I must say that my actual services have been pretty good. Some chipping here and there. I appreciate the technicians who work here and the upgrades to the salon. This salon has always charged more than others in the area. Knowing that the manager, Kelvin, openly admits he is obsessed with money and being a rich young man... the services his team provided did make it a little more worth it, at times. But, not consistent across techs so appointments help. They do have a rewards program that provides a minimal support to ongoing customers. There are times when I had an appointment but squeezing in other customers could make my appointment run 10, 20, 30 minutes late 25%-30% of the time. I am a great tipper and almost always tipped in cash, as requested by the management. Here is the kicker... When Trump started to talk tariffs... Kelvin immediately charged a considerable increase as of 04/01/25. The dip polish removal and change is now $57. Changing the polish on my toes with old product - same increase percentage. I went to Star Nails and I am sold on John's dip nails. I am 2 weeks into my second dip set and they look stellar! I also save 30%!!! less for the same service and my nails are actually consistently staying better for longer. Fairy Nails... if people want to pay that price, become a number, then I applaud your capitalism. I can't be that person for you anymore. read more

Awful! I hate to give bad reviews but this is the worst manicure I've ever had. First of all he told me it would be ten dollars and he charged twelve, there was no hand massage which I've never experienced before, it was a total of fifteen minutes and if I had known my polish would look like this, I would have done it myself. I will be using nail polish remover tonight to get the globs of extra pink off of my cuticles!! Not a good experience! read more

Great little nail salon. Though the interior is a little dated. There was great service. The girl told me my gel would last 3 weeks and if it came off that I could come back in and get it fixed for free and it only cost $17! Color selection was limited but overall, I am really happy read more
