It has an inclosed screened area in the back with a large table and rocking chairs. Upstairs is a loft with a small bathroom and balcony access. There's a washer and dryer behind the kitchen area and a shower/bathroom. Outdoors there's a fire pit and a porch/bench area, a swing, and two small lakes. A rustic arch for weddings is available. We loved this place, it's so nice and quiet. Wi-fi is available and a phone land line. The owners are friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Beaver Creek Lodge.

Breakfast was wonderful, for lunch we went into Huntington and dinners into Lufkin. Took a tour of the old logging trails around Zavalla and saw Lake Sam Rayburn. Our host Lonnie & Carolyn were personable and friendly we wanted them to set down with us for breakfast but they had way to much to do tending to our party of 8. Bob and Gene, the owners, were wonderful to work with and left most of the details in Lonnie and Carolyn's capable hands. But YES, I…read morehave witnessed the driver(s) of this business driving dangerously and erratically on several occasions throughout the 2+ years I have lived here. Actually, every time I have seen the company vehicle on the roads, they have been driving unsafely. I usually see them on Pearl Street, which is where I live close to. The speed limit is 30 mph on this road. I have seen him tailgating and passing people, some of which are even going above the speed limit. There are children sitting on the curbs of Pearl Street waiting for the buses, or loading and unloading from them. Aside from that, there is heavy pedestrian traffic on this street. It is NOT safe to pass, let alone speed on! I have personally seen the man driving this cab at around 45 mph (15 above the limit) on Pearl St. I believe the driver/owner has a road rage issue, and it has gotten to the point I am tired of seeing him out and about because I know he will be driving without regard to others, as always. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I sincerely hope he does not strike any pedestrians, children, or animals with his unsafe driving (if he hasn't already).
