I booked it and showed up 10 minutes later and the staff were very friendly. Our room was the cheapest one with a king and sofa bed, and the room was bigger than average with a big bathroom. My only complaint was that the sofa bed sheets only came with 1 pillow and I had to put a pillow from the couch under it to make a more comfortable sleeping situation, and my neck hurts from that. There is a free shuttle to the airport and you tell them the time you need to leave at check in, and the shuttle is there waiting for you. Other than the sofa bed, no complaints! Very good overall.

Also no paper towels or soap to wash things. Under the burners on the stove was old food which kind of grossed me out. The staff was pretty awesome and they cleaned the room every day...well....they swept and made the bed. I really enjoyed everyone I interacted with at the front desk. We had a bad bulb in the bathroom mirror so we took it out and put it on the bathroom counter so they'd replace it...nope, they just stuck the bad bulb back up in the fixture...wild! The bathroom door would not latch shut either. Not a big deal for us but worth mentioning. It's definitely older and a bit sketchy outside. Thanks to the Cookout next door you will constantly hear "can I take your oder". Also I learned that people love to rev their engines very loudly in the Cookout parking lot at all hours of the night. They have a little covered parking area by the office for motorcycles or Mustang bros, whoever gets there first. The ice machine and laundry are a couple doors down from the office. The ice scoop was dirty and disgusting. I don't think it's ever been cleaned. I went and got my own from my room. I would not stay here again. It was a bit expensive I think due to it being a suite, but next time I'd rather just stay at the Comfort Inn or somewhere for less money that's a bit cleaner.

They have a great setup with coffee and hot teas going 24/7 and a little snack market for purchase. They have a cool free buffet breakfast too with a lot of items to choose from. We love Hilton for work travel and holidays too, so the extra points are a nice bonus. This past weekend cemented our love for the airport Hilton though. We were in town for a very distressing family funeral and I somehow booked our stay for the wrong weekend. We only realized my mistake after family dropped us off with all our things. I'm sure I looked about as gutted as I felt when we found out the hotel was fully booked and we had no room. The manager on handled things incredibly professionally. He helped us try to find rooms at adjacent properties with shuttle buses - nothing. In the background, without making any promises, he was able to find one available room and got us in. I can't tell you what a relief it was, after a horrible week and with a 6am flight the next morning. We'll remember how helpful Logan was for a very long time, and my Hilton loyalty is cemented. Huge thanks to Logan Talent and the team at the Knoxville Hilton, y'all are real pros.

We were also assigned our own golf cart to get around the property (although we chose to walk mostly to take in the views). Service was top notch and the staff were wonderful.
