Now they are saying if I win the bid they will keep my money AND the items. This is despite the fact that you explicitly agree to a pickup date and time when you bid and if you can't make it, then the seller still charges you. That is very fair, BUT when the seller changes the pickup date and time to one you can't make, that agreement is invalid. If they'd either arranged a pickup time that worked or promised a full refund in the event I'm not outbid, I'd be satisfied, but they just changed the sale without warning then essentially said "tough luck" even though luck has nothing to do with it, just shady business practices.

Colorful Colorado Estate Sales was beside me the entire way, from sorting through everything and identifying treasures to selling online and on site to the accounting for the sales. They helped sort collections, and even tested some items in online sales to see if there was demand. Their experience with everything from antiques and collectibles to furniture to everyday household items was impressive. They helped group similar items together to create themed auctions, and then identified other items for an on-site sale. When I looked through the auction listings, I didn't recognize some of the items because of how fantastic the photos and lighting were. They handled the pickup, photography, selling, shipping, and the accounting for the sales. Without their compassion, dedication, and tenacity, I would still be sorting through everything. I can't recommend Colorful Colorado Estate Sales enough. The will the only estate sales company I will ever use.

Tho NoCo Estate Sales believes it was my attitude, I think it may have been them that was short of patience. Given that they probably had a lot of cranky customers that had trouble finding the pick up location because NoCo Estate Sales had listed it incorrectly in the info. When I pointed out the difficulty in removal of my item (an old dresser) and asked for help, I was yelled at..."WE TOLD YOU TO BRING YOUR OWN LABOR". After another customer offered to help me, and after NoCo Estate Sales staff had moved the three items in the path of my item, I was able to complete my pick up. Since then, however, because I HAD A BAD ATTITUDE, (expecting NoCo Estate Sale to make way for me to remove my items, and my intention to just leave without it was too unpleasant and demanding) NoCo Estate Sales has prohibited me from purchasing from their auctions, even if it means client items go unsold. I guess if I were to hire a company to handle my estate items, I would expect them to do their best to actually SELL my stuff. Point being, it was Miss Kacy that had a bad day, not me. She published the pick up address incorrectly and was unprepared for the difficulty of the house with narrow doorways and tight hallways. Her auction pick up didn't go as planned. Instead of just taking responsibility, she took it out on customers and keeps taking it out on me when I try to purchase auction items she has listed for sale.
