We stopped in Selma 1/2/26 to look at their Sante Fe's. Young man came asked if we had any questions, would we like to look at some cars. He is very new , so he explained he didn't have all the answers, but would get us what we needed. When he went to ask for help, nobody wanted to come out and help us, they told him they weren't coming outside.I guess we didn't look worth their time. We still stayed to give him the benefit of the doubt.But even then nobody would come and help us.So I said f them, let's go to hanford, and we bought the car in hanford. Went into the dealership talked to the salesman. He was OK then a manager came out talk to him. He was OK then the head manager came out. This guy was a complete idiot. I explained to the first two managers. I just want your best price when the head manager came out he had attitude and did not want to give me his best price. Terrible customer service. Their service and detail department doesn't answer the phone. If you drop your vehicle off be prepared to get it back at least five hours later. Highly recommend another Hyundai dealership. read more

Had an excellent experience with Selma Hyundai! We were looking for a used vehicle and had a price we knew we could afford. We were approach by Oscar Lopez. Now this guy really knows how to treat a customer. He was a really down to earth, easy to talk to and he really knew what we needed. This has been the best experience I have ever had with buying a vehicle. The head Manager is Victor Cardenas and he is so friendly and helpful definitely went the extra step with the information about the car showing us everything regarding the Carfax and extra reports. We spend a couple hours during the whole process, and we signed the paperwork with Fred Quezada in finance. He was so professional, explained, in detail what was being signed litteraly it took about 15 mins. He made everything Absolutely pain free! My experience purchasing my vehicle from Selma Hyundai was great! The salesman was extremely helpful and did an amazing job of answering any questions that we had. I also like that no one pressured us and we felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. The only drawback was that it took longer than usual for them to draft the paperwork for the purchase of the vehicle. But, to make up for this the sales manager Mitch offered me a free automotive detail and tank of gas for me to redeem at a time of my choosing.
