If you want to be updated…read moreabout even the basic things, like whether or not you'll be able to pick your vehicle up before the end of the day, go anywhere else probably. We've taken our Wagoneer here three times in the past year (once for routine maintenance and twice for other issues we were having) and they've kept our car overnight all three times. Each time, we've had to call multiple times for updates on what's happening with our car and when we'll be able to get it back. Half the time, nobody even answers the call. We're currently on our third visit, and we're about an hour away from closing time and still have no idea if we can pick our car up today or if they'll need to keep it for a second night. Yesterday, my husband called to get an update on his way home from work. They put him on hold, and after a few minutes of no one picking up the call, he decided to just drive there. 19 minutes later he walked into the service department STILL ON HOLD! I understand problems aren't always easy to identify, especially with Jeeps, and parts aren't always in stock, but I don't think they realize how frustrating it is to not know what is happening with your vehicle for days at a time. I have three kids in school and activities and when we have to put all of our plans on hold to let our car sit in the shop, it would be nice to get an occasional phone call from the service department to let us know what is going on and how long they think they'll have our vehicle for so that we can make other arrangements for transportation. As convenient as it is to have this service department close by, I think we'll be going to Fresno or Clovis the next time we need work done.

The worst detail, yet the most expensive. I knew it wasn't going to go well right away. When Alex…read morearrived he told me he had employee not show up. There was a lot of work to be done for 3 guys. Now with w I knew quality would lack. The next thing he said is that I didn't need to have my RV buffed. He would just wash and seal it. I about laughed. I'm not a professional detailer, but I'm not an idiot. I have done my own maintenance and upkeep on my vehicles since I got my DL at age 15. Towards the end of the day, as the sun was going down he told me he wouldnt be able to remove some of the oxidation with his equip/technique. That I would have to pay him $800 more. And he would sand it. Again. I al and most died.lol. my RV is barely 2 years old. When I started pointing out spots that were not done correctly, he got a little pissy with me. After that, I quit talking to him and asked his employee to fix the areas and he did graciously. Like he knew it was messed up and they only did a mediocre job at best. Alex is a used car salesman. Not actually intelligent, but talks a good talk. He is also kinda lazy. I watched him leave several times while his employee stayed and work his butt off. He also used my equipment and did not put it back and stepped on and broke a chemical bottle that was sitting next to my garden hose. Oh, and did I mention he had no regard or respect for my truck and neighbors truck. He totally got over spray soap and water on both of them w days after I paid to have it washed. I told him he needed to make it right for my truck and my neighbors. He did half of my truck.lol. There are few options available on the Angel's Camp area and he knows that and take advantage of it. He has made a killing off of me and my co workers. But I plan on informing everyone to try to avoid him or at least make sure you inspect and have him correct his work. I am not happy or impressed with his services. I'm not even sure he did what he said he was going to do with the proper chemicals. I dont plan on it lasting 1 year as he guaranteed me it would.
