Parking-5-Great large lot outside with easily accessible spots. Well lit lot. Room-5-Fantastic room with an actual desk-sized desk. Shower was large and the water was hot. Mattress/pillows-5-Typical Hilton pillows and mattress, not sure if they are different from Hampton and Double Tree but they do seem much more comfortable. Elevator speed/availability-5-Really quick and readily available. Gym/pool-5-The gym was great, all the cardio machines and weights you need for a legit workout, and it's open 24/7. It's on the 2nd floor FYI. Restaurant-5-I actually ate here three times, twice for dinner and once for breakfast. I recommend the employee burger (not on the menu) for a quick meal and the pork chop with blackberry moonshine sauce for dinner-it was fantastic. Our server Knox was great, super attentive and knowledgeable about the area. Best luck in coding Knox! Staff-5-Again a great staff, very personable for the most part and quick to help if needed. Price-5-Great price for the area, no complaints. FYI Diamond members get free breakfast. Overall-5- Not one issue, this is how Hilton stays are supposed to be. These folks do it right! 3.5/5 stars just because of stuffy oder in my room, but I'm rounding up. I stayed at the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs for 2 nights a couple weeks ago. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very nice. I stayed in a room on the 8th floor near the Executive Lounge (815 perhaps?). The executive lounge was very nice and offered a good selection of hot and cold breakfast food in the morning. It also had a really nice, large patio with a great view. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern, however the air flow in the room wasn't the best, which I think caused the room to have a stale/mildew oder. I smelled it constantly while in the room, even while I tried to sleep and as soon as I woke up in the morning. I should have asked to be moved to a different room, but I opted not to, thinking that every other room in the hotel might smell that way. I asked 2 colleagues also staying there for a work trip we were all on, if they also had the smell in their rooms and they both said no. I think it was just my room, and also maybe tied to the A/C fan not being at full blast when I tried to adjust it. Still, this was a very nice, updated, and clean hotel and I would stay here again, just not in room 815. read more

Everything is fine but the water pressure is basically atmospheric. You'd get a better shower by taking a paper towel outside, letting it absorb the humidity for 5 minutes and then squeezing it over your head. read more

Stopped in during our drive back to Pensacola as our normal spot, Embassy Suites, was booked. So happy we stayed here! The entire hotel seems to have been remodeled. It has the new smell everywhere. Our room was spacious and gorgeous! Crabtree Evelyn products in the bathroom! We end up having our dinner at the bar. Charlie, the bartender, took great care of us making some world class beverages. Her Manhattan is top-notch and she made a wonderful peppermint espresso martini for my wife. We decided to try their charcuterie and cheese board. Not a wide variety; however, all very good! I also decided to have their buffalo wings with a dry rub and the Korean barbecue sauce on the side. Absolutely delicious! Who knows, maybe this will be the new spot to stop in Franklin during our travels? read more

Okay, I've only been here a few hours, but they've done a bunch of stuff right. First of all check in was super quick. Second, the bar is well stocked and busy. Third, they put on a great buffet. Room is clean and has all the usual stuff - fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. No microwave though. Bed is comfortable and I'm looking forward to the breakfast selection for our event. read more

The staff at this hotel are some of the best I have ever encountered in the world. As a Hilton Diamond member for many years, I've stayed in many hotels. The staff's high level of competence, empathy and kindness was consistent across all departments. I witnessed unruly customers being managed with understanding and caring words. Many people were at the hotel because they had been displaced from their homes by the winter storm, so not everyone was in a good mood (myself included). The staff had their own worries, but yet didn't let that interfere with jobs ... they worked additional shifts, some back to back, and always maintained a great customer service attitude. Our experience at the Hilton was not a good one. The rooms were better than the previous 3 star hotel we stayed at and the staff was friendly enough but when the restaurant charged us twice for breakfast on two separate mornings the correction to this has become an ongoing ordeal still not resolved since Thanksgiving. When we became aware of the two double charges on the day of and for the previous day we spoke to the F&B Outlet Manager who told us we could expect to see a refund in the next 7 business days. Also he gave us his direct phone number to call if the over charge had not been corrected. After weeks we tried calling his direct number several times but there is no answer and there is no voice mail to leave a message. We finally got a hold of him through the general phone number. Then he told us we could not get a refund because it was more than 24 hours and someone was supposed to call us and inform us of that. We told him that we had reported the problem to two staff employees both within the 24 hour period. He told us to give him a week to fix the double charge and he would call us then. We never heard from him and to date they have only fixed one of the two over charges. We finally went through our credit card company and opened a " charge dispute". Three different people made an error at this hotel, two of them managers. It's obvious to us that management has no intention of resolving a legitimate customer complaint and the Hilton "central office" wherever that is does not either. read more

After countless stays at the Hilton, I think they are deserving of a bump up in stars. Breakfast is simple, solid, and reliable. It's expensive, near $20 including tip, but they do a great job of keeping everything filled and fresh. Housekeeping, like most other hotels, still takes advantage of covid, offering service only upon request. We just ask for fresh towels and empty trash, and they are pretty reliable with that service. The small store next to the front desk provides basic access to snacks, drinks and toiletries. Wish they'd bump it up a bit in selection, but glad at least that it's there. Also appreciate the bar, whether for wine for the room or just a quick drink there. Service is consistently friendly. The bed is good, room reasonably dark and cold, and requested foam pillows and a blanket make everything comfortable. Corner rooms are just a tiny bit larger, and mostly benefit from more windows and views of the rolling hills around Cool Springs. Down side is the curtains around those windows makes it a little harder to keep the room dark if you're wanting to sleep in. Biggest complaint is having the tv fixed right up against the wall, Not only does that make it hard to see from the sitting area, it makes it very challenging to get behind it enough to plug in chromecast for streaming. Poor design. But overall, our hotel of preference in the area, and we'll be back again soon. read more

This hotel is literally right next door to the regional office of my organization, and the office manager regularly books us rooms here. It's a relatively new hotel and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. There is plenty of parking available and the rooms are clean and well kept. There is a lobby bar and restaurant and a shuttle bus (I think that is shared with another nearby hotel). The noise level always depends on the people in the adjacent rooms, but all in all, the hotel is quiet and provides a good night's sleep. read more

My brand new husband and I would like to extend our appreciation and gratitude to all of the hotel staff for our successful wedding celebration at the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs Hotel from May 27th to May 28th, 2021. The staff were professional, attentive to details and provided the best experience for us and our guests. The food was delicious! Our success was in large part due to the superb service we received. Everyone went above and beyond our expectations--we were so pleased with everything. From the general manager, Gerald, to the Event Coordinator, Tammy, to the Banquet Manager, Sameh, to the front desk manager and staff, Jana, McKenzy, Jermiah, Mychal and many others, the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs staff were a credit to the brand. Housekeeping was top notch with the COVID restrictions and all. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall, the staff ensured that we had the wonderful experience we wanted. Many of our guests remarked that this was one of the best weddings they had been to (even with COVID social distancing considered). We continue to receive glowing comments from our guests about how amazing everything was. It was such a special time for us. We'd like to thank each and every staff member helping us make lifelong memories we will always cherish. I'm giving this only 1 star not bc it isn't a nice hotel but because of our horrible experience with the events coordinator, Tammy. We had to book a few block of rooms for our wedding in Franklin and Tammy was very condescending and hard to work with. She has no problem telling how experienced she is and how good she is at her job, but our experience with her definitely didn't back that up. Avoid this hotel if you need a block of rooms. read more

Stayed here for a business trip. Location is off the highway, and is 5 minutes from my clients. This will be the new hotel of choice for when we travel! The lobby has high ceilings and is modern. Check in was easy when I got there. I got a corner queen room and it was spacious. Love that you can also earn extra Hilton points by going green. Gym is on the 2nd floor, decently sized. Pool is outside the gym with some outdoor seating area, but isn't that big. There's plenty of couches and seating in the lobby, a small convenience store, lobby bar and restaurant. They also have a shuttle that can take you places close by. read more

My stay at this Hilton was great! To begin, I must say that Tyler was great. Very professional and always very kind. The room was nice and clean, the decor looked great and the beds were pretty comfortable. It also had a huge window that displayed a beautiful view of a nearby mountain. I will add that the room has a fridge but not a microwave. Our dining experience at the on site restaurant for breakfast was okay, didn't experience any issues with the food. The only issue came when we requested a shuttle to a nearby shopping center. The representative advised us that the driver was already out however, after waiting 45 minutes we realized the driver was just getting there and the van was sitting in the parking lot. During our stay there were two different shuttle drivers and they clearly had to have been trained by two different people. One shuttle driver was very kind, opened the door and made the ride very comfortable. The other driver didn't open the door, listened to music at a loud volume, drove recklessly, and complained that guests were only supposed to get one ride per day. Rude right? Might be a good idea to skip the shuttle. read more

There was sufficient parking free of charge, very friendly staff, and the breakfast buffet was VERY good! Bait hook and switch! Book the hotel for a night and the charged us a extra night more then the booking price was. It still is $175 a night and I got charged $245. To add the complementary breakfast they promised wasn't available in the morning. They said only if your a gold member. Other then that the room was nice but noisy till about 4am. Additionally, the restaurant seemed understaff to even attempt to eat. Had a waiter stop by at the host stand to ask if I've been helped, after 15 of waiting. Over priced, noisy, and the only free amenity was the gym and pool. read more

When checking in we were told that rooms are no longer cleaned daily unless requested because of "Covid" restrictions. So, I requested having the room cleaned each day- First day- room was not cleaned. By 8 PM when we came back to the room, and found the room had not been serviced we called the front desk. We were told that no service was available and they left a bag of towels by the door. The next day, I again asked to have the room cleaned and again all they did was leave towels by the door. When we returned after dinner, again there was no one available to clean the room. We complained to the front desk and were told the manager would contact us. We checked out yesterday morning and were told, again, that the manager was not in and would contact us... Still nothing. This is not a hotel. I would stay somewhere else.. We will. read more

Stayed here with a friend while visiting Nashville. Beautiful newer hotel. Due to the Covid, we couldn't experience the full amenities. We didn't have maid service. Had to call to have coffee, towels, and soap delivered. Quick turn around. Items were left in a bag hanging on our door. Restaurant had a very limited menu. Did not try anything. Some Hotels just check you in, and later, check you out, uneventful. Some hotels really make the effort to make you feel special. Hilton Franklin Cool Springs made my wife and I feel VIP from the moment we entered the lobby and throughout our stay. The staff at this hotel genuinely make you feel like they really care. If you want to stay at a beautiful hotel, that pays attention to it's guests, this is a great one!! Shower gets hot super fast. Sheets are very clean and pressed. Furniture is modern & luxurious with a mid Century Modern motif. Air conditioning is Brrrr cold! Bathroom is gorgeous & clean. Bathroom accessories that you can keep smell awesome, Verbena/Lavender is most rooms. Bath robes and fluffy slippers in the oversized closets. Location: The Mall is a 5 minute ride from the hotel. They also have a shuttle that takes you anywhere within a 5 mile radius!
