Nice clean hotel, stayed on a trip to work Nice little pool and bar , free breakfast. I always like The waffles.

J W Marriott picture story about Fairfield Farm

We spent two nights for a quick SeaWorld getaway, and the hotel's location, just 5 minutes away, was super convenient. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was friendly. The lobby and our room were clean and cozy. The free breakfast wasn't extraordinary, but the coffee was surprisingly good. Overall, a nice and straightforward stay.

I chose this Fairfield Inn because of the price and the location! It was one of the more affordable Marriott brand hotels around. My friend took me to 3 locations before deciding to stay here. And the surrounding area solidified my decision, since I would be staying without a rental car. You have quite a few dining options within a short walking distance. There is also a trolley stop right there on the main road in case you want to explore... I booked the morning of. And went in around 10 am to see if they happen to have a room available. They did, but I didn't take it because I don't like staying on the first floor. Since I wanted to visit a nearby amusement park, The front desk actually held my luggage until I came back. The customer service during my entire stay was really great! My room: It was a traditional Marriott room. Not old, not too fancy, but and upgraded traditional. It was definitely clean, which is always my #1 concern. Bonus was that it had a microwave and a refrigerator! I knew this would be the perfect room to just relax and chill. I was glad to see they brought the usual Marriott breakfast back. A few help yourself offerings like eggs, Meat and a hash, as well as the waffles. I like that things were spread out. Idk if there was only 1 or 2 people taking care of breakfast but the guy I saw was on top of everything. He made sure there was always food and that everything stayed neat and clean. It actually made me feel comfortable about the standards in this hotel! The outdoor pool was amazing! It was never too crowded. It was relaxing and just loved the view! There was also a jacuzzi. My second time ever in one. The jets/bubbles are timed, which kinda makes you aware that other ppl may be waiting. Don't be a bubble hog lol. Also note that the jacuzzi and pool are shared by the other Marriott property next door. There is also a happy hour snack bar (w/drinks) for you to enjoy. This place definitely served its purpose! Not sure what its like when fully booked and busy but this location was clean and the staff was helpful so I would definitely stay here again!

    Two queen beds

This Fairfield location was one of the cheapest Marriott owned hotel options that I found in this Orlando theme park area. I got one room with two queen bed for about $450 (a total of 5 nights). Unfortunately, the total cost did not include $10 per day onsite parking fee (the front desk staff will give you a parking placard) and I was completely caught off guard when the front desk staff mentioned about it. Our party was greeted by a very lively and energized young lady and she gave us an option to stay on any floor with no additional cost. We ultimately picked the 2nd floor and our room was conveniently located right next to the elevator. [Rides]: Fairfield and Springhill (next door neighbor) offer transportation service to various theme parks such as SeaWorld and Aquatica, Universal Studio and Islands of Adventure, and Disney's EPCOT. All hotel shuttles require reservations as early as one day in advance and as late as one hour in advance. Please note that time listed below are subject to change: * Disney EPCOT - $9 per person round trip; departure from 8:20 AM to 9:40 AM & return from 5:50 PM to 10:30 PM. Shuttle will drop off and pick up at bus parking lane #42. * Universal Studio and Islands of Adventure - departure from 10 AM & return from 7:30 PM or 8:40 PM (departure times vary by dates). * SeaWorld and Aquatica - departure from 8:30 AM to 12:10 PM & return from 1 PM to 6:30 PM (additional post 6:30 PM return times are also available - vary by dates). [Accessibility]: A cafe serving Starbucks-brand coffee is located in Springhill and it doesn't open until 6:30 AM. A fitness gym is also located on the Springfield property (walk across from the pool) and there's also a small arcade located just outside of the pool. Complimentary breakfast hours start from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM from Monday to Friday & 7 AM to 9:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday. There's also a CVS located just around the corner. A business center is located on the 1st floor and I actually use their desktop computers to browse the internet. [Room]: The check-out time is 12 PM. I couldn't find a hair dryer at first, but it was actually hidden in the closet. Water pressure was fairly strong and water was warm. Other than the unexpected daily parking fee and inconvenient gym location, I had a pretty comfortable stay here and I would definitely recommend this Fairfield location. P.S. - This location is about 20 minutes away from the Disney World.

Queen room, smells great, beds are so comfy
    Dianna B.

I made reservations here because I was a hair model for the Primer show in Orlando, and they had a great rate for it. I invited my guy to come with me as it was his birthday weekend and it would be nice to get away for a little bit. The room we were given was a queen room with two beds and a nice bathroom that over looked the main drag. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, the front desk staff was nice, except for the guy who didn't want to sell me the coke because he didn't have change. He didn't offer to put it on my room or take a credit card. The way he spoke to me was as if I was below him for my choice. That was the only poor experience. Breakfast was included, and both mornings, my guy brought me food to the room due to issues I was having with my health. The selection he brought was fairly standard, Egg, Sausage, toast, and coffee, and all of it was fine and tasty. i would deff. stay here again.

Lake in front of Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld
    Tish G.

This Fairfield Inn is in a great location for a tourist, near both Discovery Cove and SeaWorld. The hotel is not far from the newer outlet and Universal also. I was very pleased during my short stay here. The hotel is very neat and clean. The lobby area is inviting and the staff were customer service oriented. The landscaping of the hotel is neat because it is right next to another hotel. There is a lake outside in the front (with an alligator warning sign out front). The king bed at this Fairfield was very, very comfortable. The room is the typical FFI room, with a bed, TV, and working desk. The wi-fi was free here. I walked out to the pool area before checking out. It looks good for people with children or who don't mind being around children. There is an outdoor grill restaurant that appeared to have a bar, so that area is probably more for couples or business travelers. The hotel has a small indoor arcade with several games near the Splash Zone pool area.

So sweet! It's a gift for my fella!

If you don't follow your GPS like it's the voice of God, you'll drive past this place at least 10 times wondering if you're being pranked. Once you finally find it, though, you're in for a surprise. The hotel is attached to a magnificent steakhouse and gives off this classy vineyard-patio vibe that makes you feel like you're about to attend a wine tasting, even if you're just there for work like I was. Walking up, there are beautiful outdoor tables with glass tops where guests can relax, eat, and pretend they're important. Then you walk into the lobby and BAM dark wood floors, elegant furniture, comfortable sofas, and enough atmosphere to make you wonder, Wait what did I accidentally book? I was honestly concerned I'd somehow clicked the wrong hotel and was about to max out my credit card. Nope. Surprisingly affordable. The room? Fantastic. You've got a Keurig machine ready to fuel your caffeine addiction, a nice big TV, all the amenities you need, and then there's THE BED. Listen, I don't know if it's a pillow-top, a cloud-top, a Sleep Number, a NASA mattress, or if angels personally fluff it every afternoon, but that thing is dangerous. I laid down for what felt like five minutes and woke up the next morning. I slept harder than a newborn after a bottle. Now let's talk about room service. They have this little stand where you order directly from the steakhouse downstairs. I ordered dinner, expecting hotel prices that require a small bank loan. The bill was $35. I nearly called the front desk to report a pricing error. Meanwhile, I was hungrier than a hostage, and they delivered a meal fit for royalty. For a brief moment, I genuinely felt like a VIP. The hotel also has a nice bar for those who enjoy a drink. I don't drink, but if I did, I probably would've celebrated finally finding the entrance. Bottom line: great atmosphere, beautiful property, comfortable rooms, amazing food, affordable prices, and a mattress that may have supernatural powers. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I still need GPS to find it? Also absolutely.

Not once did the waitstaff ever come by to offer me more coffee at breakfast. So, for service I give 3 stars. However, the bartender at the pool was wonderful! She was very nice and attentive. I would hope a nice hotel like this would have magnified mirrors for the bathroom. The food and drinks in the restaurants were good. No complaints. The location is great. We were able to go out and about without worrying about driving, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was easy to find, and parking is conveniently located right across the street with simple in-and-out access (though, of course, there is a parking fee -- which is never fun). Inside, the hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff was accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was on the fifth floor, which I actually prefer when staying in a city -- the higher up, the better to avoid street noise. One of my favorite features of Embassy Suites is the room layout. The separation between the living room and bedroom is ideal, especially if someone wants to rest while others are still awake. The rooms have consistently been clean and feel very homey. Everything was great -- until Sunday morning. This is a dog-friendly hotel, which we love since we bring our dog and take her on walks so she's not stuck inside all weekend. However, checkout morning was pure chaos. One of the two elevators was out of service, it was peak checkout time, and there was also a princess pageant event happening, so the hotel was much busier than usual. Trying to get downstairs with my dog was extremely frustrating. I looked for stairs but wasn't sure if they were alarmed. When I asked an employee to confirm, she looked at me like I had five heads, which didn't help my already thin patience (I definitely did not have enough coffee for that situation). I eventually just went downstairs. Coming back up was even worse -- the line for the single working elevator was ridiculous. When I asked the front desk about the stairs, I was told they were accessible from outside. I didn't realize I needed my key card to re-enter through the outdoor stairwell (which makes total sense -- I was just aggravated at that point). After going back inside and trying again, I ended up walking up five flights of stairs with my dog. Thankfully, we had requested a late checkout, so we avoided the absolute peak of the chaos. Our friends on the third floor ended up carrying their luggage down the stairs because waiting for the elevator wasn't worth it. Unfortunately, being on the fifth floor with a lot of luggage, that wasn't really an option for us. Aside from that stressful morning, we really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary evening happy hour with drink tickets and small bites is always a highlight. We also had breakfast on Saturday morning -- and honestly, the breakfast is a major deciding factor whenever we choose to stay at a Hilton. Overall, a great stay with one very frustrating checkout experience.

The room was fine - we had a suite with a little kitchenette and it was spacious enough for a few days. **My only real complaint (and the reason for my lower review) was the quality of the furniture. My daughter was leaning against one of the end tables to plug something in on the other side the night before we were hitting Epic Universe early, and it collapsed below her. She fell on top of it and some portion of it punctured her leg (we think a metal pin that was poking out from one of the broken legs). We contacted hotel management, and they came with hotel security who did some basic first aid and took away the broken tables (the other one also broke from her fall). We're grateful she wasn't injured more seriously (at least that we know of yet), but it could have been so much worse if that pin had punctured a more delicate area of her body. It also definitely made the next day at the park a lot harder for her with leg pain, etc. They really need to upgrade/inspect the furniture to make sure it's safe for guests.
