I purchased a smok Novo 2 on 3/13/23 at this location. Keep in mind I have trusted this store for a long time , I moved to Orlando 2 years ago and since then weekly they have gotten all of my sales, I have purchased from them faithfully. However upon switching to a different vape product , I took my time spoke with the sales rep , he instructed me to purchase the smok novo 2 , I purchase that along with incense and juice for my new vape. I was so unpleased with the product, the pull was horrible , the flavor was horrible. I called the store that I trusted to make this purchase and asked them if they would exchange it for me since I just bought it yesterday. (Has not even been a full 24 hours) The man over the phone said no , no refunds or exchanges. I've spent hundred of dollars here weekly and I don't throw my money away, apparently they don't value their customers because this is just completely disappointing. I will not shop here again and any one who asks me I will not direct them to ship here as well. They have lost my trust and I don't recommend you invest in any expensive items as they will not look out for their customers. Very sad to experience this from climax Vape shop !!! read more

My wife and I are huge supporters of the Magical and Fantastic plant known as cannabis. My wife has her medical card and ever since its become legal for medical use she has been so much better feeling amazing. One of the main things I love about going into a smoke shop is seeing all the different kinds of pipes and bongs you can buy. Climax on East Colonial in Orlando has a huge selection of custom pipes, bongs, grinders, and pretty much everything else under the sun that you need for your smoking needs. If you are a huge Rick and Morty fan which I am they have a whole entire section dedicated to your favorite duo which consists of pipes, bongs, rolling papers, tobacco trays, and grinders. Plus when you buy one of the Rick and Morty pipes or bongs they are buy one get one free. If you are looking a plethora of great smelling incense Climax has many different ones to choose from when we were in there my wife bought several different types that smelled Magical and fantastic. The guy who worked at this particular Climax was very informative about all the different products that they sold @ Climax and he had exceptional customer service his name was Eric. Just because of Eric my wife and I are definitely going back to this Climax and we are definitely going to visit one of the many other location that are located in the Central Florida area, So in closing if you are looking for a great smoke shop I would recommend Climax for there great customer service and for the many different products that they provide you. I had to! beware of buying online I purchased two items online one was defective I emailed the company for refund or replacement I got an email say they would replace it and I never received it I tried emailing them several times nothing. I stoped by to buy a tank for 42.56 that tank was the one on display and it was opened...I had 42.00 and told the guy I didn't have the change and he rather loose the sale that give me a 56 cent discount...it shold have been a %20 discount for selling me a open tank that god knows what they did with it or who held it. I ordered 55 dollars worth of merchandise from their online store and only 20$ worth of items showed up. I contacted the store and was told I had to Email them my complaint which I did. First off let me start by saying that I have visited every single smoke shop in the UCF area and this one definitely takes the cake in terms of customer service. The staff was patient and helpful when helping me decide on what grinder I should go with. I went in looking for an Alpaca but the sales person showed me a Santa Cruz Shredder and explained it in great detail. I ended up purchasing said grinder and I love it! I am glad to have found a store with a group of people that know what they are talking about and aren't rude or condescending about it. My experience was terrible. I went to get a hookah and Dom (guy who works there) recommended a hookah which didn't even have a bowl. Dom and Ellie (I think the manager) were "looking" for it and ended up giving me a random one. Dom told me I could bring it back within 24 hours if it didnt work...which I did because the bowl was loose and the hookah doesnt even work properly. When i came the next day, some other girl who worked there said she couldnt help me because it was used. Seriously??? How am i supposed to know if the bowl works without trying it??!! She straight up told me to put tape on it!! I had paid close to $70 for it and that point, I told her what Dom had told me and she called the manager and they started giggling on the phone because apparently they found it funny that i wanted to return that piece of s*** hookah. She offered to give me another bowl but she was going to charge me for it. Are you kidding me???? My girlfriend spoke up and told her how ridiculous that was especially since I had paid to have a functioning hookah. WHICH INCLUDES A BOWL. Anyway, this girl finally said she would exchange the bowl but that none of them fit so i had to still put tape. LOLLLL. Never go to this smoke shop. They could care less about the customer. They just care about making money. No wonder they have such crappy reviews on yelp. So now im stuck with a hookah that doesnt work right.
