We love Hilton for work travel and holidays too, so the extra points are a nice bonus. This past weekend cemented our love for the airport Hilton though. We were in town for a very distressing family funeral and I somehow booked our stay for the wrong weekend. We only realized my mistake after family dropped us off with all our things. I'm sure I looked about as gutted as I felt when we found out the hotel was fully booked and we had no room. The manager on handled things incredibly professionally. He helped us try to find rooms at adjacent properties with shuttle buses - nothing. In the background, without making any promises, he was able to find one available room and got us in. I can't tell you what a relief it was, after a horrible week and with a 6am flight the next morning. We'll remember how helpful Logan was for a very long time, and my Hilton loyalty is cemented. Huge thanks to Logan Talent and the team at the Knoxville Hilton, y'all are real pros.
