Driving along, we saw their bill board... "2000 rugs on…read moredisplay". We have been looking to buy a new area rug, so we decided to see if there really was that many rugs to look at. WELL THERE ARE THAT MANY!!! The staff were very friendly and gave us a quick explanation of their layout and we were encouraged to look for as long as we wanted. We spend a couple hours looking at all the rugs hanging on display racks. If a person can't find what they want here looking for a rug, then they may be stuck with bare floors. We picked out 3 that we liked, then we asked if they could hold it for 24 hours while we confirmed our measurements at home and called them back. They were happy to help us. The next day I called back, paid for our rug over the phone, and returned the following day to bring it home. The store had it rolled and wrapped in very heavy plastic to protect it on our 45 minute drive home. Helped me load it up and we were on our way home. We are extremely happy we spotted that bill board. Loving our new rug. It looks and feels AWSOME in our home. We will definitely be returning for any future floor coving needs.

One of the rugs we wanted he was out of at the store but he knew he had one at home, so instead of missing a sale and possibly losing a customer he ran home about 15 to 20 minutes round trip to pick up the one he had at home. They do have a larger selection but very few in natural materials which is what I wanted. The wool rugs were mostly sold out. Shelves were very difficult to wade through. The store was clean, nothing blocking isles or the floor. However, shelves were a mess. No employees to be found. I saw one person checking out and I'm not sure I saw anyone else my 40 minutes in the store.

I use Ollies to shop dog toys and rugs and some other specialty items when they have them in if…read moreit's something I really really want like a really cheap blender or steamer. You really gotta go the day the advertise the price because I have gone many times and they tell me that either didn't get the item or they only had six and they left in the morning so that's the downfall of Ollies. The good thing about Ollies is that you can usually get snacks half price then you can at the store that goes for nuts and specialty items too which is really great if you need that sort of stuff I couldn't cut your grocery bill in half. I found once in a blue moon a pair of shoes that fit they have a very small area of clothing I have found a really nice piece or two over the years by far not everything as fantastic. The Stewart itself has a funky odor all of them. Do they have toys that are not normally this season's but you can find some interesting toys. The hygiene product are the best the soaps, the hairbrush, the hair duets they seem to be really reasonable, priced the deodorant, toothpaste, Band-Aids, that sort of thing of the big items we have in the past gotten some flooring, some rugs the rugs seem very cheap and didn't last that long at all. Don't think it's really worth getting the rugs there unless you can get them on sale the prices are not bad but when you get them on sale, it's even better. I have gotten a few small appliances there that have been really good. I've had some really good employees and I'd have some employees that win lifted nickel to help you one of them was the manager at the Ollies in Morristown near the holidays. He was not very nice. The manager and Sevierville one day even took me in the back room to help me find a sleeping bag that they had on sale and we found all the sleeping bags in the back that had not been put out, but we could not find a large man sleeping bag they had advertised so that was sad as I drove all the way there to buy that particular item so Ollies is a hit or miss store. I can always find something if I have the money coffee is a goodbye sometimes trash bag sometimes not sometimes they'll have saran wrap and baggies and freezer bags sometimes not so Ollie is a hit and miss store. What they advertise is not necessary of what they have in stock different stores in different areas and different states have different items. My ad was showing a recliner and I was so excited to go see this recliner and I found out that my phone it changed my setting to a store in Massachusetts not Tennessee so they didn't have any recliners. They do have a bathroom most all of them. I visited in Tennessee or some family member have they are not the most up-to-date bathrooms, but they did function which is all we can ask a functioning. Bathroom doesn't have to be solid gold. Just ask to function and be clean so I'm gonna give Ollie's bargain outlet a four star. They have a ways to go to get to a five star but then again you are shopping at an outlet they could do better, but it would take some extra effort and they're not going to ever put that extra effort in cause it's an outlet store

Absolutely appalling business practices…read more Knoxville Wholesale Furniture Clearance on Kingston Pike should be ashamed of how they treat their customers, especially elderly ones. They sold my grandmother a lamp for over $200, which turned out to be used, defective, and a legitimate fire hazard. The base of the lamp heated up dangerously and posed a serious safety risk. This wasn't just poor quality, it was a blatant disregard for customer safety. When she returned to the store to explain the situation and try to get a refund, not only were the staff incredibly rude and dismissive, but they also refused to issue any kind of refund. Keep in mind: she left the lamp with them. They now have both the unsafe product and her money, and still refused to take responsibility. This is unethical, unprofessional, and likely a violation of basic consumer protection laws. They don't advertise that they sell used or damaged items, and yet that's exactly what they did. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. If they're willing to take advantage of an elderly customer and brush off a fire hazard, imagine how they'll treat you.
