I asked for help finding the TP that was 35% off, because a palette was in front of the TP. He sent a pleasant young man named Sean after it, who brought back the wrong one. Sean went back. Cristhian then told the Customer Service guy Drew, that Sean had not brought the one he asked for. Well, C had NOT specified details to S, and I said so. C rolled his eyes and tried to argue. He also argued that the $28.99 TP was the same price as the $19.99 one on Rewards. He tried to put his own mistake on me. I own a small biz. Let me tell you, this guy is nothing but a liability.

We were not impressed. The prices seem higher than at other competing grocery stores. The Longview Farms strawberries looked off and didn't look appealing. They looked "sickly." (The strawberries at Thrifty's are a much brighter red and look much fresher.) As for the Wildfire French baguette we bought at Urban Grocer, the baguette was so hard, stale, and dry. There was no expiry date on the wrapping. Very disappointing. The Irene's Bakery pastries are so-so. Little to no flavor in them. Could be better. We find the fruit and vegetables at Thriftys and at Country Grocer to be a lot fresher and look much more inviting. Doubt we will try Urban Grocer again.

The Manager, Petra, told the Service Agent at the front desk that she was too busy to speak to me. And that she was leaving in 5 minutes. She told the Service Agent to tell me to "come back tomorrow." She wouldn't come out of her Office nor take a moment to say hello. I then said to the Service Rep that I would prefer to make an appointment, rather thsn just drop in. Petra told the Service Rep that she would be available at 3pm tge next day to call me. I provided my name and telephone number to the Rep and confirmed that Patra was to call me at 3pm today. Guess what happened? 3pm and NO CALL ftom Petra. 3:15pm and still no call. This Floral Manager was rude, disinterested and wasted my time. I'm letting you kbow so that she doesn't waste your time! Try another Florist or another Thrifty's location.
