The strategic placement of the cameras was also a challenge. These guys were very neat, efficient, pleasant and accommodating over the two-day installation. As well, they explained what was going on every step of the way and concluded with a demonstration on how we access each camera's recorded and live data. I recently bounced from Comcast to Spectrum for my internet and phone but was unable to get an alarm system with them. I did contact ADT Security and found them to be just as "pricey" as Xfinity/Comcast. I was lucky to find an Independent Alarm company right here in the villages with a monthly monitoring fee of ONLY $ 27 a month. That did not include the installation fee, of course, but I felt long term it was well worth it. The name of the company is Village Alarm, 8241 SE 135th Street, Summerfield. Their phone # is 352-446-0278. I dealt directly with the owner, his name is Andre. He was absolutely WONDERFUL. He was kind enough to spend the time on the phone with me to give me an approximate cost for installation and how long the install would take. He was also here during the installation process today along with another gentleman, Dave. They were both extremely professional, courteous and respectful. It did not feel intrusive at all, barely even knew they were here. Please contact them if you are considering a home alarm system. They do camera installations as well. Chuck came out and explained in detail how the two antennas on the mast were not oriented correctly, and how there were some dead spots or weaker signals in our area. He tested both antennas, determined which one was better to receive the channels we wanted, and expertly realigned the best antenna and adjusted the cables. The digital channels on the TV are working great now. Chuck and the team at Al's TV Antenna & Satellite did a.great job for us at a reasonable price.

Please tell me why the lady did not check the numbers under where the security system was, did not check the keys to fit in the car door because there is only one key entry. Then she made the key just to crank the car.I left and went on with my day and I got out of the car locked it. I used the same key she made and it wouldn't fit the door key entry. I got locked out of my car. I dealt with Mobile Locksmith before Thank you for checking the numbers, making sure my key fit the door and cranks my car. I have dealt with the company for years and I appreciate them and recommend them to anyone. The key on the right was made by AA Lock Doc & Security and the key left was made by Mobile Locksmith. I opted for no key fob due to cost and he was able to give me a key that does it all. Also, the numbers she had I gave the phone to the locksmith and he clearly had different numbers than hers. I did bring her the key and she looked at the key and said I cut it correctly so it's the key fob. No ma'am you did not check the numbers nor the door key entry to the car. She refused to give me back my $69.88 after she stated I can over the phone. I drove 45 min and really just wanted to not do the drive. Long story short!

The buisness location doesn't actually exist, on maps it says 217 SE 1st Ave, they just borrow Iron Legion's parking lot and work out of their van!! I was looking to have a new key/key-fob combo cut and programmed for my sister in laws new car, which only came with 1 key and no fob. I bought the blank one/key fob online. I called and set up an appointment, and the price was $100. After 2 and a half hours, the technician could not get the job done. He said his key cutting machine was not functioning properly. He said the key fob was programmed, however there was no "immobilizer" (meaning chip), so I would just need to pay another locksmith to cut the key only and I would be good to go. He said it would be like $15. He said he could charge me just $75 for programming the key, instead of $100, since his key cutting machine was not cutting properly. Throughout the process, he even called his manager and the company paid for a "key code", at no charge to me, to try to get it right, but it would not work. His manager was talking to him on the phone, told him to take her off speaker phone, and he told me that she told him NOT to provide me with the key code that they had to pay for!! Chase, the technician, Greta kid, didn't think that was right, so he gave me the code anyway. He referred me to Ray's Locksmith. So I go down there, I find out there IS an immobilizer, so I end up having to pay them to take care of it all!! They said the key code that they gave me wasn't right for the key type anyway, probably why he couldn't get it done. Rays got the job done but I had to pay for the work they did. They gave me a break and only charged me for the key programming, only $90 total. So I called "Be Secure" back, because all they did was program the key fob, and I shouldn't have been charged $75 for that. I asked to speak with a manager! I'll be demanding a full refund. We'll see if they call me back!! PS the technician, Chase, was great!! He was doing everything in his power, it's not his fault his machinery wasn't working right. Also the dispatcher, Danielle, was awesome! But these people owe me a refund. We'll see if they call me back! HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!! Go to Rays Locksmith, been in business in Ocala for years! Im all good to go now! Should have gone there in the first place. ****UPDATE**** Dana, the manager called me back. I explained the only thing that got programmed was the key fob itself and that I just had to pay Ray's $90 to get the job done. I requested a full refund, and she did refund my $75. She apologized and said this type of thing never happens. So take that for what it's worth, for her being present and not fighting me when it comes to a full refund I lll bump them from 1 star to 2 stars. Still, avoid the headache...
