My husband and I purchased a new Ashley leather love seat from Log Cabin Furniture in Harrison, AR in November 2017 and received it in late December 2017, and within 5 days a seam was coming apart in the seat. We contacted the owner immediately after the Christmas holidays, 2017 and their still has been no resolve at the end of April, 2018. The owner wanted to say it was our fault for having dogs in the house. (He saw a dog hair in one of the pictures we sent; this seam coming apart was not caused by dogs.) We have contacted them at least 6 times and we hear that something will be done, but nothing ever is. We have contacted Ashley and Ashley says the retailer is responsible, so apparently Ashley doesn't back their furniture either. We will never buy furniture from this store again.

Overall it was very good. My husband had biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were the lightest fluffiest biscuit I've ever had! He thought that they exceptional but couldn't eat it all! We had the meatloaf sandwich which was moist and juicy perfected by just the right amount of mayo and large fresh juicy slices of tomatoes. We had a side of chili which had great flavor but a little bit too watery for my taste and definitely not warm enough for me. On our way out we grabbed some apple butter and peach whiskey butter. And of course after eyeing the dessert we went with the carrot cake and 2 cookies because we couldn't decide. The carrot cake was moist and flavorful and crunchy and smooth frosting was perfection. By far the best carrot cake I've ever had. The cookies were snickerdoodle and blueberry lemon and white chocolate.

This is the poorest run company I have ever delt with. I was told I would have my new bathrooms in…read more8 wks. This was in January. When The 8 wks came and went I gave them a call, they said it would be in a wk. another week went by no call no bath. This went on for 6 wks. They never got back to me when I called . just saying someone would call me later that day. never did. I was told I could have the bench and shelves any place I wanted. I told the installer to make the bench smaller and he said he couldnt do that. He made it so big that I cant even wipe the side down cuz the shower door is there. Then he also slanted it to to wall so now it holds an inch of water that has to be squigeed off .then he put the hand held shower right next to the sliding door so when u get in you run into it because the door does not open all the way .To make things even better he installed a shower door on my tub that goes to the ceiling instead of a tub door. Now the door pull is at 5',too tall for my grandson to reach. I would not recommend them to anyone. the SUCK
