I visited this office twice before the issues began. I went in for the normal check up, and follow up for birth control removal. My insurance was accepted without issue both times. I was called back for further testing, after arriving the very next day and completing the preliminary testing for the second time, it was explained to me that my insurance did not cover the visit, the office doesn't take it. This was pretty weird considering I had been in the day prior. I left immediately and decided to do my own research before paying for a procedure. I contacted my insurance and it was explained that the procedure was certainly covered.. but to get confirmation for certainty I needed a procedure code. I have been put on hold numerous times, hung up on, calls redirected and still to no avail! They pick up and place you on hold, even when you tell them you were left on hold for 15+ mins already. The amount of frustration I've had to go through for basic information is totally outrageous!! read more

HORRIBLE!!! BE AWARE! The staff is unknowledgeable. For a well woman exam they used EXPIRED swab and then called me and asked to come in again to redo my requested STD tests if I want. A WRONG order for an ultrasound was sent to the Imaging services. So I ended up doing a diagnostic mammogram instead of an ultrasound. Ladies, this is JUST BAD!!! read more

Dr. Bui is amazing...very knowledgeable and understanding. Once you are able to actually get someone to answer the phone the ladies behind the desk are nice and efficient. I don't know who is responsible for answering their phones or returning their messages but they do a terrible job. I had an appt last August 2021 and got sick and couldn't come in. I called prior to my appt and left a message that I needed to reschedule. On the day of my appt I got a reminder text which is great except I had requested a call back to reschedule since I was sick. I then tried to call back several times over the next 4 months to reschedule and finally gave up because no one would return my call. Today I randomly called because my progesterone and vitamin d prescription can't be refilled without authorization from the doctor and the pharmacy can't get in touch with them either. The phone was answered on the second ring so I feel like I lucked out. I don't want to change doctors but I sure do wish the phone answering staff measured up to Dr. Bui. read more

Dr. M is a great doctor, but her staff is going to cost the entire business. It's almost impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office. I had two prescription fills that never made it to the pharmacy despite constant reminders. I have been waiting for them to send over my prenatal file to my new doctor (yes, I had to move on) and after multiple calls and voicemails, it still has not been done. The front desk (whenever you can actually get someone to answer) always seems confused at the most basic of questions regarding your visit(s). After a a few visits, I couldn't stick around. Wow where do I start, Dr M is an amazing doctor. Honestly I have been in the health care field for 13 years, I have worked with so many doctors, I was extremely impressed and happy. I am a new patient of hers but she made me feel like I had been her patient for 10 years. Long story short after my procedure I had a few complication, Dr M was there right away, and when she couldn't come she make sure I was aware of every plan of care, not from my nurse, but directly from her. I am so glad that I chose and trusted Dr M with my care, for the first time in my I can say I have a permanent OB doctor. I normally do write review, but I had to give credit where credit is due. I am giving Dr M 5 stars, now the office staff can use work. Returning calls in a timely manner, giving accurate information and being patient with client/patients. Answering the phones also needs some work. The front desk attitudes could use some help. Remember patient are there because they have to not because they want to. After reading some reviews it sounds like this an amazing group of doctors with a low rating because of the office staff which really sad. I hope the office managers and market department read these reviews and follow up with help the office staff improve and do better read more

Terrible!!!! Immediately finding a new office. These people are incompetent and rude. Only nice person I talked to was a nurse. I could go on and on for my reasoning, just know this place sucks and if you want to be treated like a human being don't go here. I rather drive all the way to Dallas than continue dealing with this place. I needed an emergency prescription because they messed it up, I was promised I would have it today and they did not process it and are closed for the next 2 days. My experience here was pretty awful. I saw Dr. Zuleika Pierson and she was awful. On top of that she seemed very incompetent. It's very difficult to be experiencing female problems and there's limited competent doctors out here that knows how to help. You find doctors that just bill your insurance and don't exactly help with the problem. Just fair warning don't see Dr. Pierson she is pretty horrible. read more

I have seen Dr. Bui at her Jones Road location years ago. Unhappy with current my gynecologist, I gave Dr. Bui a call to make an appointment at the location in Cypress. I was able to get an appointment for the following day, which was helpful in my situation, this may not be the same circumstance for everyone. The office decor is nice, and the exam rooms were clean. The staff is so very friendly. I did not wait long for my appointment (9:30 am). Initially I was going to be charged for a well woman exam, but explained I am only in need of hormone replacement therapy. They made the necessary changes to my bill with no hassle. Dr. Bui is as sweet as I remember. Very knowledgeable about hormones, endometrial issues and menopause. I'm glad I made the call to see her, and as long as she is around, I'll continue to see her! read more

This is my second pregnancy, Dr.Bui is awesome! Ever since the beginning I found I was pregnant at 4 weeks, no other doctors would see me because I was so early even though I told them I had worries because I had been cramping a lot. She took me as her patient the next day. She is so informative and sweet. Really makes me feel like she cares about how I'm doing and what is best for me throughout my pregnancy. The wait time is a little long even with a appointment but overall friendly staff and worth the wait in my opinion. read more

I have gone to Fairfield OB/GYN for over a year for my women's yearly as well as half of my first pregnancy. I did not have any issues with them for my women's yearly, however for my pregnancy I have had many issues and I would not recommend them primarily due to the disorganization and customer service of the staff. Below are all recent experiences I have had with this office and I am actually switching doctors in the middle of my first pregnancy due to how they have handled prescriptions, appointments, insurance, communication, etc. 1. Over the course of a month or so, I would receive voice mails from their office asking for me to call them back, not saying what it was concerning. When I would call back, no one would know why I was called and say it must to be to let me know about my appointment I made for a month later. Another time I called back and asked to speak with Cecilia who said her name on the voicemail, they couldn't find a Cecilia and said no one worked there by that name. Another voicemail and call back asking for Cecilia, I was able to speak with her (fun fact, she does work there), and she wasn't sure why she called me either. Very scary/frustrating when you are pregnancy and the office keeps calling and "doesn't know why". 2. I received a prescription from Dr. M to help with my nausea. The office never called it in to the pharmacy, although they confirmed with me in person they would do it right away. I had to call the pharmacy to find that out, then call the office back, etc., etc. Therefore received my prescription very late, which was no good for my days of nausea. The Dr prescribed me 3 refills of these meds, and when I asked the pharmacy for a refill before I ran out of my first bottle, they contacted the office for a week to get the authorization needed to release my meds to me. They never heard back from the office. I called the office myself, now out of meds once again, and they said they only received one fax this morning (that can't be true), and would start working on it soon, and were not sure how long it would take to be processed so I could get my meds. Cool thanks that's helpful. This one is still not resolved and I'm out of meds. Yay. 3. For the genetic testing part of my pregnancy, the Dr ordered MANY tests without even asking what my genetic history (if I have a family history of Cerebral Palsy, etc.) was. They send the test order to their on-site Lab Corp, who takes your credit card and puts it on hold until they later call your insurance to bill you the actual amount you owe and then charge the card, however they make you sign a receipt for the total amount before insurance saying you are responsible for all of it, worse case scenario. My genetic testing was almost $2k before insurance, the largest cost being $800 for a Cerebral Palsey carrier check. I called my insurance myself to understand what I'd actually owe of this, and after several calls later, the insurance was unable to confirm as this was not a common test and hard for them to look up without the billing code (which I did not have). They finally said most likely it is covered if the Dr had a medical reason for the test, AKA if I said I had a family history of it, etc. I don't have a family history of it. Still TBD on what I will be paying for this $2k bill. Cool. 4. I met with the Dr after my genetic testing where she told me that I was a carrier of SMA, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, which after I googled, is a quite terrible disease. I asked her what it was, she said that it affects your motor function and muscles, and that my husband would also have to be a carrier for our child to possibly have it. If my husband was a carrier, then our child would have a 25% chance of having it. Essentially that was all she was able to tell me, so I had to google the disease myself later to understand more. My husband then set up an appointment with his GP to get tested for being a SMA carrier. His Dr had a hard time even finding that test to order to their lab because it was "so uncommon for OBGYN's to order and a very rare, recessive disease". His Dr was very confused as to why I was tested for this with no family history of it. Needless to say, Dr. M ordered an extensive amount of expensive genetic testing with little reason to do so. I think I summed up all the terrible incidents that happen :) So anyways, now I'm switching to a Dr with much better reviews and I recommend you do not go here if you are pregnant. read more

This is one of the worst doctor's offices I've ever dealt with. They never answer the phone. The customer service is horrible. I had an appointment for an IUD insertion and they never ordered the IUD and they never called to let me know till I was in the office. I took the day off of work for nothing. Now after waiting six weeks it has arrived but I've been calling for days to schedule an appointment. I'll find another obgyn. read more

Been here twice and seen a different Dr each time. Dr Bui is very nice and my well woman visit was very fast and I didnt have a long wait. My next apt was with Dr. M. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes and then in the exam room for another 25 min but Dr M was very nice and I understand that emergencies happen , especially in the OBGYN field so I will keep going back and hopefully its not a trend. read more

Only reason I come here is for Dr. Muoluku. The staff is ALWAYS changing, from nurses, managers to the phlebotomists,which makes it unwelcoming. Half of the time they don't know if they need to collect a co-pay or not. Unfortunately I have to go in monthly since I'm pregnant but as I mentioned it's only for Dr. Muoluku! Dr. Tsao gave me my very first pelvic exam, and I went in knowing it wouldn't be pleasant but the pain that I felt today was unbearable. I still have not had sex but was told I had to have an exam in order to refill my birth control for irregular periods. I told her this going in and she kind of looked at me as if I was lying and said she would try anyway. She also said that if it hurt too much she would stop, so I assumed that that's what would happen, rightly so. However, when she was examining me it was extremely painful and i told her "I can't do it" and she kept on pushing the speculum in, not caring to stop and let me gather myself first or even go slower. It was also around this time that I heard her say to the nurse something along the lines of, "Oh, she really hasn't had sex" which confirmed that she indeed did not believe me when I had told her before the exam. Like I said I did not expect my first pelvic exam to be a basket of roses but I never expected it to be like this. I came home and felt violated, nobody should have to go through an exam like that without being listened to. I will not be returning. read more

Today was my first time into this office I usually go to the "cypress" location and wow what a world of a difference the office is very clean and organized the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, the wait time is not long at all my appointment was at 9:00 and I was out by 9:45 at the cypress location I would wait 2-3 hours to be seen. The doctor was great she took her time she asked if I had any questions or concerns and any that I had she addressed. Great office and in a great location. Will continue to come to Fairfield OB-GYN and I highly recommend them. read more

They are not open when they say they are. They do not return phone calls. They will tell you that they are but even when you ask them to call before they leave, they don't. The answering service may hang up on you. Looking for an office that has a great office staff that matches the doctor, they go hand in hand. read more

I wanted to find a local gyn for my daughter. It took me 3 times to get a live person (phone always seems to be forwarded to answering service). We finally got an appointment, which went ok. We wanted to discuss birth control options and left with some pamphlets. I called back to ask some questions and left 3 messages and no one returned a phone call, finally on the 4th message and expressing my frustration I got a call back. Today I just called again to schedule an appointment (it's 3:30 in the afternoon) and guess what, the answering service is on again and won't schedule appointments (" I need to call back during business hours"). Worst appointment /front office I've come across in long time. Will be looking for another dr. read more
