04/24/2018 This retailer DOES NOT stand behind their furniture. My husband and I purchased a new Ashley leather love seat from Log Cabin Furniture in Harrison, AR in November 2017 and received it in late December 2017, and within 5 days a seam was coming apart in the seat. We contacted the owner immediately after the Christmas holidays, 2017 and their still has been no resolve at the end of April, 2018. The owner wanted to say it was our fault for having dogs in the house. (He saw a dog hair in one of the pictures we sent; this seam coming apart was not caused by dogs.) We have contacted them at least 6 times and we hear that something will be done, but nothing ever is. We have contacted Ashley and Ashley says the retailer is responsible, so apparently Ashley doesn't back their furniture either. We will never buy furniture from this store again. read more

So we found a hickory chest of drawers and dresser we wanted in Branson West, but as we traveled home to TX from Springfield we thought we would stop in Harrison to look at the log cabin furniture there, since it had been about 5 years since we stopped in. So we found an aspen dresser and drawers and a TV cabinet(not aspen) we loved even better, and just as good if not better quality than that in Branson West. Not only that we got the 3 pieces for $500 less that the 2!!!! Jackpot!!!! Here is where the minor issue almost killed the deal. The girl working there was nice, but all alone, no one to help me load the 3 pieces of furniture, thus losing out on a $2700 sale. She called the owner and he was out at his farm, but said he could be there in a little while to help me load if we could wait. we were not in a hurry if we were getting the solid aspen furniture we wanted. He got there and played Tetras to get it all loaded in my truck and we headed out. He was very nice and helpful and appreciative our patience and doing business with them. We will be back possibly, to get more rustic log cabin furniture when we complete our cabin build!!!! Reading the other 2 reviews, seems like they should know that Ashley Furniture sucks before they even looked!!!! read more

Not only does this business have one of the largest selections of in stock log cabin style furniture and decor, they can also offer many items that can be special ordered. We have bought from them many times and all of the items have met our expectations. They discounted a bronze black bear floor lamp quite a bit for a flaw I would have never noticed. All of the furniture items that we have bought from them have been very good quality. This place will remain our "go to" place for log cabin furniture or decor. I would give them six stars if it were available. We have a cabin about 30 minutes away. I highly recomend! read more

If I could I would give this business a negative review. If you expect the owner, Richard Carver, to stand behind his Ashly Furniture Warranty you would be wrong. This guy will not return my calls and is a horrible businessman. Avoid this business at all cost. read more
