I have called numerous times to the monitoring number but have never talked to "technical support". All I have gotten when I call (352) 624-3008 is a voice message to leave my name, number and problem, and they will "call me back". So far that has not happened! Update: Got a phone call from Suncoast Security and was able to fix my monitor problem. The tech apologized for the time it took to return my call and was able to talk me through a complete reset.
