Nope just don't , from a person who like personal hygiene prospective. The the rodent droppings and the lost personal property are Just a no go for me. Upon checkin I had an issue. Just keep reading if this hits a nerve. When my first room becomes available to check in I would say not for me personally. I arrived, and at first room and it was a problem. Room one there was a rodent problem as droppings were on the bed spread! That's a heck no for this guy and anyone I know personally. I changed rooms immediately and the next room had issues as well. I said in my mind, the hotel can fix these issues and left to go to dinner. No big issue personally; however, it dealt with personally with ad I could I could not sleep at the hotel given the exterior lights. On the last day at the hotel I had to call the EMS and spent the majority of the day in the hospital for exhaustion. Exactly, what you want from a hotel stay. Needless to say some of my personal property was left in the hotel. I called on Sunday and Monday and my property cannot be located. So just to get everything straight I spend over 1k in hotel accommodations that had rat droppings and the hotel cannot locate my property? I am about hard pressed to ask for the medical bills to be paid out of principal! I would prefer a call back! Is it staggering that the most latest review are suspect? Sincerely, Alan S. Kidd

I have multiple stays here at this Marriott and I must say that the staff definitely takes care of you. Because we stay here so much, they pretty much know us now. We definitely think this is the BEST hotel in the Ft Stewart Area.

    Nasty shower 2

Arrived at about 12:45am and was leaving by 2:11am. To begin, the lobby and elevator smelled. The lady at the desk was super nice, so I figured I'd look past the smell. We get to the room and the shower was utterly disgusting. Completely unusable. As I was downstairs dealing with that issue, I came back to a tick on my (pregnant) wife's shoulder, in the process of burrowing into her skin. A TICK! So gross. DO NOT STAY HERE!

My family had a group reservation set up for a Graduation Celebration. The only way I could make…read morereservations was by contacting the Hampton in Hinesville Directly, the national reservation line could not make my reservation or tell me anything about the group rate that we were supposed to have. I contacted the Hotel and reserved three rooms, I was told that my rooms were #2, 3, and 4. I was told that although the rooms were in three different names, I had to guarantee the rooms with a credit card, which I did. A week prior to our coming to Hinesville, I contacted the hotel to request that they cancel one of the rooms, #3 as he was no longer able to come. I spoke with a Representative who's name was Aaron. We came up and two of us checked in and I noticed that my friend in reservation #4 was not asked if he wanted to continue with the card that was on file, he was simple checked in. When we checked out two days later, my card was charged for both rooms. Not a problem, he just reimbursed me for his room. When my Amex statement, came, however, I was charged for five nights? Two for each of us and an additional night in another room that I knew nothing about. I contacted Amex and the hotel. When I contacted the hotel, the person I spoke to was cordial and tried to assist with the problem. She saw the two rooms that were legitimate, then she said that I was charged for one night as the third room was cancelled on the day of check in. I explained to her that I cancelled the third room nearly a week before we checked in and that I spoke with Aaron who assured me that the room had been cancelled. She put me on hold and spoke with the Manager...she returned and said that the Manager told her that she could not reverse the charges. I asked to speak with the Manager and she transferred me to a voice mail where I left a message, however, the Manager never returned my call and the charge is still on my Amex. I am writing this review to alert others that might be interested in this Hampton Inn to be wary, as this Hampton Inn is not like the others that I have visited. I have stayed at Hampton Inn's across the country and this is the only one that I had to contact the site individually and not use the national number for reservations and/or cancellations. There are other hotels in the Hinesville area I suggest that you make your reservation at one of the other hotels as this Hampton Inn in Hinesville is a huge disappointment and when they make a mistake, they are unwilling to make a correction. I go to Hinesville regularly, however, I will NOT stay at this hotel.

As a Diamond Elite IHG member I usually opt for the drink and snack instead of the 500 points. It seems they don't honor that here at this hotel. Was told they normally have goodie bags for members but were out. I asked if I could grab something to drink from the little grab and go market, and was told I'd have to pay for it. ALL other IHG brand hotels I've stayed at have always done this. It's part of the Diamond Elite Status amenities. Also complimentary room upgrades not honored here either. It's the little things that go along way. The lady who checked me in seemed to be bothered I asked the question about the arrival snack and drink. I quickly remembered this happening here a while back when I stayed. Seems they don't care if you are here or not.

The front desk service was so friendly, and asked how we were doing each day to ensure we were happy. When we first arrived, the general manager was so polite and she offered us a free drink during happy hour when she heard about what a hard time I had at the Best Western. The interior of the La Quinta was so nice. The rooms are spacious and are decorated in the latest fashion. Not only were they nice to look at, they were really comfortable. We had tons of down pillows on our bed, and a nice flat screen T.V. One of the main reasons I looked into the hotel has to do with their pet friendly policy. The staff were extremely nice to my dog and made her feel welcome as well. The complimentary breakfast was great, with waffles, eggs, hash-browns, toast, English muffins, yogurt and more. The bar actually stayed pretty busy too, and the ambiance was very chic. The bartender was very sweet and chatted with us about why we were in town. Overall, I couldn't say enough great things about this La Quinta. The best part: it was only five dollars more than the Best Western. I felt like I struck gold.

There's a bell to ring for someone to come. So I pushed it several times until I noticed there is a sign that says 10pm-6am. So we waited till 6am no one arrived we kept ringing the bell and call the phone line, right at 6:15am a lady named Brittany walks in half awake open doors not speaking at all until a few minutes later I tell her I'm here to check in, still doesn't say anything she's still trying to wake up. The day before I leave I come to the front desk to let them know that I will be needing to check out between 4am-6:30am and that I'll leave the keys in the room, and she said no someone will be here, so I told her but you guys don't have someone till 6am? But she said there's 3 shifts and someone works the night, that's when I found out Brittany likes to sleep in work hours and is late to wake up to open doors, that's place in general is extremely unprofessional, they are not nice at all don't know how to greet people. And the rooms reek like urine and smoke even though the room I was in says no smoking allowed. The worst place ever, never had such an awful experience. And they charged my card double the deposit! Once I checked out 6:05am people were sitting waiting for someone to open doors, the lady waiting said she seen the lady on the other side since they have glass windows the whole front area you can see Brittany making herself breakfast knowing there's people waiting. Cant imagine not caring where you work at and no one else caring that you still have a job after all that. Owners/managers have a lot to do with that as well and tells you what kind of people run the place. Also false advertisement on the pool , pool is empty mostly yellow water and dirt.
