I told Megan where I was headed, I had these giant veggie platters she saw that I needed help and came around to my side of the checkout and unloaded my bag for me. She let me talk and listened very sympathetically she actually cared about me a person she doesn't even know. When Megan was done ringing up my purchases she carefully packed up my bag again and asked if I needed a glass of water or if I needed to sit for a little bit before leaving and if I did she would help me get either or both. What I needed was a hug. I asked and she hugged me. I just can't believe that someone would care so much on a day when I needed it them most. I hope what I write here reaches Megan and you let her know how much I appreciate her and her customer service. She didnt have to care but she did and that's something you don't see much in this world anymore.

The Manager, Petra, told the Service Agent at the front desk that she was too busy to speak to me. And that she was leaving in 5 minutes. She told the Service Agent to tell me to "come back tomorrow." She wouldn't come out of her Office nor take a moment to say hello. I then said to the Service Rep that I would prefer to make an appointment, rather thsn just drop in. Petra told the Service Rep that she would be available at 3pm tge next day to call me. I provided my name and telephone number to the Rep and confirmed that Patra was to call me at 3pm today. Guess what happened? 3pm and NO CALL ftom Petra. 3:15pm and still no call. This Floral Manager was rude, disinterested and wasted my time. I'm letting you kbow so that she doesn't waste your time! Try another Florist or another Thrifty's location.
