I was a patient here in 2021-end of 2023. The office was always impossible to reach. But once you're in there, you're usually out in a reasonable amount of time. Dr Bui was my dr. She's a good doctor, in the most medical sense. She knows her stuff, clearly paid attention in school. She always seemed rushed. She probably was, being that she was on call at the hospital right down the road. So that is understandable. But if you're looking for a dr who is going to encourage you to do things naturally, she is not the one for you. Her adamance on the COVID vaccine, which I refused, made me uncomfortable. Dr Bui never asked me about my birth plan, the office staff told me when my schedule induction was which we had never EVER discussed prior. I refused that too. Only after that did anyone ask for my plan. I wanted a natural birth. Of course things don't go as planned, so I ended up needing to be induced after 12 hours of not progressing, according to the dr. After everything was said and done, she walked in to my room the next day and made sure to say "look at that, you ended up being induced anyway." Which felt like a smack in the face, or an I told you so. Either way, it was insensitive to say the least. I had decided a few months into my pregnancy that I would not go through pregnancy again with dr Bui, it was just very clear to me our views didn't align. If your plan is to go the natural route, she's not the one who's going to encourage you to do so. If you're good with a schedule and knowing exactly when you're going to give birth, she's the one for you. read more

The most ridiculous and in my opinion unethical thing an OB office can do is have a policy w a cutoff date for OB new patient care with no exceptions. It's bad enough to have to move 8 hrs away last minute, having almost no luck even getting calls answered and then the very few OB offices that do answer just tell me 'sorry you are past our cutoff and we can't take you in as a new patient for OB care'. So inhumane of drs to do this. I have had OB care my whole pregnancy, have no complications, this isn't my first pregnancy, and I have copy of my records to provide and yet this office has a no exception policy and I wasn't even allowed to talk to someone other than front desk. The reason I was told was because I'm so ver half way through my pregnancy and there's labs to be done??? Let's be honest, that is not a reason... Drs should be ashamed of turning away expecting mothers without any real reason and with no compassion at all. At least add that to your insurance profiles so patients don't waste their time calling your office. read more

I was able to call with no problems to schedule an appointment. I came in for a physical exam, my first one. I was super nervous, but all of the staff were very friendly. Some seemed tired, but none were ever rude in my opinion. Dr. Castillo was phenomenal. He was so friendly and walked me through all the steps of the exam, explained what he was doing and why, helped me feel very safe, and let me ask questions. Absolutely lovely man, made my experience an exceptionally positive one. Very grateful for the care everyone provided me. :) read more

Have seen Dr M here quite a few times and love her however the low rating comes for the practice and it's practices in general. Both myself, my 22 year old daughter and 20 year old daughters are patients here and we all have had a horrible time from day 1 getting anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment, answer questions or even to return a call after leaving a message. We have never, not one time had anyone return our call after leaving a message. We are all 3 going to be leaving this location and finding a practice where they care about serving their patients. Sorry for the bad review honestly because I really hate doing it but it if I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to contact this office for a few years and no response to my calls. I love Dr. Bui to pieces, but I have been abandoned by her practice. I have not heard from them since I was scheduled for a procedure back in 2018. I got a phone call reminding me about my appointment every day after I confirmed. I arrived at the appointment only to be told that Dr. Bui was on vacation and that they had sent me a message to cancel. I never received it. I never had my procedure and did not get a follow-up phone call to reschedule. I have not been notified of my annual exam. I tried to schedule recently, because I love Dr. Bui, but no one answers the phone. I am frustrated, so I am moving on. I pray that Dr. Bui gets the competent staff that she deserves, to offset her sweet spirit. read more

I honestly should've known prior to coming here due to the poor ratings but I gave the office a chance and I deeply regret it. Pregnancy should be an enjoyable experience and no one in their office has any compassion or communication skills. The ultrasound tech is very cold and unwelcoming. They had me sign a contract stating all prenatal visits were included, yet when I went for an ultrasound I received a bill and was told that was not included. They do not communicate beforehand and guide you through the process. They never scheduled my c section I had to call them 3 times as well as the hospital to have it done. You will have a very hard time getting a hold of them- they do not answer their phones/ what others say is true. I went for my follow up to my c section and no one bothered to communicate that the provider was not physically in the office. I understand Dr Bui will get called for deliveries, but I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to find this out. I will never return to this office and I recommended you find another office with caring staff to help make your pregnancy enjoyable. I should include: Dr. Bui is extremely intelligent, competent, and I trust her care. The system in place and staff make it hard for her patient base to return. I hope changes are made so she can continue her care because she is great, office system and staff not so much. read more

I've been with this place for about 1-2 years now and it is so ridiculous how unprofessional this place is. No one EVER answers the phone so you have to call about 5 times and I wish I was joking about that. When you FINALLY get someone to answer they are unhelpful and have an attitude. There's always a ridiculously long wait time no matter how early you get there and that's before you even get into the room. If I could give them negative stars I definitely would WORSE OFFICE for health care, front desk lady "Tee " extremely rude making it seem impossible to be seen . I've been calling for the past 2-3 months trying to make an appointment and every time I'm told no appointments are available due to the fact that I'm a new patient? Which is understandable ,But how am I supposed book an appointment if the front desk receptionist doesn't explain the dates / months that are available for the new patients ? It's their job to give us information we need in order to be able to be attended and make sure all the paper work is correct AFTER MONTHS FINALLY GOT MY APPOINTMENT . NOW FAST FOWARD TO TODAY .. I called their office "tee" answered I asked her for information over the doctor I'd be seeing so I can send over the referral to her office "tee " proceeds to tell me that my appointment was canceled? I asked how is it possible ? if I've been trying to get seen since 3 months prior plus the day my original appointment was , which was this Monday 1/15/24 2:15pm (weather wasn't the best which I understood why they'd call to reschedule it to this Wednesday 1/17/24 2:15pm yet she tells me my appointment was canceled? I told her there's no way I would have cancelled my appointment, she proceeded to say " well whoever you talked to must of not understood correctly " including adding this respectful response " but I guess we'll take you in today " after hearing that I explained to her that the lady who was rescheduling me , happens to see an earlier opening for the day I was rescheduled to call me bc of how urgent I needed to be seen , BUT to still place my appointment Wednesday the day she rescheduled me to (today ). "Tee " then proceeded to tell me about the referral that if I didn't have it by 2:30 I wouldn't be seen . LONG STORY SHORT I showed up to the office she was extremely rude and no help whatsoever on getting my referral information correct as well as throwing indirect shots while I'm filling out my paperwork how is a patient supposed to know how to do HER job ?!instead of providing the help and knowledge to assist a patient she rather tell me to pay the $250 appointment fee if I still wanted to be seen rather than them wait so my insurance could cover me since they didn't "have time to wait any longer " for the referral to be sent over again with the correct information (meanwhile the referral with the correct information was still being sent over and the office was empty ) DISGUSTING place rude ass ladies don't care about others health until it's one of them read more

WORST OFFICE OUT THERE! And I am seriously not one to usually complain. I went to this office based off a referral from a coworker. When it was clearly my mistake not to check the reviews before making my appointment. Dr. White is my OB and I have no complaints on her,she is truly amazing. But everyone else. They need to get it together. 1. They make you pay a copay before even get seen at all. I've been to many doctors and OB's before and I have never heard of this even being a thing. Two words: MONEY HUNGRY. You will definitely see that money is more important to this office rather than your health. 2. I went in personally for an emergency appointment. I was completely incoherent and they still made us wait 45 min PAST our EMERGENCY appointment time while I passed in and out of consciousness in the lobby. When i FINALLY was called to the back they immediately did an ultrasound. The lady that did my ultrasound was extremely rough and so rude. When I told her she was hurting me she told me to stop and be still. 3. After my emergency appointment I was admitted to the hospital BY THEM. A week later I call to get my notes and a Referral and the lady's up front tell me that they have no history of me being there at that office...WHEN THEY ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL. You would think that a professional business would keep some type of note or SOMETHING if they send a patient to the hospital. Not this office though. To top it off they told me that I needed to come in again so they could RE EVALUATE me because they messed up on their end by not taking any notes. I was irritated, but didn't have an issue UNTIL I was told that I needed to pay $250 for them to even see me because of their SCREW UP. Literally go anywhere else. Dr. White was amazing. The phlebotomist was good. I saw another Dr., I can't remember her name, she was also great. The staff is rude. They were rude to me while I was pregnant just getting my blood pressure taken or making a payment. They locked me out of the office when I was due for my third hour in the 3 hour diabetes test and I called the doctor's emergency line so I wouldn't have to do the test over again. They also do not answer your phone calls EVER, which is hard when you are pregnant and have immediate needs. So overall I can't recommend this place unless they make a statement acknowledging their staff's mistakes and how they will make changes. read more

I love love love my doctor, Dr A. She has been one of the only doctors to ever listen to me and what I want. The staff in the office though... needs some work. The nurses and staff you meet in office are super nice, but when it comes to getting help or info over the phone they are really dismissive... If they call you back at all. I don't know if it's because none of the nurses/staff are super familiar with individual patients/doctors, since a lot of these doctors seem to operate out of a couple different offices, but the patient care outside of the office is - for lack of a better term - trash. read more

However front desk receptionist had a passive aggressive attitude the entire conversation and presumed to threaten to terminate my business with providers if I don't comply with appts.. Called to schedule an appointment and was cut off multiple times mid sentence, noticeable attitude throughout the conversation and did not answer the questions I asked because she cut me off before I could ask the question. I work in customer service and I can not imagine speaking to someone in the manner that I was just spoken to. Lack of understanding for when my son (which was delivered by one of their doctors) was in the NICU and I was unable to make that appointment and she stated that I owed a fee and did not call, when I did call multiple times to try and reschedule that appointment but got no answer on the phone. I recently moved to Cypress and even after reading the not so good reviews I gave it a shot. The office is clean and Dr. M is a wonderful doctor. However, trying to get in touch with anyone in this office is extremely hard. They NEVER answer the phone. When you go in, they're sitting by the phone but won't answer. It's uncalled for. Also they're almost always booked. You can schedule an appointment today and won't be seen until two weeks later. I appreciate Dr. M, but her staff needs to do a better job with answering phone calls. You are a doctor's office, you never know what people may need. read more

Have seen Dr. M for years as has my young daughter. She is amazing and a true life saver. The front desk service or lack of service I received over the last 2 days was terrible. One reviewer used the description of passive aggressive. I will bower the same to describe the tone I received when first attempting to make an appointment and then when I called for med refill. Where to begin? I was told to get a douche and use it daily (yes, you read that right) and I'm genuinely concerned on how a health care provider could give such detrimental advice. I was given medicine for infections that I don't have. A week after one of my visits I began calling the facility daily to get an update on my lab work just for the woman on the phone to tell me a whole 2 WEEKS LATER that there were no results because nobody sent anything to the lab for testing. I went in today for a well women exam, my first time coming here. The doctors office is very nice and the nurses, etc. we're polite. However, I felt very rushed when the doctor finally came into the room. I don't remember the doctors name but I waited for about 45 minutes only for the doctor to come in and see me for about 5 minutes. She left me no chance to ask any questions or discuss concerns I had. As I said the staff was polite but I was not happy with my overall experience. I know this is a new location that just opened so I'm not sure if that was the reason. Or maybe they were busy because there were a few women in the office when I arrived. Maybe try scheduling less people so you can spend more time talking with people so it doesn't feel so much like an assembly line. read more

I don't know I've had a good experience so far! I have no problem paying the copay it was a one time thing it's not like I was paying it every time... the lady who draws the blood is amazing so sweet and funny! The ladies at the front desk were not jumping at excitement but they did their job and were respectful I had questions and they told me to tell my doctor, and I love my doctor completely comfortable around her she asks me every time if I understand and if I have questions she also does the same for my boyfriend so he's in the loop. HORRIBLE!! Terrible customer service and completely disorganized. I wish I could give 0 stars. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service from a medical office. I had my appointment this past Monday for a well visit. I was charged for the visit claiming it was a consultation only and that I needed to meet my deductible before any payments were covered. Slightly confused, I paid. After contacting my insurance the next day they told that my visit should've been covered 100%. I called the office to explain this to the front desk (spoke with Evelyn) where she was confused as to why I was charged, she said she never quoted me prices (which was false), after calling her out on what my insurance told me and said I would come into the office to speak in person and figure out the charge she lied and said they were closed already (it was 4:15pm and they don't close until 5:00pm). She hung up in my face and refused to answer when I called back. I continued to call back until finally an ultrasound tech named Nadine answered. She assured me that they were in fact still open. I was given the run around and told to just contact another office for billing. After finally getting ahold of someone from the other location and re-explaining everything I was placed on hold for over 20 mins I was told someone from billing would call me back in about 30 mins. ALL of this just get answers as to why I was charged and had no work done! Ridiculous! I've never been treated like shit by someone in the medical field, ever! The doctor was nice, the office is nice and clean but the staff is unprofessional! I will NEVER be back to this location ever again except to get my refund! Horribly managed office!! My sister was refused help (suffering from PPD) 5 days before Christmas because she owed money from her pregnancy. When she continually asked during her pregnancy if she owed money and was assured she was "all good." They refused to see her today without paying an obscene amount of $ before. If anything happens, we WILL be holding the office and the doctor who refused to see her responsible!!! Was hung up on by the practice manager because I was furious! I use to love coming to this office back when Dr. Brown-Smith was my doctor. She delivered my one and only child. I'm not sure what position the ladies at the front hold. But I hate that I can never get anyone on the phone but when I walk in they're standing at the front talking while nobody checks me in. I don't know the name of the person I ended up speaking to but she wasn't much helpful with her attitude and explaining to me why I had an out of pocket payment to make. Avoid at all costs - this business has no idea how to care for patients. I wish I could give 0 stars. I was referred here so they could remove my old Nexplanon IUD and replace it. They told me on the phone I needed 2 appointments: 1 removal, then 2 weeks later an appointment for a new installation. Upon arrival they asked me to do a pregnancy test. "I need a pregnancy test to have my IUD removed," I asked? They then said I did not need a pregnancy test after all. Hm. Once I met with a nurse, she confusedly told me I could have both removal and a new Nexplanon installed in the same visit. They 'ordered' the Nexplanon, said it would be 2 weeks, and the front desk would call me to schedule when the implant arrived. It's been FOUR weeks, I've called every week for an update, and each time they said they had to get some info and call me back. I've never been called. My implant expires in 2 weeks and I have no idea if Fairfield OB has even ordered my new medication (last week they implied it hadn't been) - I've tried calling again this morning at 9:30am Wednesday on 10/16 and the phone rang and redirected about a dozen times until 8 minutes in it finally hung up. I finally spoke to Rachel who told me their fax was down this week. She informed me they needed to sign a form and fax it to the specialty pharmacy to fill the order. I let them know my implant expires on 10/30 so they said they would expedite. We booked an appointment for 10/24. Update: Today (10/23) I called to check if the implant has arrived. Alma tells me it likely had because 2 shipments arrived yesterday and today. She returns saying Dr Enyioma did not actually sign the order form so they were doing that now. I asked if they were intending to even cancel my appointment tomorrow or were going to let me come in to tell me this. Ugh. My appointment is now rescheduled for 10/31 and I've officially waited 5 weeks since being told this facility could offer me birth control. read more
