deal instead of letting you find a line within a brand you want and crunching #'s from there. Price point was high for a not so well known (could of been house brand) brand. Cons: rude receptionist Cons: need an appt and if your sales person isn't avail to discuss the quote she gave you, they don't get you to someone that can. Some of us are on a time crunch and need to make a decision instead of spending time rearranging schedules to get another appt! Cons: not open on weekend and only until 5pm. Who's gonna take off work to look at shower fixtures for their shower?!? Overall not a fan and people wonder why you don't buy local. Unfortunately this was my experience with a couple of similiar places here in Austin. read more

Stopped in at Facets to look for a replacement kitchen faucet spray head, which was not in stock. However, Tiffany, one of the showroom sales women, took on our search as her own project. She looked up the part, contacted the manufacturer and, in a follow-up e-mail, announced that the company would be sending us a replacement part ASAP. Tiffany went above and beyond the call, and we will definitely give them our business in the future when the occasion arises. read more

In the market for a new water filtration system and came across this company upon searching some of the top rated places. The guys at the back counter were very knowledgeable when I asked them about their filtration systems. Satisfied with my choice I checked out with the receptionist at the front. I made my purchase with Tiffany... although very busy, she was extremely friendly and efficient. I'll be back in the future when I purchase my next home. read more

A plumber sent me to Moore to buy a trim kit for my shower/ tub while he went to buy a cartridge to fix the leak. He told me exactly what to ask for at Moore. The Moore rep was very friendly, but after I explained what I needed ( a trim kit to fit a 1980's Moen faucet with diagonal holes and a handle connection to match the old one (which I had with me) she did not show me anything. She claimed that there was no way the plumber would find a cartridge to fit and no way that I would find a trim kit to fit. She talked about her 15 years of experience. About how every 5 years connecters change etc. She gave a long explanation about why we would have to either go through sheetrock or tile to make the repair and change out the brass. I left, when to Home Depot, bought a trim kit that matched what the plumber told me. The plumber got the cartridge, and installed the new trim kit. No tearing into walls or tiles required. Disappointing. I am sure Moore had prettier and nicer quality that what I bought, but at least I updated the brass when the lead was repaired. And thankfully, she was completely wrong about what was needed. read more

I have spent over 60k in plumbing fixtures at this place. The fixtures are great. The quality of service and care for customers and support deserves a minus score. Absolutely ridiculous. No responses to several calls or emails after we paid 100% trying to figure out when product is going to come in. When they respond they lie to you that they called. Better off dealing with Fergusons for sure. There is a night and day difference. Katy, Mike and Theresa all are the same. read more

I was shopping around today as I'm hiring a contractor to renovate my restroom. I went by this location and received no assistance. There's a receptionist at the door, but she was busy on the phone. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this location. Luckily, I found another showroom close by that was able to help me get a new tub, vanity, sink, countertops, etc. picked out for me. read more

Beautiful showroom and displays of quality plumbing but the customer service after the sale is lacking. Drove there yesterday and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes and still no one came to assist me. They didn't even have records of the original sale, horrible personal service! I ended up walking out! UPDATE: The manager did contact me to see how he could help and apologized for the bad service I received. I had already ordered the part from another source. I give him great credit in doing this, thus I will change my review. Although I'm still dissatisfied with Newport Brass faucets and I'd give them two starts. The spray wand after 9 years leaked with the potential of causing major damage to wood floors. There are no parts to order although it sure looks like it comes apart. Nothing like spending $300 for a new spray head! I've had $30 models last forever! read more

Our contractor sent us to Moore Supply to select all the bath and kitchen faucets, sinks,plumbing fixtures, etc. They have amazing selection in their showroom, especially considering the relatively small area. Katy was always very knowledgeable about the options and products, made great recommendations within the style and budget of our major remodel. She did not try to up sell us to more expensive options. The only negative I would say is they did not have the tub on the showroom floor so I could sit in it. They did have it in a crate for me to see. We did have a problem with the touch feature of our kitchen faucet. Even though it was a little more than a year since we moved into our new house, Katy cheerfully responded by arranging to have the sales rep for the manufacturer. I was very impressed with the service. He called the day before to confirm our appointment, he showed up on time, he was knowledgeable about the Delta touch control faucets, had the needed parts with him and was neat and tidy. I could not be more pleased with the service. read more

My husband and I (and our designer) worked with Kristina Hampton at Moore Supply Company and found her to be incredibly helpful and efficient! She had everything organized and ready to go so that we didn't waste any time. If husband/I had opposing views on an item (e.g., type of shower head), Kristina was able to strike a compromise between us. She educating us on the various features of the items and what might be a good compromise. Kristina is well-informed about their products and she is just nice to work with on this project. It turned out to be a much less painful process of picking out all of the plumbing for our renovation, largely due to Kristina. I highly recommend her/this company. read more

After early morning visits to the big stores, I received very little help and no opportunity to purchase at the moment. I called Roy Faust of New Creations Custom Kitchen and Bath who is the only person I would trust with any kitchen or bath renovation. His recommendation of Adam Stanaway at Facets was the best step in the whole process. Adam listened to my needs, sent me a fantastic bid. I love my new washer and dryer. Facets is a top notch company and their installers at Three Fold Services made sure the washer and dryer were installed when it was scheduled even though they had a conflict early in the day. It was about 9:15 pm or so when they finished. Really appreciate their dedication. When I asked them if they would match on line pricing, their answer was probably not given that the benefit of using them was their superior customer service. However, she did tell me to email her the links and she would ask and get back with me. Well, I never heard a word back... so much for customer service. We purchased a few thousand dollars worth of plumbing fixtures here. Moore Supply billed our plumber for the same fixtures that we paid for ourselves. The shower fixture was missing a tiny screw that was necessary to regulate the water temperature. Moore Supply was either incapable of addressing this situation or just didn't care. We ended up getting the missing screw FOR FREE from another plumbing supply company that had it in stock. read more

If you want highend plumbing fixtures with the service and quality of a junkyard, then this is the place for you. Mike was a really friendly and helpful salesman. However, he said the sinks we wanted were in stock and he wrote down the wrong direction of our tub (left vs. right). This is a huge deal (mistake). We didn't discover the error until we got the tub to our new house and unwrapped it. They did deliver the 2nd tub free of charge (gee, that was nice of them). However, that one had cracked porcelain. The 3rd tub is to arrive tomorrow. I can't wait to see what is wrong with that one. Now back to the sinks... These "in-stock" sinks will take two weeks to get into the store. Thanks! Our construction deadline got pushed back a week due to the tub issues. We have to be out of our old house and into the one we're remoldeling due to the set closing date. I guess we can wash our hands in the tub while we're waiting for the sinks. So to sum up... If you don't mind a supplier wasting your (and plumbers) time, adding stress to an already stressful time remodeling, and charging you a lot for it, then this is the place for you.
