I bought the $12 wash and for the most part, got the job done. I was hoping the drying process would have been better because my car was still dripping with water when done. Not quite spot free as advertised. There was a little bit of waxy residue on the metal parts which I've never had to consider when I go through other places. But it is great finding a brushless car wash which seems to be surprisingly rare in this area. What I do like is that you are enclosed in a space by two garage doors at either end. I feel very secure but it does make me wonder how vulnerable I could be otherwise. Just a thought. I would come back and I wish they offered packages for frequent washes. read more

Do not go to this car wash unless you enjoy throwing your money away! Numerous times I have put money in and have gotten nothing back. I guess I should have learned, and never gone back. But I did, hoping things had been fixed. Not so much....I have lost money in the automatic carwash, the DIY carwash, as well as the change machine. And even worse, there is no way to get a hold of anyone to get my money back. I will not go to this car wash again. I'd rather just go to the one across the street, next to Home Depot. I like having a clean car, but until now have had a hard time finding a touch less car wash. This one was reasonably priced ($12 for the works). Car came out clean, but it would have been nice if they supplied towels to fully dry your car. I will need to remember to bring clean towels next time. read more

Went to this place yesterday and used the manual wash station. I do not recommend anyone to use this place. For starters this place charges a minimum of $4 to start if you use a card. Just like some other reviews this place charged me $15 even though when I hit stop the amount read $4. Next the spray hose leaked the whole time. And it seems to have been leaking for quite some time because management put white tape to try and seal the leak. And spray hose didn't have much pressure either. To sum it up, go somewhere else to get a better wash for a cheaper price. read more

Paid $12 for a wash & automatic door wouldn't open. No number to call! Very frustrating

Terrible. Should have checked Yelp first!!!!! Paid for the Deluxe wash using their "automated" un attended drive through car wash. Garage door opened. I drove in. Spray started around my rear quarter panel than stopped. Light came on telling me to drive forward. I did till light said to stop. Than light said to back up. I did, then rear garage door closed. than light said to pull forward slowly. I did. then lights went off. Car wash never occurred. Than front garage door opened. No lights or instructions. I tried slowly backing and pulling forward to try to get the wash to start. It never did. No lights or instructions from that point on. Than the front door closed and all lights and instructions were off. I was a prisoner in the dark car wash. I opened my driver door to see if there was a way to open the overhead carwash garage door. lucky for me there was with a tiny sign that could be just read in the ambien street light. It allowed me to exit the building. Business has no attendant, no mailing address and no working phone number to reach the owner operator or report the malfunction or the false imprisonment. This is apparently a Franchise operation. While business marquee says it is "Fairlane" Credit card company says charge was processed by an entity calling itself "keep it clean" car wash. I have disputed the charge. Stay away from this business. read more

Tried the automated drive through; paid $11; the machine covered my car with soap, then went immediately to the "dry cycle." Had to go right away to a different place to get the soap scum washed off. Also, the trash bins next to the vacuums were all overflowing. Obviously nobody is paying attention to this place. I'll never go there again. read more

I stopped in to rinse off the bugs from my grill and payed with my debit card. I used the wash for maybe 3-4 minutes, and for some reason I was charged $15 for my use. There is no way to be able to contact anyone to try and resolve this issue, as they do not have a website and the phone number listed no longer works. Beware of this place. I just needed a quick wash to get all kinds of dirt off car and so I could see my backup camera. I just got one wash up from the basic one and was pleasantly surprised! Bill (I assume owner?) and I chatted while another car was in wash, then when I went in he did too and scrubbed the front and back of car with a long brush as machine did its thing. When I came out of wash he had me stop my car to do a quick towel dry of car and windows! No other car washes of similar styles does that that I've been to! Will not be going back. Stopped here late no attendants and none expected at this time of night. Around 8PM on Feb 22. Put my money in and started to wash. As soon as I started around the car with the wand, my back became soaked with the grime cleaner. Why, because some incompetent person decided to use black tape to fix a hole in the high pressure line leading to the wand. I guess this establishment does not have the proper supplies in place to run a business safely. What would have happened to me or anyone should the high pressure water and soap hit someone in the eye due to this inappropriate and unsafe rigged hose. Also had to climb into my car which got the seat soaked. Had to go to the next stall which was covered in mud and use another $5 to finish rinsing the car. So, $10 to get a $5 job done. If you go here, you the customer need to do the safety inspection as this type of issue could cause real damage to you or anyone with you. It is apartment this business does not care about you and I guess I should really report them to the appropriate state and federal departments such as OSHA. read more

Have stopped to wash my car there since it opened. Then last night I washed my car via the card swipe. Finished washing and the total came to $5. Got home and checked my Visa card charge for this online and it had a charge of $15 !!!! This place is a rip off! This place doesn't deserve even one star. I did the self service wash and there is a minimum or $5.00 to pay with your card. That is a decent deal so I went ahead and did it. Instead of just running out of time and charging you a flat rate, it keeps charging you more at random times. I ended up at $6.00, or so I thought. I looked at my bank statement and was charged $15.00! The phone number I could find has no answer and no voicemail box set up and when I have gone back there is no one there. I also find it interesting they rub and wipe at a touch free car wash. Wow! Who would have thought customer service like this still exists? I happened to be in Loveland and my car was terrible from going down a lot of dirt roads. I pulled into Fairlane to the automatic wash. Immediately a 20-something guy came up and asked how I was doing and if I knew which wash I wanted. I only had two fives and a one dollar bill on hand, so I chose the $6 wash (the cheapest auto option available.) He told me he would "prep" my car and then I could go in. He sprayed the front grill, back bumper, tires and wheels with a pre-soak solution and then rubbed down the wheels. He then directed me into the wash. Following the first pass of the automatic wash, he followed it up with a soapy sponge and rubbed the car! I was digging thru my purse for some change so I could tip, but all I could come up with was $1.50 in coins... I felt like a jerk, he did so much work. After the automatic wash was over, he took a chamois and dried the entire car, with a smile. Well, the $1.50 in coins wasn't going to cut it, his effort was worth more- so I tipped him my last cash $5. Yes, the service was THAT good!!! read more

went to wash my car..machine would not take my cash so had to use my debt card. was told if I wanted a receipt to push the refund button, so I did..no receipt came out. when it was my turn to go into the bay, I started pulling in, the Go light was on..all of a sudden the light changed to Backup..so I did. Go light came on again, I pulled forward..the back door opened, marquee sign said thanks. So , I didn't get my car washed, I lost $10 and have been calling the listed phone number for 2 hrs and no one answers. This is the worst experience.
