They have been hands down the best to work with when needing to shed private documents at work, responsive and inexpensive

I rarely purchase ink, because my thoughts about ink have never changed since the first time I…read morepurchased it: It's expensive, and I should just use someone else's printer. ;) So when I found myself needing to purchase ink (egads!), I was sort of frustrated. How can I get a good deal on ink? I've heard of "ink refill" but I figured it was.. Complicated. Or not easily accessible. Or just not worth my time. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Enter Rapid Refill. Once I did a quick search to find a place that "refills" cartridges, I realized that Rapid Refill was a mere 5 minutes away from my apartment. Hmm.. No prices listed online. That's a hindrance for me, because I have to carry a baby around with me everywhere I go, so if it's going to be a no-go, I'd rather not leave my house. But it's conveniently located next to a coffee shop, a convenience store.. You name it. So I drove over just to chance it. I didn't need to do that, but I'll get to that later. The gentleman who helped me was EXTREMELY friendly. Have I ever been here before? Nope. What do I know about ink refills? Nada, zip, zilch. What kind of cartridges do I have? These ones, I said, as I threw a bag full of empties on the counter. He had them in stock, rang them up.. And there we have it. I'm a believer! The total cost came to about $30 less than what I had priced out from a big box store. OK, so I work in an office. I'm always trying to save my boss some money. I asked him if he carried toner, and for how much. It depends, of course, on the model of the printer, and I had absolutely none of that information available. Remember what I said about not needing to go in to get a price? They've got this handy online form, where you just enter in the make/model of your printer, or what model of toner you're looking for, and they'll get back to you with a price. The thing is, I never believe companies check their website emails like that. That's why I never used it. So after my experience IN STORE, I figured they seem on top of their game, and once I was back at my office, I sent a submission via their website. He called within 10 minutes. (They were open) He says they do free delivery over a certain dollar amount. Needless to say, I'll be ordering from them in the future, and I'll be recommending anyone who owns a printer that I used up valuable printer time to go there as well. Savings of roughly 25-35% depending on what you're ordering. Friendly, diligent, the whole package. Stop over paying. Start using these folks. Happy Printing!

Used them again for a project too big and complicated for home printer. They are the best! Always…read morewilling to go the extra mile and super friendly while they're at it! I give them 5 stars and would 10 if I could!

When I went back to pick up my computer they said they had not moved my files yet so I had to come back later. When I finally got my computer, some files were missing on my new computer. The total service was about $130 and even though a new hard drive probably just cost $80, but my computer was working again, so I was not upset. But then I realize office depot put my credit card on file without my permission, each year I was charged for subscription for tech service $130 and MacAfee $100 (which increased this year). I contacted them for three years and they never solved this problem. I ended up got charged $720 service I never used. Total $850 I could have got a brand new computer instead of a hard drive!

I bought a printer about a month ago. Almost every business you deal with keeps your phone number…read moreand all of your transactions. I even went to a podiatrist recently who had records from 20 years ago. All I need to do is say my name. But at Office Depot after 3 weeks they erase you. You don't exist. My printer broke down within a month. I even had bought some insurance for it because I know how printers react to using them. They simply don't work very well after maybe a year maybe a little more this one only lasted about 4 weeks. But when I went back to exchange it They couldn't find me. They believe that I had bought it there. But there was nothing they could do about it because I didn't have a receipt. I get rid of my receipts because you can just keep so much paper even small little receipts. Because every business simply keeps you in their computer. Every business except office depot. They cost me a lot of money. I had to go buy another printer at a place that is reliable.. So I went to Best buy. I just said my name and up popped every transaction I had for the past 20 years. I bought a printer. I bought an insurance policy. I expect to have this printer for a couple of years before it crashes on me. But when I take it back, I'm sure to get a new one.
