For a quick night off the highway, this hotel was great! It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had a wonderful breakfast spread in the morning. I do love a hotel that includes breakfast! They offer AAA and military discounts. We did not make a reservation ahead of time so the room we got was $102 for one night after taxes. read more

This is about the best you will find in accommodations halfway to Florida. I've stayed here about five times and I've never encountered a problem. Extremely clean room, $86.00 for the night and a 12 pm check-out time. After 12 hours of driving on I95 I'm done! The staff is quick and helpful lobby clean and so are the hallways and grounds, it's not home but a great place to kick off your shoes and relax. It's close to the highway so a little highway noise was expected. The Cracker Barrel next door is great also ( if you like it ). Honestly you know how some places try to cover-up odors with chemicals and some places smell like a gym locker after summer break? Well not here? I really can only smell clean. For the price you just can't get any better. read more

The rooms are clean and I feel safe and secured in the room! They just renovated so I am very pleased with the service. The southern hospitality outshines here. The pool was closed when we came and the shower curtain was broken so the entire bathroom floor was soaked after a shower I took. Besides those 2 things this is hotel is great for a quick rest stop in between driving long distance for example to Florida if you live up north or Maine if you live in the south. read more

Seriously not sure how this place has 4 stars. Loud due to construction. Front desk was totally disengaged. I was also charged a $360 DEPOSIT for my 3 night stay. Which has never happened at any other Marriott before. The breakfast area is so overcrowded and it was next to impossible to find a healthy thing to eat besides some green banana and overlooked oatmeal. The gym is closed due to construction, so they send you 10 miles away to some gym/rehab center. Just awful! I rarely leave poor reviews but if you're a loyal Marriott consumer, skip this place. My next hotel will be that darling Country Inn across the street. Better in all categories. read more

Nice hotel off interstate. Will probably stay again. Reasons for lost star are really bad wireless at least on third floor, depressed look of front desk staff ( both coming and going) and no meat at breakfast (sausage gravy and biscuits is not meat lol). Coffee was great! read more

Clean room at a decent price but the hotel is right next to I-95 and I didn't sleep well because of the constant road noise.

We checked in at 11 pm, September 8, exhausted from our drive from Tampa, FL. The lady working the front desk was friendly and fast, I hate that I can't remember her name. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. When we left in the morning, everyone we passed said good morning and asked us how we were. And when heading out the door, one of their lovey staff members with a great smile told us to have a save trip. That put a big smile on my grumpy face. I would certainly stay here again if I'm ever back in town. read more

We travel alot from NJ and Florida and have gone from one hotel to another on I95.. Prices have gone up; conditions of hotels have gone down. We pick up the Hotel Coupons book and used for this hotel. It was a little more expensive but it was worth it. Some of the other hotels charge maybe 10-15 dollars less but you get alot less. Avoid any hotels that charge you less than $80. Just go straight to this hotel. Its clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast included REAL eggs; not those fake patties. All in all, this is where we will stay from now on. read more

I made the reservation online. I showed up after a 9 hour car ride to realize I mistakenly booked the wrong city Fairfield. I was warmly acknowledged and welcomed as I entered. The lady who helped us her name was Elizabeth. She not only quickly made sure we had a room but called the other Fairfield for us and cancelled the reservation without a fee. Elizabeth gave me and my family great customer service. The place was updated and our room was clean and very spacious. The wi-fi was on the slower side but the bed was comfortable and my family and I slept. The next morning we had a great breakfast with a self service waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, fruit, breads, bagels and spreads. Eggs, bacon, sausage were fresh and tasty. Orange & Apple juice and ice cold milk were available. Full coffee bar and tea. Great bang for the buck and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Thank you again Elizabeth. read more

It's under construction and a real mess. Wires and lights hanging down in the lobby and breakfast area. robably a health violation. Parking is a free for all with half of them blocked by Construction. I don't know when the pictures of the rooms came from .. mine room was circa 1980 with orange carpet and wall with a teil sofa. Really old bed and pillows too. The HAVC did not work and the fridge was not cold. As for peaceful (ha) ... right next to 95. My bed shook when the tractor trailers went by ... All night long. The staff is not engaged ... smoking outside when I left. The 4 star ratings must be bogus. read more
