What a great store. They have a great variety and a selection for just about anyone. I love the way they have everything separated so you can find what you need pretty easily. They host classes and recently started hosting parties again. I like how their parties are informative, fun and have an adult friendly touch. Let me tell you of my experience on 8/24/25 around 3pm. I visited the Orlando location with my partner. I've visited the establishment before but it was my partners first time going to an adult store in general. I was very excited to introduce him to the store since in my opinion it was a safe place for the kink community. I was mistaken. The moment we passed check in we got clocked by a female brunette employee wearing a bandana, flannel shirt and baggie clothes. We had just crossed the threshold after showing our IDs and immediately we started being followed by this employee. He was very condescending when I asked for help with the warranty on a product that broke within a week of purchase from here, and was judgmental about my choice of product. My husband and I decided to stop by on our way home from dinner. I had my service dog in training with me, naturally he came with me. We walked around a bit, and once we got upstairs I got shaky and had to have my dog task for me. I was really impressed with FairVilla. The store was bright and airy, the employees were visible and approachable, and seemed to be from every walk of life. There was no shortage of young/old/hip people to answer questions. Downstairs reminded me of the stores I've visited out in Vegas. Their displays were both neat and clean, not to mention well organized. They have the typical games and gag gifts section, along with the books and video selection that most every toy store has. Upstairs, it becomes another ball game. At one end of the store you have your BDSM or "50 Shades" merchandise. Some of it is -very- well made, others... well, it is quite comical. My first time for me and my husband I'm wanting to shop online for my items I haven't bought anything yet

My husband and I come to Kissimmee every year for vacation. When we come to town we enjoy going to Fairvilla and we did just that this year. We walked in and took note of the sign. We are vaccinated and we noticed the store didn't have many customers so we opted to go in without masks. We were greeted by the lady at the front counter. She directed us to the sanitizing stations and the disposal masks for which she said were optional. We sanitized and continued on without a mask. As we are shopping we noticed two small groups of people without masks. There was enough room to keep our distance so we carried on with our shopping. My husband needed to use the restroom. I continued shopping. A few minutes later I see a man who appeared to be an employee walking up the aisle. He greeted me and and asked if I was finding everything ok. I greeted him back and I said everything was great and thanked him for asking, then continued with my shopping. A few moments later I look up to see if my husband was out of the restroom. When I looked up I saw my husband come out of the restroom, walk over to the sanitizing station,then he started walking back to me. The gentleman that had just greeted me (I had no mask on) passed my husband, my husband said hello and the gentleman responded back that he needed to put a mask on. My husband asked why if the sign on the door clearly says they are not required and we are keeping plenty distant from the other patrons. The gentleman responded with "if you will not put a mask on I'm going to have to ask you to leave". At this point I had already placed my items down because I'm not going to patron a business thar treats people this way. He clearly singled my husband out. Again he had just greeted me moments before encountering my husband and I had no mask on. He never asked me to put one on. This leaves me to believe that the only reason for this gentleman's behavior is he must be a racist. I later learned this man at the store is indeed the store manager. I've been told his name is Jacques. My husband even offered his vaccination card which was above and beyond. I told my husband there is absolutely no need for that because this man Jacques clearly doesn't want our business. I love Fairvilla so we decided that we would go to another store in Orlando and the ladies there were absolutely wonderful. I made mention of my experience and they all took a moment to listen and said they were aware of the manager we encountered. Ironically enough he was part of the management group who made the decision on how they would handle the mask situation. So he has to be completely aware of the policy his company implemented. So I'm In conclusion if you are anything other than Caucasian, make sure you think before being a patron at this location. My husband and I are regular customers at fairvilla in Orlando. We make a visit there at least once every two weeks but usually more. The staff has become like a little family, and always greet us by name. Even though we are returning customers, they still assist us and answer any questions we may have. Fairvilla is a little pricey compared to online shopping, but that's your convenience fee for getting your products right now instead of waiting for a package, right! Rarely do we have an issue with any of the products we purchase and they generally last "forever". Fun environment! I love the two floors stocked with pretty much everything you can think of. A section of the second floor seems to be a learning space with a couple of chairs and a chalkboard. There was no judgement at all and she was so careful to explain things in a way that wouldn't shock us too bad (we had one squeemish gal in the group).
