Nasty nasty lady!! Really rude. Last time i checked. I AM PAYING to have my nails done, how i would like them!!! When i spoke up about my nails being different the lady snapped on me and walked away I had to ask another lady to do my nails! But they all seemed like this behavior was just so normal! I specifically showed a picture of an ombre I wanted and I was shown what they did on their end on a nail example and they came out horrible. The lady also hurt me a lot while doing them. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Terrible service and there were only two ladies working on a Friday. The nail polish is all over my cuticles and they did not clean up my cuticles what so ever. I was given the wrong color and after doing one nail she told me it was too late to change the color. They didn't clean under my toe nails, did not scrub my toes.. she used her bare hands to "scrub" my feet instead of a pumice rock or anything else.. the cup holders in the chairs are filthy.. at first you think it looks decent but when you actually look at everything it's filthy. This place is an absolute JOKE. Don't Even bother wasting your time or money here. The manager did not even care that I said I didn't get a proper pedicure. Awful. I went in for a basic mani/pedi with regular polish and was less than pleased with the results. Kim did truly awful job. My polish on both my fingers and toes is a mess. I left with polish on my skin and the polish boarders around my cuticles are uneven. I asked her to clean up the edges and she just put more top coat on. Also, no base coat was used on my toes or fingers. The overall pedicure experience was fine, okay massage, scrubbing, etc. The manicure, however, was BAD. My cuticles which are visibly dry and peeling were not attended to. Kim slapped lotion on my arm, barely spread it around, then told me to go wash my hands. None of that lotion ended up on my dry cuticles bed nor did I receive a hand/arm massage. My finger nails, which were different shapes and sizes, were not filed either. Kim DID NOT USE NEW NAIL INSTUMENTS. The metal nail tools came out of a nasty box to be used on me, went right back in the box when she was done, then I saw her use the same tools on the next girl. I wish I had just never gone. $120...wrong color completely on my toenails, I wanted purple, was given green- then had to settle for it to be blue. I went to get a pedicure and brow wax and the doors were locked even though the open signs lite up. So I did my grocery shopping instead. Then I called for an appointment and was told I could come right in. The woman who told me to pick a color was very gruff. Then my toes had a very short time to sit in the luke warm water. I endured some very very very painful nail clippings and ended up with three areas that were bleeding. The same woman also waxed my brows. My whole experience was so painful I will never go back! When the store first opened I was very happy with customer care. As time went in however, it has declined greatly. One day I came in and a lady began working with me.. I was getting a manipedi...and another customer came in and said she wanted the lady working with me so she ditched me and put me with someone else. Rude rude rude. Came here for a quick relax toe polish change. Never again. The lady kept pushing my toes down. My feet were darn cramping. At one point she said "you want to look or have me polish?" If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I booked a 5:00 appointment via their Facebook page with Mia specifically and they confirmed. I called ahead before I drove the 20 minutes over here, to let them know I would be a few minutes late and asked if she would still be able to fit me in, if not I would like to reschedule. Another technician assured me she was here and everything would be fine. I get to the shop and she is working on another client who apparently had a 5:15 appointment. How she was supposed to see 2 guests within 15 minutes to begin with is beyond me. So I rescheduled my appointment for the next day at 5:45 after they told me she was free any time after 1 pm. I arrived at 5:20 and they told she was not coming in for the day. They should have contacted all of her clients to let them know this ahead of time. When she was done I went to sit at the light for my toes to dry and there were pieces of nails over the floor and in the seat. I went to this nail salon a couple of times and the quality of work was ok. However, the last few times I went there, the quality and durability of the service was bad. The nail polish became dull and it chipped almost immediately. In addition, the guy cut my nails way too low and messed up the polish as he put my shoes back on. However, he put in very little effort to fixing it and it looked like a two year old polished my nails. Also, my daughter had a new set of nails put on and one of them popped off two days later. I have been coming here for two years now and I have been really pleased with their work except the last couple times. My most recent visit has to be the worst yet. I went to have a pedicure and manicure. My pedicure felt rushed and looks the part too. It literally looks like a child scribbled on my toes. I paid for gel only for half of it to be on my skin. I actually had to peel some of it off my skin. I asked for her not to cut too much nail off and she cut almost all of it off. On top of that my toe nails are crooked. My message although viewed has gone without a response. Aside from the poor workmanship, I am also disappointed in their lack of acknowledging my message. The owner of the Fairview Nail Lounge in Simpsonville has just opened a new salon at McBee Station called the McBee Nail Lounge. I have now given the salons three chances between them and I'm not going to be going back to either one of them. I do a fairly simple acrylic fill with gel polish and I am convinced that they use inferior products and somehow dilute their polish so that it never has a pretty finish over the acrylic. Each time I have had to go home and put my own clear coat on top just to hide the brushstrokes and other imperfections visible from their service. After being disappointed in the Fairview location twice I was hopeful that the new shop at McBee Station would offer a higher level of service and product because they just opened but shame on me for giving them a third opportunity to take my money and have me leave feeling frustrated. read more

I have never had such a non-professional experience from licensed professionals. I arrived to the salon on Saturday evening at 5 pm. and didn't leave until 8:10 pm due to the going back and forth discussion of my dissatisfaction with the outcome of my nails. The only lighting on in the salon was the spotlights that shine on your hand as the manicure is taking place.I should have left the shop once that lady sitting near me was complaining about her service. I pointed out to the technician the flaws that were beginning to appear as the work on my nails progressed, but she was so annoyed that while repairing one nail, she marred 2 more with the nail dusting and buffing .I pointed out to her how bumpy and thick the acrylic was and the fact that my natural nail, beneath the artificial nail and acrylic was not secured sufficiently. At $45, I expect a great deal more than what I received. In an effort not to myself become enraged, I simply paid for the service and left the salon. I followed up with a call to my financial institution. Don't patronize this establishment or you will be left to feel cheated, as I do. Go to Annie's Nails in the shops neat to Target.
