Service and selection was good, a little on the expensive side. I got a notice when flowers were delivered, however, it would've been nice to have received a picture of the final product. The receiver will always tell you they were nice, but as the payee I would have liked to have had a photograph texted with the delivery confirmation. read more

I recently online ordered a $60 valentine piece for pickup at the store. When I received the order the workers were very nice but I was let down at the appearance. Called to complain and was connected with a female who was extremely rude and accused me of being disrespectful, when all the time she was and wouldn't listen to me. She asked if I changed water and I did. She said there wasn't anything she could do for me. She ended up hanging up on me. That's not the way to handle a complaint and put blame on someone else.
