They get daily turnout in large areas with lots of enrichment opportunities--hills, streams, rocks, cattle, dogs, etc. There are a few miles of well-maintained trails and tree farm roads on the property for trail riding, plus a huge indoor arena and an outdoor arena for when the weather permits it. Stalls are big (10x15), as are the individual tack closets and extra storage area. Trailer parking is free and ample. Your fellow boarders are low-key and helpful. This is NOT a show barn, and there is no trainer onsite. Part of the property also functions as an outdoor wedding venue. I haven't been to an event there, but the landscaping is incredible.

At the back of the petting zoo are some photo op cut outs that are pretty cute. The whole tour lasted about 1 hour. Perfect for littles that have short attention spans. They have 1 indoor restroom and two port a potty's. The indoor bathroom is located in the gift shop.

I don't know why this attitude was necessary; it was supposed to be a rodeo, not a rally. Being born and raised in the city, I came to see my first rodeo, to try something new and to feel a part of my new town, but it was obvious my kind was not welcome. Perhaps I dress or speak differently? I don't know. It certainly isn't anything I do purposely, and I try to respect people from all walks of life. Somehow the vendors and some of the other attendees could tell we weren't part of their clique. The beer vendors were downright hostile. The clowns were good, and it's the best fireworks display in town, so there's that. My daughter came out from Beaverton to attend with me. We both felt very unwelcome and will never go again.
