I went to this location for a CT scan check in process was good and the staff were nice and informative

On 1/10/2025, Dr Abokede-Rahaman ordered two X-rays, a Sacrum AP, which is taken laying on your back, & Sacrum Lateral, taken laying on your side. I asked, and was allowed to view and take photos of the images afterwards. My first thought, looking at the first image was, my pelvis didn't look as I remembered. On 12/5/24, at Fairview Clinics Hugo, Provider Chloe Rude ordered a Pelvis AP X-ray. I compared the Sacrum AP image, to the Pelvis AP image, and I KNEW IMMEDIATELY, THE SACRUM AP IMAGE COULDN'T BE OF ME! The metal jewelry I had in my navel piercings, which was easily seen in my image from 12/5, WAS ABSENT in my image on 1/10! Despite the fact I was wearing the same jewelry when both X-rays were taken, and they were both taken with me lying on my back, and both images include the same area of my body! Besides that, I'm quite certain the X-ray I was shown, and obtained an official copy of at M Health Fairview St John's Hospital, is actually an Image of a MALE SACRUM! I've provided a copy of the images from 12/5 & 1/10 below. If you look at the image from 1/10, oddly, the area in between the legs is almost completely blacked out. As if they were trying to hide something! I made a Complaint to M Health Fairview Patient Relations. They sent me letter in the mail. They REFUSE TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THE IMAGES AREN'T ME! Even worse, is the fake sincerity and condescending tone of their letter, where they just make up an utterly ridiculous lie, that's not even plausible, for why my piercings are absent from the image. I'll also include a copy of the letter. Due to my Investigating a Huge Criminal Operation involving Individuals working within the Government, and I'd come find out, Healthcare System, my medical care is being compromised. The Individuals involved are desperate to stop me from exposing their Money Laundering Operation that's Stealing BILLIONS from Taxpayers! They're having Companies & Financial Institutions, File Bogus UCC Liens against them on Properties they own or occupy, alleging a debt is owed. This allows the "Nonprofit" Healthcare Organizations to launder out their Profits as Expenses! Allowing them to AVOID PAYING TAXES ON BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN PROFITS! The Individuals working within the Government are also involved in the Money Laundering Operation. They have NUMEROUS DIFFERENT WAYS THEY USE TO LAUNDER AND STEAL BILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM TAXPAYERS! They also use UCC Liens which are Filed against several different Government Agencies. For example, Approximately 185 UCC Liens were Filed against Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul Minnesota on a Property owned by Saint Paul, 25 4th St W, City Hall Annex/Lowry Building! Unlike the Healthcare Organizations, Government Agencies she money . 've been unsuccessful in getting anyone to tell Fairview, They're Not Allowed to Deprive Patients Of Proper Medical Care! If you think this could never happen to you, THINK AGAIN! I stumbled across their Huge Criminal Operation because they sent numerous criminal offenders into my life to destroy it in retaliation for me seeking justice against a man that conned me out of $3,000. I would have NO CLUE it would lead to me being stripped of my medical care and the ability to obtain a very necessary diagnosis for Cancer of the Lymphatic System! Allowing the Cancer to Grow and Spread Throughout Numerous Locations In My Body! To Permanently Stop Me from exposing the information I've uncovered. Despite having an enormous amount of proof my medical care is being compromised and I've been provided care meant to be harmful and not helpful, ALL THE PROOF IN THE WORLD IS COMPLETELY USELESS WHEN THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF HOLDING THE HEALTHCARE COMPANIES ACCOUNTABLE, REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOBS! And in MyChart, they even will say I'm delusional for thinking I have swelling, masses and lumps! Overall, a positive visit - 4 stars. This was my first experience at the M Health Fairview facility in Blaine. My destination was the imaging area for an MRI. GOOD: 1. The tech who conducted the MRI was great. She was friendly, she explained everything well, she was patient, and she helped make the experience as pleasant as possible. 2. The MRI machine itself is really cool. It created a high resolution 3D image using magnetism. I only had to stay inside the tube for about 20 minutes. I got to pick a station and listen to the radio. Not bad at all. 3. I had the last appointment of the evening. As a result, there was hardly any traffic and I got to park right at the front door. Sweet. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: 1. I was called on the phone and asked if I could arrive early because there was a cancellation. But after I checked in and I was ushered into the inner secondary waiting room, the 2nd employee asked why I arrived so early. I explained that I was called and asked to come in early because of a cancellation. Then the 2nd staff told me, "She's not supposed to do that." What? No communication? So now I have to sit around until my original appointment time? Silly. 2. When I first checked in, I was told that my MRI was "disallowed" by my insurance. I showed her my valid card. And I asked, how does this happen when it was scheduled for nearly a week? Don't you check this stuff? Do you want me to go home? She said she was going to check in more detail. Then the second staff called me inside. I guess that meant I was suddenly "allowed". Weird. 3. I was questioned & advised FIVE (5) TIMES about not wearing anything with metal and about metal jewelry and about metal implants. (Why mention clothing when they make you change into a gown?) Look - I get it already! It's a giant magnet. But five times? 1) The scheduler went through it with me. 2) The person at check-in went through it. 3) Once inside, I completed and signed a detailed 2-sided form. 4) The second employee went through the metal thing. 5) Finally, the MRI tech operator went through the metal thing. SOOO disorganized and inefficient! How about just mentioning it twice, once before the appointment and then have ONE staff go through the form verbally line-by-line? Unfortunately, this type of circular BS is common and I've actually come to expect it. 4. I watched the front desk employee take her mask off as soon as I walked away and sat in the far corner of the lobby. (We were the ONLY 2 humans in the lobby.) Yet I still had to wear mine. I watched the 2nd employee take her mask off in her office. Yet I still had to wear mine. These 2 employees know it's stupid and so do I. 5. Last but not least...the masks...still? Everyone else stopped this a LONG time ago. As tons of data has come out and censorship has subsided, most of us know about their complete ineffectiveness. Yet Fairview persists. (You can't convince me that my 50 cent mask with half inch gaps does anything.) Aren't these folks supposed to follow biological science, peer reviewed studies, and statistical data? Can't we all agree that, at some point, this just becomes an abusive irritant to patients? Overall, mostly a pleasant experience, despite the glitches. -Maxx read more

I was ASTOUNDED when I was called back to my exam room that the nurse, Carrie, welcomed me (even though I hadn't been in for over a year & at a different clinic). Believe me, I'm not remarkable. The Covid-precautions are REALLY enforced here, so bring your mask and wash your hands and socially distance! I love the physician I have here (Dr. Magnusson) and grateful that he's in my insurance program now. read more
