I came back the next week on Wednesday, having booked the morning off work and spent money to get up there to find out that I can't get my blood test done because whoever takes it is off work for another 8 days. I felt angry at the incompetence of staff who could have let me know this beforehand! I then asked for an appointment after the 8 days and the receptionist again dodged my question and told me to come back after the 8 days.
