She forgot when my appointment time was, burned my neck twice with a hot razor, and used mostly scissors and a comb to attempt to fade my hair. She clearly saw the burns on my neck and didn't even address them or apologize. She drenched me with water to wet my hair and water dripped into my ears and mouth. Absolutely no attention to detail. I have scheduled another appointment 4 weeks from now. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who gave me my beard trim, she also did a great job!
