My husband and I purchased a new Ashley leather love seat from Log Cabin Furniture in Harrison, AR in November 2017 and received it in late December 2017, and within 5 days a seam was coming apart in the seat. We contacted the owner immediately after the Christmas holidays, 2017 and their still has been no resolve at the end of April, 2018. The owner wanted to say it was our fault for having dogs in the house. (He saw a dog hair in one of the pictures we sent; this seam coming apart was not caused by dogs.) We have contacted them at least 6 times and we hear that something will be done, but nothing ever is. We have contacted Ashley and Ashley says the retailer is responsible, so apparently Ashley doesn't back their furniture either. We will never buy furniture from this store again.

So we found an aspen dresser and drawers and a TV cabinet(not aspen) we loved even better, and just as good if not better quality than that in Branson West. Not only that we got the 3 pieces for $500 less that the 2!!!! Jackpot!!!! Here is where the minor issue almost killed the deal. The girl working there was nice, but all alone, no one to help me load the 3 pieces of furniture, thus losing out on a $2700 sale. She called the owner and he was out at his farm, but said he could be there in a little while to help me load if we could wait. we were not in a hurry if we were getting the solid aspen furniture we wanted. He got there and played Tetras to get it all loaded in my truck and we headed out. He was very nice and helpful and appreciative our patience and doing business with them. We will be back possibly, to get more rustic log cabin furniture when we complete our cabin build!!!! Reading the other 2 reviews, seems like they should know that Ashley Furniture sucks before they even looked!!!!

My husband and I wanted a second opinion and as soon as our second opinion man looked up our fireplace with his flashlight his first words were "you had this cleaned?" He actually ran a camera up the chimney and showed us the 3rd degree build up and said whoever cleaned this just used a brush. New guy used a chain to clean it than ran the camera back up it to show us it was clean and deamed it safe to use and we did not need a 3,000.00 liner. By the way Joe said the fireplace wasn't safe to use and urged us to get a liner. I'm so glad we got a second opinion from a real professional who uses a camera before and after the cleaning. By the way new guy was $40.00 cheaper. Will never use PCS again.
