They had Kelly's Ice Cream and champagne ready for all the guests at tonight's preview event along with a really nice gift with purchase, which was so a thoughtful touch. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially in the fitting room area. They were very busy, as to be expected, but had a perfect waitlist flow going and I didn't have to wait long at all to try on my clothes. This store is a great addition to the newly revamped Winter Park Village shopping scene and I'm excited to come back again soon to check out more merch. This store is worth a visit if you have ordered online and have never visited a storefront in person.

Once it arrived I felt the color was too bright so I returned it with tags on it to exchange it for a different color. They accepted the return and then told me I wouldn't get a replacement or another gift card. So basically I just gave them back an item and nothing in return. Located within the Winter Park Village, attached directly to the Tommy Bahama clothing store, this restaurant can be easily spotted right in the center of the shopping plaza. There was plenty of parking in the surrounding area and valet parking was available close by. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately and brought to the patio area to meet my party. This restaurant only has indoor seating at the bar, tables are set outdoors underneath the shaded patio. This restaurant has a decent sized menu specializing in seafood! For starters, we had the Corn Dip and Steak Flatbread which were both flavorful and were a great sharing size! For my entree, I opted for the Grilled Shrimp Chopped Salad which tasted super fresh and was very filling... which totally caught me by surprise as I tend to not order salads at restaurants because I always end up hungry afterwards lol. Our server was amazing! She was very patient and super knowledgeable of the menu. Now as for the value... I will say that this spot is a tad bit more pricier...but honestly I didn't expect anything less because of the area we were in. There was a swimsuit situation in my family so we looked up available options. Bikini Co. popped up and they were open on Sunday! Yay! We headed there as soon as they opened at 11. Leah greeted us immediately and asked about sizes. She showed us how the racks were organized & sized and I was surprised she had so many options available. They have so many styles to choose from whether you're looking for something that's barely there or a swimsuit that offers more full coverage. Even the bra size tops are available for the fullest figures. We all tried on at least 5 suits that fit well and had a tough time deciding between which ones to purchase!! Even when we found a top that worked but couldn't find a matching bottom, Leah helped us find bottoms that would coordinate and look great with the tops. We've had bad luck in the past with purchasing suits online (ugh) or trying on for hours and giving up after being discouraged. The experience changed our outlook on swimsuit shopping and showed us that the experience can be enjoyable. Next time we need new suits, I know exactly where we'll be heading. I needed a lighter bathing suit option so I decided to swallow my anxiety and visit Bikini Company. I'm so glad I did. Felicia warmly greeted me and set me at ease. She's very patient and found a nice selection for me to try on. I bought a cute yet supportive tankini set that was pretty and no heavy fabric! Plus sized gals- don't be afraid to visit this store- very friendly and accommodating for all body types!

I often come out with $500+ worth of clothes and only pay $125 for them! Dressing rooms could use cleaning and updating , some of the hooks were missing so it was difficult to hang up my clothes and had to use the door. I will definitely go back again!

I told the associate I found it odd that the manager is telling me to write a "sob story" and she just laughed. Very very poor customer service. I shouldn't have to go through hoops for a product I bought from this store. This is why people don't like to shop at businesses they aren't familiar with, because they don't take care of the customer. Very very weird business practices. Will be reaching out to the owner Beth to see if this interaction is something she's proud of and would allow her store manager to continue to do. Thumbs down.
