We feel so fortunate to have Dan as our teacher. He is absolutely fantastic!…read more I say "we" because two of us in our family take lessons from him. First, our daughter started with Dan and really enjoyed her lesson. He was thorough, engaging, and made it fun to learn. And he accomplished this during the pandemic! His virtual lessons were amazingly engaging for her. It was a fantastic thing to watch. Then, she needed a new piano teacher and I casually asked Dan if he knew anyone - just hoping he had a name handy that he could rattle off the top of his head. Instead, Dan was kind enough to spend his time and effort looking for someone to recommend that he felt would be able to help build upon her musical knowledge. It was above and beyond anything that we expected. He truly cares about his students and it is absolutely evident. My daughter liked him so much that I decided that I'd like to take lessons from him as well. I played guitar as a teenager but then took a few years off (25 or so to be somewhat exact). :) A few years ago, I rediscovered the joy of playing and decided that I wanted to get better but, I was stuck in a rut and didn't know how to make any real progress. I was hoping that if I scoured the internet and watched enough videos that I could find a way to teach myself to get better. Well, I was floundering and not getting anywhere. It was beyond frustrating. So, instead of spending all of my time watching countless videos I reached out to Dan to see if he had room in his schedule for me. I can tell you that I have learned more from Dan in the short time that I have been working with him than I did from months and months of watching any of those videos. I wish I started with him sooner and I'm incredibly excited to learn to get better at guitar under his tutelage. I cannot say enough nice things about Dan. He's a good person and a great teacher that brings joy into learning music.

My first lesson, after evaluating me, he gave me a drill to get started that liberated me from self-imposed limitations on finger placement. He even had me video it with his phone and posted it on youtube for me to study later: https://youtu.be/-FIiYb6mJjM He was able to hone in immediately on something that I really needed. That lesson has been paying off for me ever since and the lessons I've had since have built on it to improve my ear, my rhythm, my knowledge of theory, etc., etc. When people ask me how to improve the first thing I say is, "get a teacher like mine, ASAP!"

Exceptional - that's the word that comes to mind when we think of Exclusively Entertainment. From…read morestart to finish, Iman and his team did absolutely everything they could do to make the wedding planning process seamless and our wedding day exactly how we imagined. We were planning our wedding during the pandemic and things were constantly uncertain as to whether or not the wedding would be able go to on. Iman and DJ Kia had routine calls with us to check-in and offer advice. We knew we could trust their opinions and flexility during the uncertain times. On the day of the wedding, DJ Kia was so involved with every aspect of the ceremony and reception. He knew exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to make our wedding day an unforgettable experience. He literally orchestrated our ceremony processional and was making sure everything was running smoothly. Everyone felt at ease walking down the aisle because DJ Kia was there to send them off. We were lucky enough to have Iman MC our wedding, and believe us when we tell you he knows how to put on a show. The dance floor comes alive with Iman on stage and everyone was out of their seats and dancing the entire night. Our cocktail hour ended up going over schedule, which pushed back our reception. It was no worry though, because Iman was there to quickly restructure the timeline and ensure everything ran smoothly. Even with unexpected issues, we felt completely at ease knowing he had us covered. He is such a genuine person who truly cares about his client's happiness. We also used Night Owls for our video production and working with them was a truly pleasant experience. They captured every aspect of the wedding beautifully. In just a few short weeks, we had our trailer and wedding video created, both of which were edited to our liking. They were extremely patient with us throughout the process and the end result is videos we still can't stop watching! Thank you to Brandon and the team at Night Owls for all of their hard work. We also want to give a special thanks to Wake on the sax, Farzan on the drums, and Cyrus on the cello. These three gentleman made the music come alive and our guests could not stop raving about how talented they were. My wife and I still talk about just how great it was working with Exclusively Entertainment and we would absolutely recommend them for your events!

The idea of ear plugs for his sensitive ears. Picking out songs he likes so he can learn them with other kids. His teacher is great! And he is really enjoying it! The lessons are twice a week so it keeps drumming in his head. It feels like he is on his way to be in a kid band instead of stuck in a sound proof room playing patterns. We are very happy with the whole experience. The office manager is professional, smart and well organized. The teachers are talented and good to the kids. We will be here for a while! I look forward to my son's concerts in the future! PS - we have been to several concerts performed by a plethora of students. Very cool. Great experience!!

I don't understand this place. I got an initial call back to discuss how the place works, but then…read morescheduling a trial lesson was like pulling teeth-- calling, emailing, finally texting. Took forever. Got to the trial lesson only to be told the person we'd worked so hard to get wasn't available so it's with so-and-so. Uh. Fine, but we picked the other person for a reason. And booked another trial with the original teacher, only to get to THAT lesson and realize it's still not the instructor we'd been aiming for. While sitting during the lesson, another student walked in and was told "oh so-and-so is no longer with us so this other person will be your teacher today." What? So you're not told ahead of time? (The mom asked when they'd known this teacher was leaving and it was two weeks prior, but they didn't bother to give anyone notice.) I find it strange that you pay in advance for these situations. Anyway. It's too poorly managed for me, which is too bad because it is certainly a great concept.
