I've been seeing Kyle since Aug/Sept of 2016. In two years she has completely transformed my skin! My review is long so if you don't want to read it I'll summarize. Kyle is amazing. Fixing your skin is an investment. Be realistic about what you want and the results. You won't be disappointed. When I started I was having breakout after breakout. Which then resulted in dark spots all over my face from my hyperpigmentation. I went in thinking, if I can just get to the point where I have a couple of days without having a breakout I'll be happy. Kyle was up front about what she thought my results could be and how long it would take. Telling someone that they may not see results for three months or more, isn't ideal but she was honest. I appreciated the fact that she wasn't trying to tell me what I wanted to hear. It did take some trial and error. It was not an easy process. Kyle was realistic with me but I also knew it wasn't going to happen overnight. I'll be honest, it is an investment. But for me it was SO worth it. The packages are the best way to go. So here's my full story: We started with hydrofacials. I started to see my skin clearing up after about 3 treatments. I tried a chemical peel and didn't see any results from it. I continued to see improvement in my skin from the hydrofacials as we went on. After a year I decided to try the chemical peel again and my skin did not react well at all. Disclaimer, I knew full well that, that was a possibility. Just like when I had the first peel, Kyle went over everything. When you are putting chemicals on your skin you can't predict what will happen. This is a part of the story that isn't great but how Kyle handled it is why I continue to come. I had it done on a Friday and Kyle was going out of town but told me I could call the office on Saturday if I was having any problems. I did and no one picked up. I finally got someone on Monday and by then I was freaking out. I had some pretty harsh scab patches that were not something Kyle warned me about. They were able to get me in with someone else to have it looked at since Kyle was gone. I don't remember who I saw but I wasn't a fan. She acted like what was going on wasn't a big deal. She put me under the red light, gave me a cream, and asked that I come back later in the week. By then my skin was better and I would be seeing Kyle in two weeks so I waited. When I saw Kyle and told her what happened she first apologized for there not being a nurse on call. She also had no idea that I had a bad reaction because my file wasn't updated. She immediately said that wasn't okay, apologized, and would follow up with everyone to figure out what happened. I showed her the pictures (since they weren't in my file) and she said no more chemical peels. Fortunately my skin recovered from the peel and it didn't cause any permanent damage. After about a month Kyle mentioned BBL Laser. . By this point I wasn't having full face breakouts. But I was still getting little patches about once a week. Kyle said people who had used BBL were no longer having any breakouts. So I decided to give it a shot. This was the game changer for my skin. I did three treatments. After just the first treatment the tone and texture of my skin was better. Almost all of my dark hyperpigmentation was gone. And I had literally one spot on my face in two weeks. After all three treatments my skin was like it was when I was young. Neither of us expected the overall results to be as great as they are. It's been about four months since I did BBL. I get a spot every now and then but those are completely hormonal based. I honestly never thought my skin would look this good. I've had moments where I wasn't full committed and thought I was wasting my time. But I'm so glad I pushed through it. Even with the bump I had, I'd do it all again. I still continue to see Kyle but now on a more maintainance basis. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

I told her to get it off and she said it was supposed to feel this way. I went home with burned skin and it took days for the swelling to go away. When in Denver I found this clinic and made an appointment to get 3 small bumps (hyperplastic sebaceous glands) on my cheeks "burned off". I've done this twice in Austin. It leaves a small scab and reduces size of raised lesion. The tech seemed unfamiliar with the machine. She left deep wounds ALL over my face. I spiked a temp of 101.8 24 hours afterwards (unclean tools?) and had to call the on call doctor for antibiotics. The establishment refused to offer me any compensation...verbal or financial . They stated everything was done "perfectly". I went to director of clinic, the tech herself, asked doctor owner to call... Nothing. I really do the mistake but not the attitude of the clinic, who has a policy of never admitting errors. read more

I schedualed a treatment for the first time with Facial Aesthetics after my surgery at Grossman Plastics. When paying for my first treatment it was suggested by the staff to PRE-PAY for additional treatments. So I did. A week after the first treatment I had Zero results . I've had this treatment at another office for years with results so I told them at Facial Aesthetics and they told me to come back and they would do it again with no additional payment . Again no results!!! I told them I was not happy with their office and I would like a refund for the 1,350.00 I pre paid for services NEVER RENDERED ... their office told me they would NOT refund me for PRE-PAID services never rendered because this was their office practice .... Um, some days it's roses....some days thorns. Maybe she was having an off day, I wasn't when I went in there but I'll never go back. The place was totally redecorated since I was there last but Pam was, how shall I say this, not in a good mood. Still professionally acting but I left with red needle marks which stayed for over a week - really could've worn a sign that said "Botox was injected here". I added a comment to their automatically generated email deals, never heard back and felt that at least I'd given them feedback. The system is probably set up to send and not receive but I'd taken consumer conscientiousness about as far as I wanted. The staff is very nice and professional. I had a good experience with the BBL photofacial here. I would not recommend this place for injections. I've never had as much pain and bruising from Botox as I had the one time I came here. The bruising I had was not the usual "pinpoint" bruising. It was a large bruise in the area of my crow's feet that lasted over a week and was difficult to cover with makeup. I also had lasting jaw pain and swelling from masseter Botox that I've never experienced before. The staff is very kind, but I'll be going back to Ageless Aesthetics for Botox. read more

Everyone is nice and its a great atmosphere and the injection specialists are good at what they do. The only bad part is I'm constantly over charged. They have a policy that if you pre-book your Botox appointments it is $12 a unit. I pre-book every single appointment and every single time I'm charged the normal $12.50. I have to call every time and then it takes a week to be refunded by the credit card company. It's not the worst thing that could happen, but I've been a customer for over 3 years and they still haven't fixed it so it has become quite annoying. read more

IN 2016 I went in and saw I believe her name was Paula. I explained to her that I got droopy eye from the last time I had botox somewhere else and she said understood. I did end up with droopy eye again but this time is was in both eyes and a lot worse than before. In 2017, I saved up money to get the Kybella treatment but had asked for the owner, Pamela because I didn't want any mistakes. It wasn't extreme what I wanted done, it was just a little bit of fat under the chin that was very minor but it bugged me in pictures so I saved up and was going to do it. Just went through a divorce and wanted to look good. After I had it done she said the swelling would last a days but should notice a difference within a week or so. But weeks, months, a year later the swelling had not gone down and my chin was way worse than it was before I went in originally. About 9 months after contacting them and having them tell me that some people just take a bit longer to heel I told them I wanted it fixed. So they referred me to her husband, Dr. Grossman who is the plastic surgeon in the ajoining office. He was very sweet and first he tried the lipo in my chin to remove the fat. So weeks later it wasn't as full but hanging skin. Then he tried a vazor treatment to burn the skin to tighten it. The skin was still hanging weeks later and there were these scars left under my chin as well, he tried one more treatment and it just didn't work. So then he suggested a chin lift and this time he was going to charge me for it. When I sent in a letter stating why I felt that I shouldn't have to pay for a chin lift when these treatments clearly caused the hanging skin their office manager basically told me that Dr. Grossman went above and beyond to help me by giving me these free treatments and he didn't have to and that was that. Sadly, I paid $1400 and I am embarrassed every day of my chin. I just turned 50 and I feel I look older and there is just this skin hanging from my chin and scarring. It is now 2019 and I am just sad. I get that you sign these waivers as things can happen but I was basically treated like I was done a favor and to move on or pay and it didn't feel right to me and still doesn't. read more

Pamela Hill did filler in the tear trough area of my eyes. In my opinion, my treatment was HORRIBLE! I contacted her staff several times about my pain and swelling, without a response! I had to go to the ER for treatment! After a very costly, ER bill, I was given a cream to supposedly fix what had happened. It did not work! I had excruciating pain, intense swelling and my eve watered for approximately 6 months. I am still living with the horrific effects, which include a tyndall effect. This is from filler being placed too superficial and causes a blue tint. In addition, I was also charged for a further corrective treatment! It is my opinion, Facial Aesthetics does not stand by their work! Please do not make my mistake! In my opinion, please do not have any fillers done at Facial Aesthetics! I drove across town to the Greenwood Village location for a service that the owner convinced me to get the last time I was in and had me pre-pay for. When I arrived she wasn't there and the technician told me that, in no unclear terms, she was instructed that the clinic was not supposed to use the laser tx I had paid for. They sent me home. I later called several times to reschedule but got no call back to confirm the service could be preformed. When I did finally speak with someone they were extremely rude, i asked for a refund since they were not able to do the procedure we had agreed upon and they angrily and rudely refused. I feel duped and out $250. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is NOT their priority. read more

I recently received Botox injections from Pamela with Facial Aesthetics in Denver and what a mistake! My whole face now droops and I can barely pronounce my own name!!!!! I now have HUGE bags under my eyes which extend to mid-cheek, and rather than having a more youthful appearance, I now look 10 years older. When I returned to Facial Aesthetics, the clinician acknowledged that my face now has a "spongy" appearance. I was told that other than waiting for effects of the Botox (3-4 months!!!!!) there was nothing I (or Facial Aesthetics) could do and I was sent on my way. I am very dissatisfied (devastated) with the results of my treatment and even more so, with the cavalier attitude of Facial Aesthetics. read more

Pam Hill knows everything about fillers. She listens, is responsive and she is careful. She takes the artistry of making a face look it's best very seriously. By taking her time, there is almost no bruising. I like her as a person, too. She is kind, treats you as an individual, doesn't try to upsell you and has your best interest at heart. I've tried three other places with mixed results and found Pam because I was over injected by someone else, which she was able to correct and did so at no charge. This is the best place to go and they have weekly specials to help make it more affordable. I recommend them and especially Pam. read more
