Today, 4/26, I received a voicemail changing my appointment to 4:45 PM--and I did not see or hear that message in time. This is unacceptable. It is unprofessional to change someone's appointment without contacting them to confirm it's okay to move the time. I also have plans this evening, and I do not live nearby or have the ability to wait around for a **4:45 PM** appointment. Unfortunately, when I expressed my frustration, Zack was rude and did not address the issue appropriately. When I explained my concern, Zack walked away and said he didn't like my attitude. I feel like none of the staff made an effort to help resolve the situation, and this experience was handled poorly. I will not return to this establishment, and I plan to share my experience on my social media platforms. This was unprofessional across the board, and I would rate it no stars if that were an option.

My eyelids are now hooded and I have to use prescription eye drops to tighten the skin to improve visibility and reduce irritation. And the 11s are still there. Even though the people are friendly and it seems like a nice place, you are only as good as your last appointment, so I give them a negative 1. And I have to frown with hooded eyes for 4 months now. The worst part is that I trusted her and talked ti her about my fears of bad injections and she did it anyways.
