(1 L) 1/10/25 Sacrum AP (2R) Pelvis AP Both taken a Fairview Clinics (1) Blaine & (2) Hugo Fairview's Response Letter
Kathy F.

On 1/10/2025, Dr Abokede-Rahaman ordered two X-rays, a Sacrum AP, which is taken laying on your back, & Sacrum Lateral, taken laying on your side. I asked, and was allowed to view and take photos of the images afterwards. My first thought, looking at the first image was, my pelvis didn't look as I remembered. On 12/5/24, at Fairview Clinics Hugo, Provider Chloe Rude ordered a Pelvis AP X-ray. I compared the Sacrum AP image, to the Pelvis AP image, and I KNEW IMMEDIATELY, THE SACRUM AP IMAGE COULDN'T BE OF ME! The metal jewelry I had in my navel piercings, which was easily seen in my image from 12/5, WAS ABSENT in my image on 1/10! Despite the fact I was wearing the same jewelry when both X-rays were taken, and they were both taken with me lying on my back, and both images include the same area of my body! Besides that, I'm quite certain the X-ray I was shown, and obtained an official copy of at M Health Fairview St John's Hospital, is actually an Image of a MALE SACRUM! I've provided a copy of the images from 12/5 & 1/10 below. If you look at the image from 1/10, oddly, the area in between the legs is almost completely blacked out. As if they were trying to hide something! I made a Complaint to M Health Fairview Patient Relations. They sent me letter in the mail. They REFUSE TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THE IMAGES AREN'T ME! Even worse, is the fake sincerity and condescending tone of their letter, where they just make up an utterly ridiculous lie, that's not even plausible, for why my piercings are absent from the image. I'll also include a copy of the letter. Due to my Investigating a Huge Criminal Operation involving Individuals working within the Government, and I'd come find out, Healthcare System, my medical care is being compromised. The Individuals involved are desperate to stop me from exposing their Money Laundering Operation that's Stealing BILLIONS from Taxpayers! They're having Companies & Financial Institutions, File Bogus UCC Liens against them on Properties they own or occupy, alleging a debt is owed. This allows the "Nonprofit" Healthcare Organizations to launder out their Profits as Expenses! Allowing them to AVOID PAYING TAXES ON BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN PROFITS! The Individuals working within the Government are also involved in the Money Laundering Operation. They have NUMEROUS DIFFERENT WAYS THEY USE TO LAUNDER AND STEAL BILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM TAXPAYERS! They also use UCC Liens which are Filed against several different Government Agencies. For example, Approximately 185 UCC Liens were Filed against Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul Minnesota on a Property owned by Saint Paul, 25 4th St W, City Hall Annex/Lowry Building! Unlike the Healthcare Organizations, Government Agencies she money . 've been unsuccessful in getting anyone to tell Fairview, They're Not Allowed to Deprive Patients Of Proper Medical Care! If you think this could never happen to you, THINK AGAIN! I stumbled across their Huge Criminal Operation because they sent numerous criminal offenders into my life to destroy it in retaliation for me seeking justice against a man that conned me out of $3,000. I would have NO CLUE it would lead to me being stripped of my medical care and the ability to obtain a very necessary diagnosis for Cancer of the Lymphatic System! Allowing the Cancer to Grow and Spread Throughout Numerous Locations In My Body! To Permanently Stop Me from exposing the information I've uncovered. Despite having an enormous amount of proof my medical care is being compromised and I've been provided care meant to be harmful and not helpful, ALL THE PROOF IN THE WORLD IS COMPLETELY USELESS WHEN THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF HOLDING THE HEALTHCARE COMPANIES ACCOUNTABLE, REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOBS! I'll even include pictures of the swelling, masses, and lumps throughout numerous areas of my body that Doctors LITERALLY PRETEND LIKE THEY CANNOT SEE. And in MyChart, they even will say I'm delusional for thinking I have swelling, masses and lumps! I've started a website, Justice-For-Mariana.com I have numerous Posts explaining the Criminal Operation and how it works, who's involved, and where to find the information online to see for yourselves. I also have audio recordings from medical appointments where Doctors are lying to me, and the lies they write about me in MyChart! In October 2024, when I obtained proof HealthPartners switched out my 3rd Chest X-Ray images, giving me 2 different people's images, I tried making a Report with Saint Paul Police, and I was told, It's NOT A CRIME FOR HEALTHCARE COMPANIES TO INTENTIONALLY SWITCH OUT TEST RESULTS OR IMAGES TO DEPRIVE A PATIENT OF NECESSARY MEDICAL CARE! The audio recording is on my website. Healthcare Companies and Individuals working within the Government need TO TOLD, THEIR POWER AND AUTHORITY DOESN'T ALLOW THEM TO STRIP A PERSON OF THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN MEDICAL CARE! AND IT DOESN'T ALLOW THEM TO OPERATE OUTSIDE OF THE LAW!

I decided on TCO Blaine due to their close location to my home and their new facilities. I contacted my insurance, and they are in-network!! I was able to make my first appt within 7 days of calling. Check-in was a breeze. The lobby directory told me to report to the 2nd floor clinic. Big enough lobby with a big TV and coffee bar. My wait wasn't long. The reception, Medical Assistant (Makenzie??) and Medical Doctor (Dr. Ridley) were friendly and welcoming. After my exam, it was recommended that I return for hand therapy. Appointments are made on the 1st floor so I headed down to that suite. A gentleman helped me make an appointment for 4 days later (today, Friday). So today was my 2nd time here. Today, I met with Katie, an occupational (hand) therapist. She was great! She worked on my wrist, arm, and shoulder to see where I was having pain. She gave me verbal and written instructions/ homework/ daily exercises to do at home for the next couple of weeks. So we'll see how I feel in 6 weeks. It may be one and done, or I'll need to see her again. Haven't received a bill, so I can't speak on that yet.. But overall, I've been happy with how I've been treated.

I would not waste your time/money with these clowns at Summit Orthopedics. I live in Blaine…read moreMinnesota. I went to Summit Orthopedics in Blaine, Vandais Heights and Plymouth offices. The long and short of it is that Kevin Lingren told me to go see Dr. Ed Santos. Dr Ed Santos told me to go see Dr. Saber. Dr Saber then sent me back to Ed Santos and Ed Santos sent me back to Kevin Lingren. I still have no resolution or understand what is wrong with me and it has been 6 months. I am very frustrated with Summit Orthopedics. Just to provide some background - the weekend of May 18, 2024 this started. By that Monday I struggled to walk up the stairs. The first week the pain was in my lower back. I was still able to function normally albeit slowly. Second week I started having trouble sitting. Third week I could not sit at all. It was so painful I had to lie on the floor all the time. The pain was very severe in my left hip and especially in my hip flexors. It felt like it was the entire left hip, front, back and side. First I saw a hip doctor Kevin Lingren on June 7 2024. He took X-rays, looked at them and said my hips are healthy and the problem was probably originating from my spine. No physical exam. He prescribed steroids for me. I made an appointment to see the surgeon Dr Ed Santos. I was impaired greatly and can barely make it through my day. I finally get to see his PA. I complained that the pain was so bad in my left hip flexors, two of them, one in my groin and the one leading to my quadricep. Hurt so bad I could not function. I had to ask for a physical exam. I still don't feel like I had a comprehensive exam, I thought I had more than one thing happening to me but no one addressed another potential issue, they just kept saying severe stenosis. An MRI and PT was prescribed. I could not get into see the PT because they were very busy so I started doing very gentle movements at home. I could not function normally. I could not go to the gym, grocery store or work. I could not function when I got out of bed. I couldn't even prepare something to eat or tie my shoes. I started doing PT movements at home. I watched hours of you tube videos every day to hopefully gain a little knowledge on what might be happening with me, I still had no idea and the doctors did not give me any information beyond stenosis and me having a 6th lumbar vertebrae (which the MRI never mentioned). Since they have the knowledge I would expect that one of these doctors would do a physical exam and could explain what was happening to me. oth hip Flexors were so painful I could not cough or take a deep breath. It hurt too bad to sit on the toilet so I used a female urinal. I couldn't bend over to feed my dogs. I had to lay down on the floor all day every day, either on my back or on my stomach. I ate on the floor. I worked from home laying on my back looking up at the monitors placed on the edge of my desk. EVERY DAY I would watch HOURS of you tube videos to find out how I could help myself and do gentle rehab on myself. My range of motion was poor. My left leg was weak, especially my knee and hip flexors. I fought every day to get it back. I couldn't do anything or go anywhere unless I did rehab. I couldn't take a shower or get ready without having to spend 20 or 30 minutes on the floor to reset my hips. I couldn't drive. I had to wait 6 weeks to go see the surgeon to go over the MRI results. I was in agony. Crying daily. I felt my life was over. I didn't know what was wrong with me. Finally I got to see Dr Santos and he barely spent 5 minutes with me. No physical examination whatsoever. I still was not getting any information. He didn't explain it to me or how/why it happened. Spending time with me to explain this would have helped me a lot. Instead he told me that I basically have stenosis on the left side of my L5/L6. He said he didn't think I would need surgery and he recommended me to go see MD, Dr Saber. I finally was able to see dr. Saber's PA. Although I know the diagnosis of stenosis was accurate, my symptoms are not consistent with stenosis, they are consistent with a soft tissue injury. I passed a lot of the tests they give me because I am physically fit but no one bothered to test my hip flexors even though that is what I have been complaining about the entire time. I failed my left knee jerk reaction. She gave me no physical examination. I was frustrated. I left crying. I was injured on May 20th 2024 and now it is November 10th 2024 I am doing much better but still suffer a little. I still can't really sit in an office chair so I have a sit/stand desk. At home I moved my recliner to my desk. I still have to take Advil and Tylenol but probably half of the day instead of the whole day. I am taking all my information and my MRIs to go see a real doctor at Twin Cities Spine Center. The reason I am better now is because of ME. I want these drs to hear this. They did not help me during a time when I needed it.

I had been seeing this doctor for over a year for hip pain. 3 injections, physical therapy…read moresessions, offered no help. He never showed me the xray results then, nor again two weeks ago. He never described what he saw in those xrays! " I can not operate until A1C is below 8" was his advice. Thank goodness I found a different health group and was told that RECONSTRUCTIVE hip surgery is going to be required, not just hip replacement. Now this is really bad news!, TCO NEVER shared the extent of damage the xray showed!!!! My leg is now shorter because the ball joint is pushing up higher into my skeletal frame. And that a doctor with extended training will have to perform surgery.(when a1c is lowered) This doctor was encouraging and supportive and spent 45 min. guiding me through my difficulty.

Despite providing them with my entire medical history which included breast cancer, this clinic ignored my health history information. I was barely examined by their practitioner during the less than ten minute appointment. They prescribed steroids and physical therapy for my back pain. After completing the steroids, the pain worsened. I canceled the physical therapy and sought a second opinion at Summit Orthopedics in Plymouth. They immediately ordered an MRI which revealed a metastasized cancerous tumor on my fractured 8T and 9T vertebraes. If an orthopedic clinic cannot properly diagnose a fractured spine, that is probably the first clue they are incompetent!!! I was hospitalized immediately under an emergency basis as my spinal cord was at risk for serious injury leading to paralysis. Had it not been for Summit Orthopedics in Plymouth, I could have been further injured and paralyzed. Also, a metastatic cancer on my spine would have gone undetected. Twin Cities Orthopedics is the epitome of incompetent orthopedic medicine. I cannot overly emphasize the danger they put me in with my health and life through their gross medical incompetence. Please benefit from my experience and do not put your health and life in danger. Avoid this place at all costs.

In the 1970s, my husband was injured in the Army and had knees that were so damaged that he had constant pain. In 2011, he saw a surgeon at Summit Orthopedics in Woodbury. He finally chose to have his right knee replaced and in 2013, he had his other knee replaced. It's now 2026 and my husband still is so glad he replaced his knees and rarely has any pain. Choosing Summit for his surgeries greatly improved his quality of life! Thank you, Dr. Gannon. In 2014, I had my right hip replaced at Summit Orthopedics Vadnais Heights location and last month in 2026, I had my left hip replaced there also. It's an amazing facility. Staff is so positive, caring and knowledgeable. I received physical therapy exercises to do at home before and after surgery. The Vadnais Heights location has amazing rooms, with meals coming from local restaurants. I had the hip replacement in the morning and left to go home by the afternoon. Two weeks after surgery, I'm moving around very well. I live in Lindstrom, so with the new Summit Orthopedics location in Forest Lake, I only have to drive a few miles for consultations or checkups. Thank you, Dr. Tollemar! My father also had his hip replaced with Summit in Woodbury. He had polio as a kid and had his hip replaced at a hospital in Bemidji. Unfortunately, the hip constantly dislocated. We brought him to Summit Orthopedics and had his hip redone and he had no problems walking or with dislocation after that. Thank you, Dr. Hoeffler! So, we highly recommend Summit Orthopedics. They have a protocol before and after surgeries that completely explains an upcoming procedure, what to do before surgery and what to do after surgery. Their staff calls before surgery to make sure you are ready for the procedure and to answer any questions. They also call to check up on us at home to see how were are doing and to answer questions. Summit Orthopedics is very impressive. We highly recommend it...

Disputing the charge not shockingly resulting in them determining the charge was appropriate, because of the insane amount of training and skill that injection must have taken apparently. Penny wise and pound foolish as these are the last dollars they will every see from me.
