I love this salon. I've been getting my nail sets done for years (esp big fan of nail art) but when I moved back to SC during the pandemic, I tried several different places before discovering Maggie at Bella. She does a great quality acrylic set (I get an acrylic set fill every 3 weeks, but I've also had my mom, sister and niece start coming to her for powder dip manicure sets as well). I've never had a nail she applies pop off or crack. And the salon itself is well maintained and very clean. I also love their pedicures and usually opt for the middle tier one (it's like $35...but soooo worth it with the aromatherapy, callus removal, hot lotions and towels, etc...). The cost for a set is very affordable (like around $50-ish which is much more reasonable than other salons for better quality service) and it's pretty easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend this salon. They don't do the crazy extensive nail art that I grew accustomed to in California, but the quality of the set is the best I've encountered in the Greenville area thus far. Pro Tips: Ask for Maggie or Anna, call ahead to schedule an appointment (trust me, they are so busy you'll wait for forever if you go in without one), weekdays are better to get in on a same day appointment, the last appointment they'll usually take is 5:30 to allow enough time to finish their work, and check out pinterest prior to your appointment for ideas about a manicure/pedicure design/style if like me, you have a hard time figuring out what to have done. read more

So my wife went up there about 5-7 minutes ago. She wanted a manicure and really deserves one. The door says close at 7 o'clock. They sent her away saying by the time they finished their current customers it would be or be close to 7. That is probably the worst customer service and BS I have ever heard. If you are open till 7 then take your customers till 7. What a joke! read more

Excellent staff and service. Reasonable prices. I was especially impressed with their service for a young girl (about 10 years old), who had a pedicure and her nails painted with flowers. Sadly, when she left the salon, her dad stepped on one of her flip flops and smudged one of her big toes. The little girl came back in, ready to cry, and the staff was very reassuring- told her not to worry... they sat her down and re-did both big toes (so that the flowers matched). Brought my 2 daughters (and myself) to get manicures and pedicures. Waited well over an hour for them to just start the water for one child's pedicure. Then another 20 minutes to get started on the other child's pedicure. They continuously told people that arrived that the wait would be 15-20 minutes. Many customers walked out after waiting a long time. Needless to say, I decided not to have my mine done. I will try another business. They are a dime dozen. I called before just stopping by and I was told to come in at 4:15-4:20 . ALL I needed done was one broken nail fixed and gel polish. Literally 10 minutes to get that done. I waited almost 50 minutes!!! If they would have just said they were busy on the phone when I called then that would be ok. But the fact that they did give me a time and I waited almost a hour for 1 broken nail and nail polish that takes 60 seconds to dry is BEYOND disappointing. I've had better experiences there before. But I honestly felt invisible and like I didn't matter, maybe bc my service wasn't going to be as pricey as the other clients there. Which is unfortunate because EVERY customer or human being should matter. Will NOT be going back. For future reference unless your sure you can see a customer within 10-15 at the most after telling them to come in you shouldn't do it. It's not fair or kind. I've been getting my nails done for a long time. I do them myself too when time permits and they come out just as good which is why when I pay for professional service, I expect professional results. I came here to accompany a friend even though I preferred another salon. I opted out of a top coat because I knew this would happen (see image). This is the result of old products: they never fully dry. I went to bed six hours after I got my nails "done". No matter what, they were going to mess up because their products are old and cheap. My nail technician barely spoke English so my requests were hard to translate even with help. I also had to ask her repeatedly to remove the polish off my skin. Sloppy job. Never ever going back; there's one really nice lady who has occasionally done my brow waxes. Aside from her, terrible service. During mani/Pedi's the staff talk and laugh really loud to each other across the salon or talk on their cell phone neck pieces the entire time, completely disengaged with the customer. Also, I got gel on my last visit, the nail polish was so ridiculously watered down that she put 3 coats and you can still see right through my polish. I got it done on Thursday and had chipped by Sunday, GEL! Not regular polish. NEVER.GOING.BACK here! Waste of time and money! The location was convenient for me, but I have left angry from there way too many times. read more

Nice people, but the quality is not as good as the other salon nearby, yet this place is more expensive.

I think the employee was in a hurry to get to the next person because she spent very little time on my feet. When she finished, I had to ask her to clean the extra polish from my skin around the nails, and to file several of the nails that she had left sharp. She barely did anything to my heels although the plan I chose included heel repair. She didn't even put top coat on all my nails. Will not go back. read more

I work in the FiveForks area, so I've tried everyone within 2-20 minute range. These ladies I always come back to. Ladies in #1 and #4 are my preferred go to. My nail beds are curved naturally n a lot of people try to drill them flat, which you can't do because that's how they grow. These two, I don't have to worry about. They know what there doing. The lady who sits in station #1, always does my eyebrows n there perfect every time. Polish selection I feel is pretty good. Gel selection could maybe grow but I always have a color I can work with. I like to try different things and there very patient with me. I love the fact they put plastic inserts in there bowls for each customer. Love that they take the drain guard off n clean after each customer. Always clean. Noise level is never to crazy. Music is pretty good to. read more

I rarely write reviews but this is much needed. I have went to this nail salon for over two years now because it's right at my house and on the way home from work. (To be exact I have spent $703 in the past 12 months) Up until today the services and experience were both good but today was a completely different story. I walked into the salon at 5:50pm and sat in the chair at 5:55pm. I requested a pedicure and gel manicure, one of the ladies asked if they could do both services at the same time. Assuming this would not affect the result or experience I agreed. I have NEVER felt more unwanted or rushed in my life. Within five minutes of the services I was asked that I turn the massage chair off and both services were complete within 25 mins! It was the furthest thing for a relaxing experience and the finished product is poor. Everyone has off days but this is just a warning if you are looking for a relaxing quality experience. I have chosen to take any future business elsewhere due to this one time. read more
