They let me know there was a patch in the used tire purchased from J's. I reached out to J's to have them make it right. They said they don't sell used tire with patches - NOT TRUE. I asked them to make it right with a refund. I was told no due to their policy of No Refunds. The guy told me to come back and he will patch the tire he sold me. What a joke, BEWARE.

I was told 1-1.5 hr wait and could be earlier. Sounds good to me! I waited patiently and saw several others come in and got sent out before me. I figured it was appointments. However, as time went on there were a few walk-ins too who also got sent out before me. That doesn't seem right. I even checked my text notification and it said I should have been done over an hour ago. After 2 hours I got up and spoke with Josh. He was able to make sure my car would be seen next. Him and another gentleman were apologetic, which I appreciated. I am still waiting but despite not having an appointment it should NOT constantly push me to the back of the line... especially when I saw several others walking in (no appointment) and getting their services fixed before me. Everything was also reasonably priced and affordable. The waiting area is really comfortable with a couch, a large fan, a coffee station and water. They also have a shuttle in case you need a ride somewhere if you're leaving your car for a longer period of time. They have such good customer service, I believe it was the owner and Christian I spoke with when first arriving, they took a look at my tires instantly & they gave me their recommendations and didn't pressure or try to upsell anything. They are very trustworthy, reliable and as someone with anxiety, I found myself at ease with how they handled everything. They also do oil changes!
