After I posted the February 26, 2026 review (see below) and emailed multiple people at Onyx Capital Management on February 26, 2026, Mr. Zachary G., the maintenance manager, personally intervened, reviewed my video evidence accurately, apologized and took full accountability for an initial vendor error. He ensured the repair was completed promptly and followed up with professionalism. I am updating this review to reflect that the operational failure was eventually corrected. However, I am raising this review from a 1-star to only a 3-star rating because the administrative process remains a concern. The general manager, Ms. Victoria L., prematurely dismissed my concern and deleted my community post shortly after it was uploaded. She also posted a public comment stating that the lamppost had been fixed, based on an inaccurate assessment of my video evidence. Furthermore, she did not reach out directly to clarify or correct that public statement once the error was identified. When I was ready to seriously look for a property to purchas months later, I worked directly with Kelly, the agent who handles deals in the Allentown area. She is very responsive, responsible, prompt and hard-working. This was actually her first commercial real estate deal also, but she was able to apply her expertise in the area, with some guidance from Joel, seamlessly. We had many unexpected bumps in the road (related to the property and to the seller), but she was able to guide me through them all and ultimately close the deal. This included working through the winter holiday period when she was otherwise on vacation! The only issue I had with her was a communication lapse regarding the timing of the home inspection, but she responded very well to feedback and was able to work with us to move forward.
