We originally reserved some items a year in advance and made several changes throughout the year and they easily revised the contract right up to the time of the event. Ordering on the website made it easy, and they offer some different options. We particularly liked the walnut farm tables with the oversized table runner and gold beaded glass chargers. Everything had to be delivered to two sites 100 miles from their store and the deliveries were on time and the delivery people were very willing to drop the items where we needed them. I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!
