Stopped by for a gift. Needed lingerie for a gal that's big on top and tiny on the bottom. Not a great combo when you're joying lingerie because it is usually comes as a set in sizes S M L ... which aren't forgiving for those between sizes or who have a discrepancy in size. Walked in on a weekday evening. No one was there except the security guy behind the tinted glass window and the shop keeper. She was quick to help me find what I needed, despite me having to tell her I was not there for a swimsuit, twice. Found an item on sale and it was perfect for what I needed. Also found edible underwear- not functional of necessary, but funny. The bride to be enjoyed the gifts. Especially the rhinestone detail on the negligee. Parking is easy. Large sign out front. You CAN turn in to the store from the furniture store, despite maps saying you gotta take a U turn and come around. Just turn into the furniture store and you'll see the access road to sweetheartz. The BEST outfitter for dancers and ravegoers alike. They have a massive selection of dancer heels and rave booties, literally wall-to-wall in their shoe room. They also have outfits for any occasion, with pieces ranging from bodysuits to thongs to ball gowns (they explained that girls who work at Rachel's, one of the local clubs here, are required to wear evening gowns as opposed to the stereotypical stripper outfits). While the pieces can be fairly pricey, the quality is stellar and you do get what you paid for. Finally - the absolute best part of the Sweet Heartz experience, in my opinion - the people who own and operate this establishment are some of the kindest, most helpful people I have ever encountered in customer service. They seriously deserve their flowers! I came in to shop for EDC Orlando - which is fast approaching - and they showed me everything they had to offer and helped me select the perfect pieces. When I was leaving, my car wouldn't start because of a battery issue and they let me stay inside the store while I waited for help. I wish I could give zero stars but can't do that so we're stuck at one. First time ever stepping foot in this store to spend 200 & realized I didn't like my outfit to then see a final sales sign.... As a worker of this facility, you should be transparent in your business prescribe and not steal from hard working customers. Don't pay cash they will steal and rip you off and don't go distracted either. Don't shop here if you're a dancer period. Stopped in on 5-15-2021 looking for a top. The lady made it very clear she didn't want to help. I picked out a top that was $50 and one size fits all so I asked to try it on. She said they don't allow people to try on lingerie. I said it's not lingerie she rudely said well you can't try it on anyways. My husband said it's fine just buy it and if it doesn't fit we will return it. She again rudely says we don't expect returns or exchanges. My husband asked me if I wanted to gamble $50 on a shirt that might not fit? Obviously that's a no. I really liked this store but I will not return after dealing with her attitude. I get that stores are still worried about Covid but how do you expect someone to buy an overpriced shirt and not try it on and not allow them to return it? Sweethearts but with a Z at the end. Sweetheartz lol. A great place to find that sexy outfit to wear for him or clubwear for something different. This store has a wide assortment of shoes in many sizes, packaged lingerie, custom swimwear, costumes, and more. If you are in the promotional, waitressing, or bartending world in Downtown Orlando you will not be able to walk away empty handed once you walk into this store. If you need one of a kind swimsuits... they do that as well. I have been in many clubwear stores across the nation and none of them were this great. Corsets are a great thing here. Not only do they have normal corsets but also those elegant corsets with real boning and zippers. I love this store because I get what I want and I am able to try it on without having to wait for it in the mail. Nothing like getting that hot little pink outfit and your butt and face not being able to fit into it. They also have a large assortment of shoes and feature Pleaser company. Besides shoes there are tons of legwear and styles. Can't find a black plain garter belt anywhere even walmart? This place has it. So don't bother dealing with the department stores and just get it here. Pros wide selection sudden wow factor when you enter the store been in business for 10 years Cons Closes at 8pm and not open on Sundays. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESINAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. My friend and I just visited the Orlando store on Orange Blossom Trail and the owner or manager was incredible rude after choosing a pair of shoes my friend asked the manager if they had discount for dancers he told us he was in the business for 15 years and that the dancers and people of Orlando were greedy and he doesn't like making business them he told us that he prefers dancers of the surrounding areas. All his commentary was out of touch, unnecessary and offensive to the people of Orlando where they have their business, if you don't like the people and dancers of Orlando close your store and move somewhere else. If you live in Orlando stop supporting this business that discriminates against its own people. Un trato muy irrespetuoso y no profesional. Mi amiga y yo fuimos a comprar zapatos después de que mi amiga eligió unos pregunto si tenían descuento para bailarinas, fue entonces cuando el manager o el dueño nos dijo que tenia 15 años en el negocio y que no le gustaba hacer negocios con la gente y bailarinas de Orlando por qué eran macetas y codas que ganan dinero pero no quieren gastarlo, que el prefería vender zapatos a la gente de los alrrrdedores. If you're a dancer in need of finding that perfect pair of booty shorts or simply someone looking for some sexy club attire, this is your place to go. There is a wide selection of tops, bottoms, bathing suits, and dresses here. They even sell shoes and accessories as well. My only complaint is that it is a bit expensive, but specialty clothing always is, so that's the only drawback. The owners/workers are very helpful, they don't stalk you around the store, and they will take of you if you say you're a dancer or someone who works in the entertainment field where you need a plentiful supply of bras and shorts. This place lets you buy opened underwear for a discounted price. I bought some for my boyfriend but he wouldn't wear them.
