We were instructed to keep the sign stating we had a dog must remain on the door at all times. The first day we didn't receive any housekeeping services. The next day we went and requested from the front desk for housekeeping. When we returned the second day again no housekeeping service to our room. So again we went to the front desk and let them know our concern. There were several other guest at the desk stating the same that their room had not received any housekeeping services. We were given trash bags to collect our trash and put outside the door. On our last morning Dale at the front desk was so helpful and let us know that the manager had been informed about the issue and would be taking care of the issue. We strongly judge our stay at the Hyatt by the breakfast served. During the week this location has an omelet station. We got to try it on Friday morning. It was tasty and everyone enjoyed it. On the weekends they have a standard American Breakfast. Turkey sausage, scrambled eggs and potato's were on the menu. They had fresh fruit, oatmeal and yogurt. I would give this a mid rating. It's not my favorite Hyatt breakfast but it's also not the worst I've had. Overall the housekeeping issue ruined this stay. Rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked in the room. They even had USB-C Charging ports which was nice as more and more of my cables have been USB-C instead of USB-A.

Every aspect of the property from parking areas, lobby, various restrooms, breakfast and bar areas, coffee area, our room, the elevators, etc., were beyond clean!!! Berry Farms looks familiar since we have similar mixed-use communities in Madison County. AL. From the Berry Farms website: "Berry Farms is a mixed-use master planned community where work, shopping, and leisure blends seamlessly with front porch living on pedestrian-friendly streets. Located on 600 acres in the heart of Williamson County, Berry Farms is centered around connecting people to work, shopping, restaurants and meaningful open space." And, that's what this area does. Back to Residence Inn. Parking was plentiful, on both side entrances to the lobby. There were no bellhops when we checked in on Sunday afternoon. They have ample smallish carts to schelp your stuff inside (think the smaller Publix shopping carts). I think parking was complimentary; however, please check the website to be sure. Our 3rd floor room was super quiet! As others noted, there is a complete kitchen, including dishwashing machine, microwave, etc., and minimal coffee mugs, utensils, cookware, etc. The rooms are stocked with liquid dishwashing soap, dishwashing machine pods, paper towels, kitchen towels, wall mounted bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner and sample sized personal items like face wipes. They have an on site full bar and restaurant complete with room service that is completely unavailable on Sundays. When we checked out Monday, I did not see a soul in the on site bar, and never tried to engage the on site restaurant. Monday morning, the complimentary breakfast was sad, in my opinion. I hoped to get some scrambled eggs, bacon, grits and good coffee. Their coffee is inferior, both in rooms in these odd non-Keurig coffee makers that are designed for a certain sized coffee mug they do provide, and at the communal breakfast coffee station. I'm glad I didn't really need to be a high performing person that day, due to the lack of delicious coffee! They offered bananas, sliced fruit, muffins, one or so chorizo burritos and I think, a waffle/pancake machine. Meat options (bacon, sausage, etc.) were almost nonexistent. We checked around 0800 and maybe they did offer meat options/scrambled eggs earlier and ran out? Their "pantry" (my words not theirs) section by the receptionist counter was well stocked with frozen meals, beers, canned wines, beverages and sundries. This was a happy thing for us because this part of Franklin rolls up their sidewalks on Sunday nights. When we returned from the nearby First Bank Amphitheater around 10:00 PM on Sunday night, the nearby Publix had closed, no restaurants appeared opened and we settled on a few canned wines ($10.00 each) to share before going to bed. Thanks Residence Inn for your extremely clean facilities, your friendly service, and this location being very convenient to I-65!

The room itself is big, with a sitting area and even a walk-in closet that can almost be its own room! The bathroom is spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was soft ... but not TOO soft ... which is a good thing. Excellent staff here, and a most welcome introduction to the famous Southern Hospitality I've heard so much about. The rooms are modern, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable. The bed was excellent, there were plenty of outlets for charging devices, and the workstation made it easy to catch up on work. I also appreciated the glass-front mini refrigerator instead of the typical noisy hotel mini-fridge. It was a nice touch. The room also had an espresso maker and quality coffee, plus there's a 24-hour grab-and-go market downstairs, which came in handy after long workdays. The lobby has a fun, relaxed vibe with a bar, pool table, business center, and plenty of seating if you want to work outside your room. My only disappointment was housekeeping. I checked in online and didn't get to my room until after 10 p.m. I was exhausted, so I showered and went straight to bed. The next morning I realized the floor hadn't been cleaned very well, and there was dust and debris under some of the furniture. I called the front desk, and they immediately sent someone to take care of it. When I returned that evening, the room was spotless. I really appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue. Parking can also be a little challenging. The main lot fills up quickly, especially with larger trucks and SUVs. There is additional covered parking underneath the hotel, but there isn't an elevator back up to the lobby, so if you're carrying luggage, be prepared for a fairly steep walk. I was fortunate to have a quiet corner room on the top floor with a huge window overlooking the trees. I only wish the windows opened to let in a little fresh air. A special thank-you to Devante at the front desk. He was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Great customer service makes a difference. Overall, I'd happily stay here again. It's tucked away in the Donelson neighborhood, so it feels quieter than many airport hotels while still being just minutes from the airport, Opryland, and downtown Nashville. If you're a Marriott Bonvoy member looking for a clean, modern, reasonably priced hotel with a great location, this Aloft is well worth considering. Life is too short not to travel. The air gets very cold but you can adjust the temperature to your likings via the thermostat on the wall. Plenty of towels, although one hand towel had visible pink stains on it. The hotel was quiet and didn't hear any noise from other guest while in the room. They were courteous during the night. Some Constructive criticism for Marriott BonVoy corporation is: -The hotel has a smell that reminds me from when I lived on campus for college. It's not a bad smell, but I think some scent diffusers would do some justice. -The cloth seating area and rug in front of the elevators could use a deep clean, as there are very noticeable stains. -Housekeepers should double check all spaces in the rooms. shower, trash cans,and floors to ensure there are no crumbs/paper shreds,etc. left before marking the room as clean. Also, ensure all towels are free of any stains. Overall, I would come back and stay here again.
