I've used in the past and never had problems. We used last year for Jump house tables and chairs and they delivered everything for free and picked up. This year they told me it would be $40.00 for delivery also my party was Sunday morning they sent me a text messages the Friday before. In the afternoon to inform me the delivery fee and the two times on Friday for pick up which didn't work for me because I work. Their attitude was they could care less. We even called a few days prior just to confirm everything was good to go. I have used this company on two separate occasions for a bounce house rental. The first was for a birthday party on Sept 29th. Communicating seems to be an issue with this business as they do not in any way make a personal attempt to contact you and confirm anything. I had used their website to purchase the bounce house and received a generic confirmation email. As the date approached I had to reach out to them and I didn't care for that too much. Also, as far as I could tell, there was no way to purchase a rental generator for the bounce house on their site so I had to contact them to arrange that and pay cash the day of. The day of the party they were on time and brought me what I ordered. They set up in a muddy spot, even though I told them they may not want to do that. The kids ended up pretty dirty but whatever, they're kids so they didn't care. About 45 mins before the party ended (it was from 11 - 2p) the generator failed and the bounce house started to collapse. There was a gas can they left for the generator but I was not shown how to fill the generator or anything so it was useless to us. When the ladies came to collect the bounce house I told them what happened and they apologized but made no effort to credit me back any money or anything. I paid $104 for the bounce house and $65.00 for the generator. I decided to try and use them one more time this last weekend for my neighborhood Halloween block party because their prices are so good and we had a party budget. This time I ordered a much larger bounce house with a slide. The cost was $149.00 plus an additional $65 for the generator that I would pay in cash when they arrived. Again, zero communication from the business to confirm the rental as the party drew near. I ended up contacting them on Friday for the Saturday party and confirmed everything. The day of the party they showed up to set up the bounce house and I noticed once they got it inflated that it was the smaller size, not the one with the slide that I ordered and pre-paid. A young man came up with a contract and wanted the additional $65 generator fee. I had to inform him that he brought me the cheaper bounce house not the one I ordered. So after a bit of haggling we agreed I would only pay $15 more for the generator which would offset what was already paid for. I offered them a $20 but they didn't have change so they said they would collect when they came back. While they were still there setting up, the generator went out and the bounce house deflated, I immediately became concerned because this same thing happened before so I addressed it with them. They decided to put some tape on a circuit breaker button to, in their mind, stop it from going out. The generator went out one more time so they applied more tape and insured us that should fix it. After they left the generator went out one more time so we restarted it and I sent them a text asking if they could bring us a different generator. The guy came back and added fuel to the generator, restarted it and left. About 1.5 hrs into our 2 hour party and with the bounce house full of children the dang thing goes out AGAIN! And it was a panic of kids and parents! I had to grab a 20 month old out before she got trampled and it was just a nightmare. We restarted the generator to try and get the kids out but it wouldn't inflate so the adults had to work together to get everyone out, it was terrible. My friend contacted the company back to let them know what happened. They sent the same man out again and this time he brought us a bigger generator and got the bounce house inflated again but by that time no one wanted anything to do with it so we continued the party without it. At the end of the party when they came to collect their bounce house I informed the 2 ladies that I was not at all happy with what went down. I expressed that little kids nearly were injured and that this same thing happened at my daughter party previously, although no one was in the house at the time and that I thought it was an isolated incident that day. I was unhappy that they didn't bring the better generator out the first time the generator went out. The ladies apologized but offered nothing. I told them I expected a credit towards what was paid since we didn't have the house the whole 2 hours and that I was not going to pay for the generator at all. The first offer they made was to not charge me for the larger generator they had to bring out and they would keep the $149 for the $104 bounce house. Read that again.....okay! So I was like, not acceptable. They ended up agreeing to refunding me $30 in cash. I think we should have been refunded a minimum of $45, but because they do not speak English well and I didn't want to argue and ruin my night I accepted what they offered knowing that I will NEVER use them again. Placed a rental order for a couple tables and chairs for a baby shower event. I confirmed my order with them over email, then followed up by calling to make sure they had my reservation due to not receiving any kind of invoice or formal confirmation and was told that my reservation was good and the supplies would be dropped off at my address on the day of the event by 12pm. The guy on the phone also told me I could text him with any questions or changes. A week before the event I texted to find out when he wanted the deposit for the equipment and did not receive any reply. I tried a couple more texts without any luck. I ended up arranging backup tables and chairs in case he did not show with the equipment. This was fortunate because they did not show up at all on the day of the baby shower so if I had relied on them I would have been screwed. I would not recommend this shade tree joke of a rental company to anybody. read more

I rented table on 7/16/21 for 7/17/21 and when I got there after 3 on Friday like I was told too!! When I got to place NO one was there when we called to ask what's going on they told us they will now deliver it before 8:30pm. When that time came and no show I called them and they said they would now have it to us by 9:30 that time came still NO table & chairs for a wedding that was happing on Saturday. I'm post by now when I called I again the lady said it's on the truck and will be there in 20 mins. Great vendor to rent a jumper from. Very reasonable pricing, actually the BEST pricing in the Vacaville area. I spoke to Abby, whom I initially reserved the jumper with. She was very friendly over the phone & made the process to reserve so easy. All I had to do was text her the details of my party. She responded to my text in a timely manner to confirm. On the day of my party, the jumper was delivered earlier than expected- which worked out perfectly!! Liza's jumper rentals allows their customers to rent for a whole entire day- literally for a 24 hour span, at a flat rate. A very rare service that I haven't found anywhere else and which is way longer than other jumper rental vendors. I was so happy that I was able to rent the jumper longer than I expected. That service allowed my kids to jump longer!! And for me, HAPPY KIDS = HAPPY MOM!!! The delivery guys were also very very friendly & set up the jumper in a timely manner. They also bring an official contract, that states the details, price, etc. They were cooperative and professional. Same as when they picked up the jumper the following day. When the pick up crew arrived we noticed water was on & inside the jumper. I apologized that I didn't know what exact time our sprinklers went off.
