Such a tiny little branch of the Pickerington Library system. But an important one!…read more They still feature the same variety as other branches, only at a lower quantity. We like to take advantage of the private rooms for solitude and reflection. While we don't live here, we brought in proof of temporary residency in the state and they gave me a library card. We occasionally exceed the two hour limit on the Internet computers, but with no one else here, they usually demonstrate a very lenient attitude and keep extending our time. The workers here are always gracious and very knowledgeable. We tease one lady calling her "smarter than google" One of my long term goals is to read every book in the biography section! I'm on number 2. This may take some time. 06/24

Searching for a book that the Main Columbus library has but couldn't find, we ended up out here…read more Way out here- it is pretty far out, though right near the high school. Plenty of parking. Bigger place than I expected. Large kid's area with activities. Kid K wanted a teen manga, and they have tons of those. They also have "stuff" to check out: backpacks, games, etc. We had to ask for help, and staff were super friendly and helpful. They weren't busy on a summer weekday afternoon. Definitely would be here often if we lived at all close by.

The entire staff couldn't wait to assist us. We received a free hour on line. We were able to print some much needed tax pages, for a very small fee. We listened to some music and read for an hour. If I knew we would be staying, I would have applied for a library card. That really opens some doors. With your individual card you qualify to check out books, cd's, dvd's and believe it or not, jigsaw puzzles. There are way too many perks to list here. K found what she wanted, admired the fish tank, played in the play areas. Very pleasant all around. We are lucky to have a great library system in Franklin County, often rated one of the best in the nation, with many branches, which are being upgraded regularly. Great staff, large selection, easy to reserve. Not to mention the programs and events and electronic offerings. Honestly, one of the centers of the community and a driver of excellence.

It three floors: books on 1 and 2; 3rd floor is an open event room with separate meeting rooms around the edge. We were on the 3rd floor. White walls, wood floor, paintings scattered around. Awesome space for a party, meeting reception, or what not.not the biggest selection of books, but enough to keep you involved!

I was looking for a specific book and it wasn't available at my branch. I really didn't want to…read morewait for it to be sent inter-library so I found where it was supposed to be in. This branch was located less than 2 miles from a friend's house where I was going for a party that day. It's right off the freeway and had plenty of parking. Having never been here before, I walked in and looked around. Hand to God, the 2 staffers I encountered working there both looked at me and smiled and said hi. Super nice for a 1st impression. I wandered straight ahead to get a feel for the lay out and was quickly able to find the non-fiction section. As I neared the place in the stacks where my book SHOULD be, I think I was holding my breath - having been unable to find books that were "in" way too many times. But sure enough - the book was right where it was supposed to be. I grabbed it and walked back towards the doors. I figured the check outs would be there - and they were. I love how simple it is to sign out a book at any of the CML locations. I punched in my info, scanned my book and printed the receipt which I use as a bookmark. WHile I don't have reason to get to this part of town, I would gladly return as this was a great library with excellent staff!

I'm surprised it hasn't been reviewed, and that I didn't review it. They have remodeled a couple times over the years, and it is incredible now. Lots of stacks, in an old building with interesting rooms and niches. They also have a pretty good selection of nice reading rooms. It's a beautiful building in an historic town.
