*** BUYER BEWARE*** *DO NOT GO HERE*** Our couch and loveseat have been broken since we got them. We were told when we bought the furniture that we had a one year warranty and that they would fix them. We have called and called and called for 8 months trying to get Robert out to fix our couch and love seat. The left side on both pieces completely unusable. They finally called me yesterday and said I could come in and exchange my couches. Well when I come in they gave me a credit of last years prices. The couches and love seat have doubled like everything else in the economy. So instead of being able to get something like we had we now have to settle with something cheaply made. Our couches recline, have lights, have charging ports, have fold down cup holders, storage, and the love seat rocks. But for the same price this year all we can get is a stationary, cheap couch. I understand everything has gone up but what should happen is that we have a even trade. Because our pieces have been broken since day 1. And like Paul the owner said we had one year warranty but they have NEVER done their part to fix our furniture. I think they say that to get you to buy their crap furniture. Now they are pouting the finger at us saying we are in the wrong. The lady with the red hair and blonde pieces in the front is extremely rude, the lady named Sabrina was rude and told us "oh well not my fault." And Robert the guy that fixes them told us he would order the pieces but come to find out he never did because he couldn't. So we have been strung for a year with them telling us "well come out, we'll come out" only to find out that they never had the pieces to fix them and THEY knew it. That's why they kept telling us they were coming and never did or Robert just ignored our calls. This place sells broken furniture. If you look around a lot of the pieces in store are broken. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have called 4 times asking for a delivery date on late furniture. Each time I was told they would call back with an eta. They never did. I called a 5th time on a Saturday and I was told the delivery would be Tuesday or Wednesday. They called Monday and said it would be Wed or Thursday. Today is thursday....no delivery. I have been shopping with this company for many years for my furniture needs. I have referred multiple people to this store for their furniture needs. My daughter purchased things to get her first apartment set up. She received everything for the apartment except the couch. It had to be ordered. She ordered all of her furniture in February. She was told the couch would be here in May. May rolled around and she was told it would be here in June. June rolled around and she was told it would be here in July. July is almost over and now she is told it will be here in September. 7 months with no couch to sit on. This is ridiculous. I get COVID has provided shortages on raw materials and such, but come on. The furniture was fine when we bought it, but shortly afterword a zipper busted. We were told it would cost $45.00 for a call out fee, the man fixed the zipper with superglue. what a rip off. Absolute farse of a business practice. Shawn, our salesman, was a great help! He did everything in his power to give us the best deal and we ended up purchasing a new dining room set. When we got home and began to put everything together, the base of the table was broken and a chair had a rotted thread not allowing me to put it together. We called up to Factory and told us they would not be able to bring new pieces to us so we decided to bring it down to them. When we got there they tried to give us the floor model chair and a piece of the floor model base instead of new pieces. Wrong business practice. We demanded a discount if taking a floor model chair and piece of the base and they continued with no after our salesman said they deserve a discount. With everything said, they will now be tying to sell broken furniture to other people by rigging it up. Beyond awful, sad and embarrassing. Lastly, Sam, the man in charge, does not know how to hold a management role. He is rude, racist and obnoxious. He does not know that the customer comes first. It is all about himself. sadly this company has given us what I can only describe as the worst customer service ever. We spent $4,000 dollars on catnapper sofas here and 4 of the five items came in damaged or not working. So, I went in here due to their "store closing, up to 75% off" sale. There were "sale" prices on everything. An original price, plus the sale price, both crossed off and we were immediately told to ask because they were going to even beat the sale price. The manager came over and started getting all insane, even saying I was "insulting his intelligence" because I didn't tell him what I found it for online. HONESTLY, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would! My friend is in need of a bed and so we saw where they had a 75% off deal going on, we thought 'hey, why not look around'. We walked in the entrance, was greeted by a woman, not for sure what her name was but she wasn't from around here. She asked what we were looking for, we told her we were just looking around for now. From then on out, she followed us throughout the entire store. Literally, right behind us, watching every single thing we did. This male customer looks at us and says, "This price listed on this was $600 like a week or two ago. This is not right." The price listed was almost $2,000 dollars. He was literally whispering. We could barely hear him as is. And he walked away and the woman employee who was following us around, she stops in front of us and says "What did he say to you??" I shrugged my shoulders and I said, "he was just talking about the prices." She said "Our actual prices are not listed up there, we go way down from that." Prices were supposed to be 75% off. She literally said from a $1600 price on a bed frame that we were asking about that we will be paying $1100 dollars. How is 75% off from $1600 going to be $1100?! Umm, no. Well, she continues to follow us around the store, watching our every move. I'm not sure if she thought we were going to steal a bed, or what her deal was. She wasn't being helpful, at all. She was literally stalking us and all we were doing was looking at beds and bed frames. None of it made any sense to me, and not to mention, the prices were ridiculous. A lot of the mattresses they were trying to sell had stains on them. I'm not paying 400 dollars for a mattress that has that many stains on it. My husband and I stopped by this store as they have signs up all over Johnson City promoting a 75% off sale for temporary closing for restructuring. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was an overwhelming smell of old urine, not exactly a welcoming odor, and quite concerning if we did happen upon something we couldn't live without. About 5 -10 seconds later, a male salesperson introduced himself, and like another reviewer said, was on our tails the entire time. My husband and I literally had to start speed walking and randomly going down aisles to get a moment to ourselves. The prices here were more than double of any other local furniture retailer was charging at full price. Even at 75% off, which by the way not everything was that discount, the prices they were charging were completely unreasonable. As an added nail in the coffin, everything was a final sale. Most of the items in the showroom were quite outdated style wise, even for our region, which tends to be a bit behind the trends.
